GGuest UserI didn’t get to take good pictures of the hotel because it felt like home and I was comfortable instantly. Stayed for almost a week, and the room, breakfast, and the staffs were all so amazing. I will certainly visit again. It’s your own studio, with a kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Clean sheets and the thoughtful staffs truly made my day.

I was surprised about this.
But the men who used the hoverboards are really talented and friendly.
Anyways, the check out was also smooth.
I had the housekeeping sometimes advice to clean the table, cause sometimes they forgot about it.
Towels were sufficient.
The staff was funny, professional and talented.
The quality of the washing machine wasn't good, cause it's running with cold water.
Clothes weren't clean after washing.
I CAN RECOMMEND TO USE HOT WATER FOR THE WASHING MACHINE.
Detergent was free of charge.

It would be great to add some kitchenware to the rooms. The gym equipment is extensive. The staff are friendly, proactive, and polite. The downtown area is lively. I recommend this for long-term business trips or family travel.

MM13848****I had just finished a meeting and was rushing to catch a flight when I realized I'd left some valuables behind. Xiao Ji at the front desk was incredibly responsible; she contacted me and even sent photos. Since I was already on my way to the airport and couldn't turn back, Xiao Ji went the extra mile to pack my items and hand them over to a courier for me, even sending a video as proof. I really appreciate her help!

RRaptor12The hotel is so good. A friend recommended it, and it's definitely a great choice. Packed as an apartment (it even has a washing machine which is really convenient) the room is spacious and has all the services included to not be bothered with anything. The hotel has its own private territory and also the neighbourhood is classy with a lot of foreigner-friendly facilities like grocery or restaurants.

TTangCxiaojieThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's right outside the Metro Line 14, and you can reach it in just two minutes by turning left after exiting from Gate 10. It's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere!
The room was spotlessly cleaned by the staff, making for a very pleasant stay.
All the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, from the front desk to the bellboys, and even the cleaning staff we passed in the hallways. The service was excellent and very thoughtful.
The facilities are comprehensive, with a gym, pool, and laundry room available.
The 'Hui Ke Ting' lounge on the 3rd floor offers complimentary tea and coffee for guests. Stepping onto the terrace, you get an unobstructed, panoramic view of the 'Three-piece Suit' (Lujiazui skyline) – the location is unbeatable!
I booked a one-bedroom suite, which was perfect for two people. Sitting by the bay window, I could see the Oriental Pearl Tower to my left and the Jin Mao Tower and Shanghai World Financial Center to my right – the view was superb!
The day before New Year's Eve, I wanted to upgrade to a deluxe one-bedroom suite, but it showed as sold out online. I still decided to try my luck at the front desk. The front desk staff said it was unlikely to be available and suggested calling the sales department the next morning. I figured it wasn't worth the hassle; it's understandable for rooms to be tight on New Year's Eve. I'll just have to stay again next time!
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserWhen I initially reserved a room at this hotel apartment, I planned to stay just one day before relocating to another serviced apartment. Yet, the exceptional comfort, pristine cleanliness, and comprehensive modern amenities persuaded me to extend my stay to a full two weeks.
Upon arrival, I encountered a hiccup that nearly drove me to seek accommodations elsewhere, but the issue was swiftly and adeptly handled by a courteous gentleman at the front desk, likely the manager. His prompt resolution and eagerness to address my concerns not only resolved the immediate issue but also instilled a deep sense of trust and satisfaction with my stay.
The hotel itself is located in a quiet area, a rarity in this country's largest and busiest city. Despite its peaceful setting, it is conveniently close to Metro Line 11, ensuring easy access to the city’s vibrant heart. The option to open the windows in my room was a breath of fresh air—literally. It allowed me to enjoy the fresh breeze without leaving the comfort of my well-appointed room.
Speaking of the room, it was a perfect blend of luxury and practicality. The cleanliness was up to the high standard, and it felt like the facility was brand new. The room was equipped with a small kitchen area, complete with a stove, rice cooker, refrigerator, and even a washer. Although there was no dryer in the room, a quick trip to the second floor opened up options not only to dry clothes but also to access private dining/meeting rooms and a well-equipped gym.
Every night was a peaceful retreat. The bed was incredibly comfortable, rivaling the peace of my own home. The tranquil environment contributed to undisturbed nights, ensuring restful sleep and rejuvenated mornings.
The housekeeping staff, particularly two young men, were notably diligent and affable, keeping my room clean and well-supplied. The front desk staff were equally helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Assistance was dispatched via a charming, albeit slower, robot—no tipping required.
This hotel apartment not only met but exceeded my expectations, making it a top recommendation for anyone seeking a 'home away from home.' For those considering a longer stay, here's a tip: contact the hotel directly to speak with a salesperson. You might secure an excellent long-term rate, potentially including breakfast.

PPablo LuzWe stayed in room 219 (Standard Duplex Studio) and had a good experience. The shower has excellent water pressure and the drain worked perfectly, with no clogs. The mattress is firm and comfortable, ensuring good nights of sleep. The room was clean and received daily housekeeping, including bottled water replenishment. It also has a kettle, a mini-fridge, a small workspace with a simple chair, and central air-conditioning with individual controls that cools the upper floor well. Despite being on a busy avenue, the soundproofing is effective and we didn’t hear any noise. The room has a small window, and there are larger windows in a storage area or narrow internal corridor that isn’t very functional.
The hotel itself is quite convenient. Most of the front desk staff speak English, except for an older gentleman who works the night shift, but if needed, you can go to the reception in Block A, where there’s always someone who can communicate in English. The location is very practical, centrally situated for getting around the city, with a subway station in the building itself and another just across the street, as well as a market nearby and a convenience store at the entrance.
Among the amenities, there’s a good free gym and at least two laundry areas with free washing machines and dryers, which was a big plus. Each floor has a guest kitchen equipped with good utensils and appliances, though it has few plates, no cutlery, and, unfortunately, is a bit dirty, with dishes left by other guests and many old items piled up. There are also several comfortable spaces to work. Access to the elevator includes a small set of stairs, which isn’t much of an obstacle.
Overall, the stay was pleasant and convenient, with highlights in the room’s comfort, the location, and the hotel’s facilities, despite a few small details that could be improved.

The location is truly fantastic. It’s just a short walk to the metro 7 line station, and it only takes a few stops to get right into the city center. The area surrounding the hotel is also very convenient, with a convenience store and a famous bubble tea shop nearby, offering everything you need.

The staff provided excellent service and were all very helpful. They were able to assist us efficiently, and their ability to communicate well in English was a major plus, making everything very smooth

The room was exactly as pictured online, very clean, and the housekeeping service was provided daily.
✨ Facilities & Note on Laundry
The hotel offers a laundry service/washing machine, but there is an extra charge (I noted that many hotels I've stayed at usually offer this for free, but it wasn't a major issue). A small but very convenient feature was the mini clothes dryer provided in the room, which was perfect for quickly drying small items.

Overall, it was a highly satisfactory and pleasant stay. I was very impressed. I would definitely consider staying here again and will be recommending this hotel to others!

GGuest UserThis hotel is more like an Airbnb, it needs a renovation; everything is dated or worn out. We booked a family room that included 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it turned out that there was 1 full bathroom and a bathroom without a bathtub or a shower. 1 bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has a sofa bed. The sofa bed was hard and it creaked when we moved. The comforters were thin and looked worn out. Bath towels were old and showed aged. Breakfast was terrible. It was a combo and the choice is very limited. No formal lobby. The good thing about this hotel is the location; near Jing'an Temple and the Metro Station. Plenty of food places around the hotel.
