Excellent
PPedro Jose Hernandez ZarzosaI've found a real gem in this modern tower. The hotel occupies floors 15 to 18, and the reception is a 10/10 – the staff are super friendly, they offer coffee, tea, and little pastries, and there's also a very comfortable coworking area.
The rooms are like a small studio with a kitchenette: microwave, washing machine, dryer, a full-size fridge, and plenty of closet space. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the shower… wow! The water pressure is amazing, absolutely wonderful. The door is floor-to-ceiling, so steam from long showers doesn't escape into the rest of the room. The sink area is a bit small, but it's fine for one or two people. Special mention: the magnifying mirror and the Japanese toilet – a real luxury that I really appreciated.
We were so comfortable that we ended up extending our stay by 3 more days.
The only downside: the metro is about 1 km away, maybe a bit more. But the value for money is so good that what you save on the hotel easily covers a taxi ride. From now on, this will be my go-to place in Shanghai.
Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back.

Outstanding
Zzpz1888Facilities: Fully equipped.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: Great.
Service: Friendly, attentive, and very helpful.
I was traveling from my hometown to Hangzhou by high-speed train and had to transfer in Shanghai for a night. I originally planned to just find any place to crash, but as soon as I exited Metro Line 2, I saw the lobby of this apartment building. I went in to inquire about the price, and it was cheaper than I expected. There's a microwave, so I bought a bento box from the convenience store downstairs and heated it up. The mattress was comfortable, and after a shower, I just fell asleep. Check-out the next day was quick, and the front desk even helped me with directions to the high-speed train station. The only minor drawback is that the room doesn't have a luggage rack, so my suitcase had to stay on the floor, but that's a small issue. This layover experience was great, and I'll definitely stay here again if I pass through Shanghai.
AAng_ieStaying at Green Court Premier Jinqiao serviced apartment felt comfortable and well thought out, especially for a longer stay. The overall setup made it clear that this place is designed for people who actually live there, not just pass through.
The compound itself is large and very well equipped. There’s a sense of space and order that makes daily life feel easy, almost residential rather than hotel-like. Walking around the grounds felt relaxed and well maintained.
Inside the apartment, everything was spotlessly clean. It was the kind of cleanliness that immediately puts you at ease and makes it easy to settle in without hesitation.
The kitchen was especially impressive. It wasn’t just functional—it was genuinely well stocked, with quality details like a Zwilling knife set. Little touches like that made cooking feel enjoyable rather than like a compromise.
The location was another strong point. Having an underground station nearby made getting around Shanghai very convenient, whether heading into the city or back home after a long day.
The only real downside was the swimming pool closing at 8 p.m., which felt a bit early. It was a shame, especially on busy days when an evening swim would have been the perfect way to unwind.
All in all, Green Court Premier Jinqiao offered a clean, well-equipped, and comfortable base with just one small disappointment. Everything else made it a place that felt easy to live in, not just stay in.
LLaobuershenweikedemengxiangIt was pretty good! I got a great deal through a group purchase, so I ended up staying twice. The second time, I booked in advance and didn't have to switch rooms, which was convenient. It's close to a residential area, so dining, shopping, and buying things were all very easy. The only minor issue was that getting in and out of the parking lot could be a bit tricky, and sometimes the security guard had to open the gate manually. The front desk isn't 24-hour, so you need to contact them ahead of time if you're arriving or leaving very early or very late, but it didn't affect my stay. Checkout was also quick and easy.
GGuest UserThe room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It's super convenient to get around, and there are tons of great places to eat, drink, and have fun nearby. The breakfast is definitely worth a shout-out – even though it's vegetarian, it's absolutely delicious! Sometimes the owner even gave us some local Shanghai specialties, like White Rabbit candy, which was such a thoughtful touch. I'm definitely staying here again on my next trip to Shanghai!!!

