Great
CCHU TONG SENGI really loved this hotel! It's right on Palm Beach, and the sand is so soft and beautiful. The room was incredibly spacious. The restaurant prices were quite reasonable for Aruba, and the staff were incredibly proactive and attentive. I was about to lay out my towel on a beach chair, and they immediately came over and insisted that it was their job. They also offer free floating mats, and there's a night market nearby. Highly recommend!
ZZHUGoing early for a while. Check-in immediately after check-out, check-out said that you can delay to 4 o'clock for free, two sets of spare parts, enough, the waiters are very attentive, the quality of the chain brand hotel, is still good. The room decoration is quite satisfactory, the plam beach is very beautiful, the three restaurants have been there, the Japanese food is not bad, the price of the steakhouse is not cheap, breakfast is OK, expect not to be too high, the food of Aruba, then, Will not be disappointed. The picture upload is super slow and the scenery is really good.
GGuest UserWe were aware that there would be construction around the hotel while Hilton expands, and for the most part it wasn’t an issue. The disappointment was that only one of two pools was open, meaning that sometimes it was hard to find seating around the pool area.
Beach loungers were easy to book and a selection of them were free each day. Palm beach is really beautiful and it was nice to have it so accessible to the hotel.
On the whole, service at the hotel was great, there were a couple of staff members who were potentially having a bad day but generally Aruban’s are extremely friendly. Violet, was in charge of cleaning our room throughout our stay and she was just lovely!
Although not the hotel’s fault, I was told at Che k-in that there was an extra resort charge each day. Trip.com said there would be a small government tax. But mentioned nothing about the resort fee. The government tax was also more than trip.com stated on our booking confirmation.
JJeampolThe hotel's redeeming features are the variety of food, the beach, the activities they schedule, and the good service, except for the reception supervisor who was awful. The negative side is that the hotel is not big, unlike other Rius hotels. When it comes to check-out, they make sure you leave the facilities before 7:00 p.m., and unlike other resorts where I stayed on my name day, I don't receive any details except for a letter telling me to leave the room at the appropriate time. This is definitely not recommended, as there is no relationship between the price you pay and the service you receive.
HHuangheshijiangThe location of the hotel is very good. It is located in the commercial center. It is very convenient to go out for food, shopping and public transportation. The hotel is close to the beach, and it is a short walk to swim and sunbathe. But during peak hours, there is a shortage of lounge chairs. Tents need to be reserved and paid for separately. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the interior is quite clean. The exhaust fan in the bathroom of my room is broken, and the hot and humid air cannot be discharged quickly after taking a shower. When I went home to check the credit card bill, the hotel mistakenly charged me for the tent reservation. I am negotiating with the hotel and don't know if it can be refunded.
