GGuest UserThe team at Munage went above and beyond all expectations. We were met at the gate of the old city with a cart that took all our suitcases after a long and arduous border crossing from Kyrgyzstan. Upon reaching the accommodations, there was fruit and drinks waiting for us which set the tone for the stay. We were having issues with a misspelled name on our departing flight booking. Ah Zhe promptly took over the problem and shooed us out to explore while he called the airline relentlessly in order to solve our problem. By the next day, he sent us the confirmation of the corrected airline booking, which was after many hours of being on hold on the airline helpdesk. I have never ever had a hotel staff so willingly take over my travel issues with such ownership. This is hospitality of the highest order. On our last day, they had gifts for us and even booked and paid for our car to the airport. This standard of service is impossible to beat.

GGuest UserThis stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bed was just right – very comfortable for sleeping. The staff were all warm and polite, and very quick to respond to any requests. The facilities are comprehensive, the environment is quiet and peaceful, and it offers incredible value for money. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it!

GGuest UserI have stayed at other Campanile in China, Beijing and Shanghai and i love it so i choose this at Khasgar but i am disappointed with the amenities, breakfast, room and cleanliness. First they give us wrong type of room instead of superior room they given comfort room. I was asking what type of room on my room number, she just said it is correct room as staff given. When i show the room we got with the picture on the web, staff suddenly silent. There is no body lotion in the room, as i had experience at other Campanile. There is AC in the room but when we want to make room cold, staff said the AC only for warmer so what he offered was to open the window. Can you imagine? While we felt hot inside the room, but AC can only for warmer and at that time dust storm just happened so you can feel dust everywhere and can hear also people talking outside as window open. Along the corridor also dirty especially the area of lobby, restaurant, and lift. Breakfast only offered Chinese buffet, no coffee machine, no dessert, no yoghurt, no western food. I was really satisfied with breakfast at other Campanile.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Park Inn by Radisson on a business trip some time ago. The experience was amazing and I have to share it! As soon as I entered the room, I found the layout was reasonable and bright, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I had a very good sleep. The bathroom facilities are high-end, with hot water available as soon as it is turned on, stable water pressure, dry and wet separation, and the toiletries are from well-known brands with elegant fragrances. The smart devices are amazing. Lights, curtains, and air conditioning can all be controlled with one button, and there are also thoughtful Bluetooth speakers. There are many TV programs with clear picture quality. The service is also impeccable. The front desk is enthusiastic when checking in and the room service responds quickly. Highly recommended!

DDazhunzhi wenxianglongyoumenghuahongchenyilvqingfengKashgar is a wonderful place. I stayed here for two nights in a row. The hotel's location is right in the car city. There were a lot of cars at the entrance, but the security guards were enthusiastic and responsible, making parking absolutely safe. The hotel rooms were clean and bright. The Uyghur female housekeeping staff were meticulous in their work, polite and unhurried. What truly deserves special praise are the several beautiful receptionists at the front desk. They exuded a warm, exotic charm and provided attentive service, personally offering hot tea to every guest. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Kashgar.

GGuest UserThe room was quite clean. The hotel wasn't big, but it was still pretty good for taking photos and checking in online. It wasn't far from the entrance to the ancient city, and most importantly, it was very close to the popular Rainbow Alley, making it very worthwhile for the room price. Unfortunately, there was no elevator, so I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. My suitcase weighed 20 kilograms, but thankfully the hotel owner helped me carry it up. The next morning, he got up early again to help me carry it downstairs and even walked me a short distance. I was so touched. Because the suitcase was so heavy, I only realized when I got home that the handle was broken, which was a bit of a shame.

The yard is located behind the mosque and belongs to the core location of the western district of the ancient city. It is very convenient to punch in. GGuest UserLocated on the edge of the old city's west district, it's very convenient for commuting to the east district. The single king-size room was right next to the public bathroom, but still relatively quiet. The front desk even created a group for us so we could plan carpools or meals together.