Very Good
LLinjiaerThe apartment hotel has a beautiful and comfortable environment. The front desk service is good. It's a bit inconvenient that you have to go down to pick up your food delivery from outside.
YYvTannIt’s our first time in Shanghai and I chose this apartment because of its location. It’s very near to the Jing’an temple, bakeries, very good restaurants like Lai Lai Xiao Loong Bao, Ren He Guan, a Guilin noodle shop that we loved and many more, a Family mart and a short walking distance to the Jing’an temple metro station.
Cosmo World is always guarded at the lobby. The reception team is amazing, especially Lisa. They are all very kind, helpful and always ready to help, even when super busy. They really do go the extra mile. We took a 2-bed room for a family with 1 adult and 2 kids. The room was a good size for us and very well-equipped. We stayed for 2 weeks. The only thing that can be improved is perhaps the shower door, if there’s a rubber seal it would be better so the water doesn’t easily leak outside. Everything else was just perfect for us.

Good
GGuest UserConvenient location with metro train direct entrance around the corner or steps away via a popular food court with many yummy choices. Nice apartment layout. Clean and modern. The split level loft has stairs that may be challenging for ppl with knee problems or very overweight. Attentive and helpful staffs but not intrusive. My floor is quiet. I slept soundly every night. The bed is firm in the right way, super comfortable. There is a fully functioning kitchen with small yet proper refrigerator, conduction stovetop, pots and pan. The shower is strong and hot. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it from 3 to 6 nights. I will stay at Modena if I visit Shanghai again.
GGuest UserA hidden gem you won't want to leave once you've stayed! The location is absolutely fantastic, making it super convenient for getting around: it's right next to Shanghai Stadium Station on Line 11, with Lines 3, 4, and 12 also easily accessible. You can walk to Xujiahui commercial district, Star Art Museum, and the Riverside Promenade. The surrounding area has mature amenities, so commuting, shopping, and cultural leisure are all taken care of in one place. Some room types even come with a large terrace or courtyard, perfect for solo travelers who don't want to feel lonely, or small gatherings that won't feel crowded.
The facilities are incredibly rich, covering all aspects of living and entertainment: there's a free gym and yoga room to meet your fitness needs anytime, a shared kitchen and laundry room (with a dryer) to handle daily chores, plus public spaces like an entertainment room, pool table, game consoles, and meeting rooms. And there's an adorable little cat named Xiaolongxia (Crayfish)!
The butler-style service is heartwarming, and you'll feel completely safe: 24-hour security and elevator access control with card ensure peace of mind at night. The butler is on call, helping with luggage during check-in, proactively recommending room types, and even sending small gifts on holidays. I'll definitely stay here again with friends and family if I get the chance.

Ddiyarielari1I stayed here 2 months as a solo female traveler and had a decent experience. First off: Peter was WONDERFUL! He was so extremely helpful and keen that I should have a good time and I am really grateful for his attentive and kind communication. There is a large construction going on right by the building (and it will continue through Dec 2025) so there is noise every day from ca 09:00 to 22:00 (at the latest). Peter helped me change rooms immediately to one that was facing the courtyard, which was better (but lets face it, the noise is still there so if you want peace and quiet, this isnt it). In addition there were repair within the building too when I stayed - of course this is not to the fault of anyone.
** Pros: location is close to 2 metro lines, 2 shopping centres. Its very convenient to get most places and close to SHA airport (Pudong is further off). The security is good. The garbage station is open most of the day. They offered change of sheets and towels weekly which was great.
**Cons: the rooms are a bit old so there is a smell, I also was unlucky that the previous guest had smoked despite it being forbidden. Saw a cockroach once (but never again - be careful to throw away garbage quickly) and also the doors are quite thin so you'll hear your neighbors in the corridors. Rooms are ”surface” clean but not deep clean, so if you like squeaky clean like me you have to get your own materials. There is definitely buildup.
Overall it was a decent stay, and I left with a good feeling thanks to Peter and the nice staff there! Thanks!
