AlxcamWe had a great stay at Suan Kaew. It's a very peaceful and beautiful location. The bungalow was spotless and well appointed with everything you need. Easy check in and out. Cool swimming pool! Highly recommend

We were looking forward to staying here so much, it was the most expensive place we stayed in at £149 for the night, unfortunately it was extremely disappointing first we were kept waiting 40 minutes in the blazing heat for a driver, we had to phone twice to ask how much longer we would have to wait, we were then kept waiting another 40 minutes to check in despite us asking for early check in. We eventually got to the room which was very dusty on both bedside tables and around the headboards, the deciding factor to us booking here was the outdoor bath unfortunate we had to clean it before using it then the water was only tepid so it was no good. The staff were absolutely lovely here if attention was paid to cleaning and the bath had hot water it would have been nice, I would not stay here again despite the lovely staff and stunning views.

Although I mistakenly booked the stay for the same day while making the reservation in the evening — meaning the check-in time had already passed by about four hours and I am quite far away in PAI (leaving next day to Mae RIM). Since it was a non-refundable, no-show booking, I initially thought I had lost it.
However, Paul, the reception manager, reached out by email to ask what time I would be arriving. I explained my mistake, letting him know I had meant to book for the following day. To my surprise and gratitude, they kindly adjusted my reservation at no extra charge.
The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and filled with tranquil natural sounds. The cleanliness was outstanding.
The huts are very nice. The toilet and shower were stylish, modern, and spotless. I had a very comfortable stay, and the breakfast was of excellent quality.

xuting8313This was our last stop in Chiang Mai. We had been quite tired from the previous few days of sightseeing, so we chose to relax here for the last two nights. Since we were traveling with our child, we opted for a pool room. The private pool was actually larger than it appeared in the photos, which was great for the little one to swim in. Before arriving, I had seen some warning posts online, so I was a bit nervous, but our actual experience was quite good. It's beautiful, truly beautiful; it has a different charm whether it's cloudy or sunny. The hotel food was tasty, though a bit pricey. The service was also very good; everyone was polite, smiled, and greeted us. The room was neat and clean, although the mattress was indeed a bit soft. Also, apart from a small carton of milk, everything in the mini-bar was chargeable, so remember to stock up at 7-Eleven before you arrive. 😂 We signed up for the herbal ball making activity on Thursday, but it was over in less than 10 minutes. The activity felt a bit perfunctory; it's definitely not worth making a special trip back for if you have other plans. It's still worth visiting for a girlfriends' trip or a romantic getaway. As for a family trip, we went because Mom wanted to, hahaha!

Wonderful 🌈 We stayed here for three nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the accommodation exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The property was very well maintained, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable.
The atmosphere was pleasant and refreshing, with very nice weather that made our stay even more enjoyable. All staff members were exceptionally kind, warm, and welcoming, making us feel truly at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and enjoyed it very much. If given the opportunity, we would highly recommend this place to others and would be more than happy to return in the future.

The room is big for a family. The only downside is that there is no TV. The atmosphere is very good, the room is clean, and the food is delicious.

It will be good if you have your own transport to here. But you still can travel to here by arranging share transport from Klook - to Queen SiriKit Botanic Garden. (It just 10 to 15 min walk) or request them to send you straight to the Mae Sa Valley Farm Stay Resort. Over all the place is nice with a small waterfall. Air is fresh in the morning.
Simple Breakfast is included. The restaurant food is good. But we prefer the cafe with aircon which is just opposite the road. Food is yummy! Since we have no transport we walk to the Queen SiriKit Botanic Garden which is the nearest activity. You will need to spend about 3 hrs or more. There is a tram to bring you round. Please remember to bring along mosquito repellent. Over all the stay is pleasant if you like quite, fresh air.

It's not far from Tiger Kingdom or the elephant spot, but it's far from the city center, so you probably won't be able to catch a taxi on the way back from the Khom Loi Festival.
Even if they took us there, they wouldn't be able to pick up other customers on the way back, so they would either charge several times the price or refuse to take us.
I wouldn't recommend it if you're not staying in Chiang Mai for long, but the pool and restaurant are nice, so it's recommended if you're staying for a long time.

jirasuttiroj-There are 2 hole plugs in the room
-No air conditioning, but the air is cool
-Tea, coffee, the room does not have a kettle, there is a hall in the center.
-If more than 3 guests think more (children think), a regular buffet breakfast that can accommodate 2 people
-If you go in winter, there will be less parking because there are a lot of guests
-Few employees and inadequate service
-Wifi available only in the central restaurant

If you can't stand the congestion and air pollution in the city, go to the countryside in northern Thailand to rest. It is about a 30-minute drive from the old town of Chiang Mai. It is recommended for those who have transportation. If there is no transportation, it is recommended for those who want to participate in tiger and elephant tours. It’s really comfortable to stay in the swimming pool after having a daily schedule around. It’s perfect for families who just want to relax and have children. Check in directly and don’t go anywhere. The children have a great time in the swimming pool. The host can help prepare food. . There are village stalls within a five-minute walk. The park is designed with careful planting and the animals are well taken care of.
