Amazing
AAEMSMI had a wonderful stay at this place. The accommodation was very clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, which made the stay extremely comfortable. The location is excellent and close to all essential services, shops, and restaurants, making everything easily accessible.
I would also like to sincerely thank the host for being very kind, responsive, and cooperative throughout my stay. Their support made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UesrRoom is nicely designed and the reception lady (Hodan) and evening reception (Ahmed) are very pleasant, kind and decent. However, housekeeping services are temperamental and one cleaning lady is particularly unreliable. The rest of the cleaning team (Hana and Hadiya) are pleasant and do the job well. Hana and Hadiya are the super stars in housekeeping team.

Tteachutube1Prime Residence in Katameya has truly become our go-to spot every time we visit Egypt. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short drive to central New Cairo attractions like Festival City Mall and other popular shopping areas. Its proximity to the access road to the North Coast and being only an hour away from Ain Sokhna makes it a great base for exploring beyond the city. The highway and bridge network also make trips to Downtown Cairo and Giza smooth and hassle-free.
The apartment itself is cosy, impeccably clean, and has a fresh, welcoming scent that adds to the overall comfort. Check-in and check-out are effortless, and the added perks like secure parking, gated community access, a clubhouse, and pools elevate the experience. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, accessibility, and peace of mind. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis is a friendly and clean hotel. I requested early check-in, and they responded promptly. I had a very comfortable stay and returned.
However, the hotel entrance is quite far away, and taxis often have trouble finding the entrance, so I often end up canceling and returning.

SSara DindarWe had a very good stay overall. Considering Cairo standards, the apartment was clean enough and comfortable. The neighborhood and location were excellent, with plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby.
It’s also very close to the Nile—about a 7-minute walk. There are restaurants on boats along the river where you can enjoy a meal while taking in the view, and you can even go on a Nile cruise from the same area. Honestly, we didn’t need to take a taxi at all for dining or cafés. There’s also a really nice café right at the corner with excellent coffee—I highly recommend it.
The building itself was very quiet, and we didn’t hear any noise from neighbors at all. The only noise was from traffic on the street (cars and motorbikes), which is normal and not really a downside of the apartment.
The building had a security guard, and we were even able to leave our luggage with him after check-out, which made it much easier for us to explore the city before our flight.
Finally, special thanks to Michael, the host. He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. No matter what time we messaged him, he always responded and guided us with any questions we had.

NNataliiaАпартаменты находятся в шаговой доступности от площади Тахир и метро. Старый дом, как впрочем, все в Каире) Три большие комнаты, гостиная, кухня, ванная комната. Горячая вода, все необходимое на кухне, чистая постель. Большое спасибо девушке Нагве, она постаралась сделать наше пребывание максимально комфортным! Помогла с трансфером, покупкой билетов на Пирамиды, приносила гостинцы, в любое время отвечала на вопросы.

PPetr AbramovSurprisingly, my apartments were with two bedrooms and a living room that I didn't expect. Good surprise. All clean, staff friendly, there are laundry services. I'll come back again when I'm in Cairo again. Recommendation for owner: Add to the fans, batteries to all the remotes and more towels.

WW_H0883The hotel is basic but very fair considering the price point. It is also very close to the airport and there are many supermarkets around the area. I recommend this place if you search something to be close to the airport. The host is extremely friendly and takes good care of his guests.

HH manassibThe service was okay the stuff were all helpful and polite The whole Building needed taking care of from the entrance of the building to the lift is so dirty and very old and rusty then when you get into the studio it’s nice and decorated but very dusty, three days I had blockage of drains in the shower room. I had no hot water. Tv does not work doesn’t matter how many times you called them to fix it. It does not work believe that trip.com need to check the whole building not just the rooms the balcony was very dusty. I had to ask them to come and clean it. You can’t sit in there and relax too noisy because of so much traffic the only time I enjoyed myself is to go out of the Property. I only come and sleep..
