GGuest UserStaying at Novotel Living was a pleasant surprise during my trip to Shanghai. I had originally booked the Novotel hotel, but when I got to the front desk, I found out they also had apartment rooms. For the same price and with the same buffet breakfast, the apartments offered newer and more complete facilities. I immediately switched my booking to the apartment. The front desk attendant, Yao Yao, was not only beautiful but also very kind, and she even upgraded me to a suite! It was an amazing experience. Plus, the hotel's location is great – quiet yet central – and the breakfast was delicious. I'll definitely choose Novotel Living again for my next business trip to Shanghai.

JJaney__I've stayed here many times. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, so dining is very convenient. The room was quite spacious, but the window in my room this time wouldn't close properly, so it was a bit noisy. Parking costs extra, with a maximum charge of 45 yuan per day.

GGuest UserOur company had a limited budget, so my colleagues and I chipped in a bit extra to stay at this apartment. The lobby is right outside Metro Exit 2, so you can wheel your luggage straight in without getting wet. The room isn't huge, but it's well-laid out. The desk is by the window, so there's no need to turn on the lights during the day. The power outlets are conveniently on the desk, perfect for charging a laptop, phone, and power bank all at once without having to bend down to find a socket. I tested the Wi-Fi speed, and the download hit 50 Mbps – never had an issue with file transfers or video calls. Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, making dining incredibly convenient. In the morning, I'd grab a rice ball and milk from the convenience store downstairs, warm it up in the microwave, and it was cheaper and faster than hotel breakfast. For lunch with clients, there were plenty of restaurants to choose from in Wanda, and you could easily have a good meal for a few dozen yuan per person. After working late, the fast-food places downstairs were still open, offering hot food that was much better than takeout. The blackout curtains work great; it gets completely dark when they're drawn, so you won't be woken up by the morning light. The bathroom had good water pressure, and the hot water came quickly, which was great for relaxing showers. Housekeeping cleaned daily, so the room was always spotless. My shirt was a bit wrinkled, so I contacted the front desk, and they sent up a garment steamer in no time. It was so convenient for the next day. When checking out, the front desk already had the invoice ready, saving me time. Overall, the value for money is better than other hotels in the same area. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

AAng_ieStaying at Green Court Premier Jinqiao serviced apartment felt comfortable and well thought out, especially for a longer stay. The overall setup made it clear that this place is designed for people who actually live there, not just pass through. The compound itself is large and very well equipped. There’s a sense of space and order that makes daily life feel easy, almost residential rather than hotel-like. Walking around the grounds felt relaxed and well maintained. Inside the apartment, everything was spotlessly clean. It was the kind of cleanliness that immediately puts you at ease and makes it easy to settle in without hesitation. The kitchen was especially impressive. It wasn’t just functional—it was genuinely well stocked, with quality details like a Zwilling knife set. Little touches like that made cooking feel enjoyable rather than like a compromise. The location was another strong point. Having an underground station nearby made getting around Shanghai very convenient, whether heading into the city or back home after a long day. The only real downside was the swimming pool closing at 8 p.m., which felt a bit early. It was a shame, especially on busy days when an evening swim would have been the perfect way to unwind. All in all, Green Court Premier Jinqiao offered a clean, well-equipped, and comfortable base with just one small disappointment. Everything else made it a place that felt easy to live in, not just stay in.

**BCan’t beat the location. Super central to all the main sites on either side of the bund. Attentive staff and spotless facilities. Easy access to IfC mall and attached metro lines 2 & 14. Little less convenient for food/product deliveries (compared to some other properties) but nothing more than 5-10mins added time for delivery service to run up the driveway. Great view as well.

CChoupihuaniuThe room is exquisite with many lovely soft furnishings, and they're well done too. There were also some fruits and snacks, very generously provided. Although the hotel is quite old, the owner has clearly made an effort to perfect the details and ensure cleanliness. The staff were also very nice. Coupled with the excellent location, it's really quite good. My only complaint is that the duvet was too thick; I woke up in the middle of the night feeling hot.

GGuest UserWhen I initially reserved a room at this hotel apartment, I planned to stay just one day before relocating to another serviced apartment. Yet, the exceptional comfort, pristine cleanliness, and comprehensive modern amenities persuaded me to extend my stay to a full two weeks. Upon arrival, I encountered a hiccup that nearly drove me to seek accommodations elsewhere, but the issue was swiftly and adeptly handled by a courteous gentleman at the front desk, likely the manager. His prompt resolution and eagerness to address my concerns not only resolved the immediate issue but also instilled a deep sense of trust and satisfaction with my stay. The hotel itself is located in a quiet area, a rarity in this country's largest and busiest city. Despite its peaceful setting, it is conveniently close to Metro Line 11, ensuring easy access to the city’s vibrant heart. The option to open the windows in my room was a breath of fresh air—literally. It allowed me to enjoy the fresh breeze without leaving the comfort of my well-appointed room. Speaking of the room, it was a perfect blend of luxury and practicality. The cleanliness was up to the high standard, and it felt like the facility was brand new. The room was equipped with a small kitchen area, complete with a stove, rice cooker, refrigerator, and even a washer. Although there was no dryer in the room, a quick trip to the second floor opened up options not only to dry clothes but also to access private dining/meeting rooms and a well-equipped gym. Every night was a peaceful retreat. The bed was incredibly comfortable, rivaling the peace of my own home. The tranquil environment contributed to undisturbed nights, ensuring restful sleep and rejuvenated mornings. The housekeeping staff, particularly two young men, were notably diligent and affable, keeping my room clean and well-supplied. The front desk staff were equally helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Assistance was dispatched via a charming, albeit slower, robot—no tipping required. This hotel apartment not only met but exceeded my expectations, making it a top recommendation for anyone seeking a 'home away from home.' For those considering a longer stay, here's a tip: contact the hotel directly to speak with a salesperson. You might secure an excellent long-term rate, potentially including breakfast.

AAnonymous UserService: The staff were very friendly and helpful, even when I arrived late at night, they assisted me warmly with the check-in process. Room Type: I booked a duplex studio. The bed was very comfortable, and the upstairs bedroom had plenty of space, with ample closet room. Environment: The duplex studio is located in Building B, right above the subway station. There's a McDonald's and FamilyMart nearby, and it's also very convenient to get to the airport. First-day minibar amenity: The mini-fridge had a can of Coke and a can of soda, plus a small packet of instant noodles. A nice touch!

_____ali__en___Hello, everyone. It's the best hotel i ever had in my life at this moment 😅 I stayed there from Feb 26 till Feb 28. they have 2-floor rooms what makes it look bigger like the whole apartment. They have shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel with tasty smell, body lotion, towels, slippers, hair dryer, even umbrella, everything for cooking, etc. The hotel room is so clean, they clean it every day. The metro station is in 50 metres. I didn't wanna leave it actually😅

IIsse in viaggioThe location is close to the metro, and the owner is very helpful and friendly. The room is large, a studio apartment with a small kitchenette and a washing machine. If you're looking for simple, independent accommodation, this is the place to stay. A few small renovations would improve its value.
