GGuest UserThis stay was truly a delightful surprise! The housekeepers, Sui Qing and Xiao Mu, were incredibly thoughtful, from providing directions before check-in, to preparing a children's toothbrush and slippers for the kids, and offering parking tips, to proactively helping with luggage after check-in. They also recommended nearby restaurants. The guesthouse environment exceeded my expectations; the rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the facilities were complete. The courtyard location was also very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the lively neighborhood. Both the housekeeper's service and the quality of the guesthouse were exceptional. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest UserElla / Shen, the owner is a very nice person and her DIY wine project is cool. The male dorm was nice and clean, the bunks had a good curtain and I was lucky with the people staying there, people were respectful with the sleeping times etc. and I think the instructions by the hostel helped with this. The instructions were definitely a good thing to have but they could be also developed more with the guest’s needs in mind, I would think how to make the things as accessible as possible and try to think outside of the box, try to see ot with the eyes of a foreigner that most likely struggles a lot with the local character system and finding their way around - very basic things. The client service is key here. Thank you for the stay, I wish all the best for the future.

GGuest UserThe team at Munage went above and beyond all expectations. We were met at the gate of the old city with a cart that took all our suitcases after a long and arduous border crossing from Kyrgyzstan. Upon reaching the accommodations, there was fruit and drinks waiting for us which set the tone for the stay. We were having issues with a misspelled name on our departing flight booking. Ah Zhe promptly took over the problem and shooed us out to explore while he called the airline relentlessly in order to solve our problem. By the next day, he sent us the confirmation of the corrected airline booking, which was after many hours of being on hold on the airline helpdesk. I have never ever had a hotel staff so willingly take over my travel issues with such ownership. This is hospitality of the highest order. On our last day, they had gifts for us and even booked and paid for our car to the airport. This standard of service is impossible to beat.

GGuest UserThe room was quite clean. The hotel wasn't big, but it was still pretty good for taking photos and checking in online. It wasn't far from the entrance to the ancient city, and most importantly, it was very close to the popular Rainbow Alley, making it very worthwhile for the room price. Unfortunately, there was no elevator, so I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. My suitcase weighed 20 kilograms, but thankfully the hotel owner helped me carry it up. The next morning, he got up early again to help me carry it downstairs and even walked me a short distance. I was so touched. Because the suitcase was so heavy, I only realized when I got home that the handle was broken, which was a bit of a shame.

The hotel is strategically located and conveniently located close to the main attractions and business districts. As soon as we entered the lobby, the warm and professional service of the front desk staff left a deep impression on us and checked in quickly and efficiently.
The room was spacious and bright and cleaned spotlessly. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making us sleep well all night. The bathroom facilities are modern and tidy, and the design of dry and wet separation is very intimate. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, delicious taste, providing a full day of energy.
The most commendable thing is the meticulous service of the staff, always smiling and responsive. This stay experience far exceeded expectations, the price is very high, it is highly recommended to all passengers, I will definitely choose here again next time!

The front desk service is particularly good, every staff member smiles sincerely, the work efficiency is high and the caring is very intimate, people feel very warm.
The hotel room is still very meticulous and clean, well maintained, and it is particularly comfortable and safe to live.

There’s a fairly slobby common room next to reception where people are encouraged to sing dreadful karaoke until all hours of the morning. This might be right up your street, but if you want to sleep and your room is near that area then you can think again!
