GGuest UserElla is a conscientious and gracious host who has cultivated a warm and fun environment. I had a great experience sleeping in the comfortable dorm which was a very fair price by China standards as well. Facilities are new and clean. I slept well on a comfy bed in a relatively quiet neighborhood that’s still very close to the ancient city. Also you can take a taxi directly to her Homestay whereas in the ancient city you have to carry your bags at least a few hundred meters from taxi drop off. Ella was patient and answered all of my touristic questions while caring for the other guests too. Also she often prepares a potluck meal for a fair price. I met many interesting travellers here too so if you are looking for a good base to rest that meets your social and touristic needs as well Ella’s home is the place for you. Probably my favorite hostel in my month in China. Shame I have to leave. The private rooms look quite cozy as well

GGuest UserThe team at Munage went above and beyond all expectations. We were met at the gate of the old city with a cart that took all our suitcases after a long and arduous border crossing from Kyrgyzstan. Upon reaching the accommodations, there was fruit and drinks waiting for us which set the tone for the stay. We were having issues with a misspelled name on our departing flight booking. Ah Zhe promptly took over the problem and shooed us out to explore while he called the airline relentlessly in order to solve our problem. By the next day, he sent us the confirmation of the corrected airline booking, which was after many hours of being on hold on the airline helpdesk. I have never ever had a hotel staff so willingly take over my travel issues with such ownership. This is hospitality of the highest order. On our last day, they had gifts for us and even booked and paid for our car to the airport. This standard of service is impossible to beat.

The breakfast was also very rich, the front desk lady was warm and efficient, and the check-in and check-out were very smooth. The location is also very convenient, it is convenient to eat and go shopping around. I will choose this one next time. ～

FFubaoqingjiuI chose to stay at the Air Garden in the old city the night before leaving Kashgar to see the apricot blossoms in Southern Xinjiang. As soon as I completed my booking, the guesthouse manager contacted me to ask if I needed airport transfer and informed me about the local weather conditions. I felt a sense of warmth even before checking in. Since vehicles aren't allowed in the old city, the manager informed me of the drop-off point and picked me up the night before check-in. This service was fantastic and saved me the awkwardness of dragging my luggage around looking for the place. The hotel used to be the residence of a local 'Master Bayi' who was in the jade business. His eldest son later inherited the business and expanded it internationally. The original residence was very luxurious. Later, a boss from Hunan bought it and preserved the original four floors. The current third and fourth floors are replicas of the original residence, featuring exquisite wood carvings, making it a wood carving museum. Guests can visit for free. The fifth to seventh floors are the guesthouse, and the first floor sells jade. On the day of check-in, I received a complimentary jade 'peace buckle' from the guesthouse, which was a thoughtful touch 👍 The room decor had a distinct local flavor. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room, and the mini-bar was free to enjoy. The super-large terrace offered a fantastic spot for enjoying the night view. On the day of check-in, I got to enjoy a complimentary afternoon tea. The pastries were exquisite, and sipping tea while admiring the beautiful scenery of the old city made all my worries disappear. This hotel boasts the highest vantage point in the entire old city, perfect for watching sunsets and sunrises. I didn't get to experience it this time, but I'll definitely try it next time. A big thank you to my manager, a handsome local guy, who was with me from the moment I booked until I left. He showed me around and explained the stories behind the wood carving museum, promptly resolved any requests I had during my stay, and patiently inquired about my airport transfer. Thumbs up! The guesthouse manager arranges breakfast for guests on the fifth floor according to their requested time. You can choose to dine indoors or outdoors. The breakfast spread was rich and well-balanced; I couldn't even finish it all by myself 😂 This guesthouse has only 10 rooms, offering a high degree of privacy. The elevator and entrances all use facial recognition. After checking in, I had a travel photoshoot with makeup on, and afterwards, the facial recognition surprisingly didn't work 😂 This only further convinced me of the guesthouse's excellent security! 👍 Although it's a guesthouse, it's very well-managed. Here, I truly experienced what 'customer-first' means. The guesthouse manager, Ms. Jin, an elegant lady, genuinely cares for guests, making everyone feel at home. I heard that after May 1st, the guesthouse will offer a service where managers take guests on tours of the old city. This is a brilliant idea, saving guests who are unfamiliar with the old city the hassle of getting lost. I look forward to the guesthouse getting better and better. The guesthouse's amenity kit is beautiful, and the manager said I could take it home, which is great! 😄 I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Kashgar. I highly recommend everyone to experience the charm of this guesthouse up close and hear its stories firsthand.

GGuest UserThe room was quite clean. The hotel wasn't big, but it was still pretty good for taking photos and checking in online. It wasn't far from the entrance to the ancient city, and most importantly, it was very close to the popular Rainbow Alley, making it very worthwhile for the room price. Unfortunately, there was no elevator, so I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. My suitcase weighed 20 kilograms, but thankfully the hotel owner helped me carry it up. The next morning, he got up early again to help me carry it downstairs and even walked me a short distance. I was so touched. Because the suitcase was so heavy, I only realized when I got home that the handle was broken, which was a bit of a shame.

GGuest UserI wanted to experience the ancient city culture on the last night in Kashgar. I chose to stay on the Silk Road. I chose a long time in advance. Finally, I chose No. 6 Courtyard. The yard is located behind the mosque and belongs to the core location of the western district of the ancient city. It is very convenient to punch in. Room: The interior is spacious, the facilities are very new, and the bedding is very comfortable. There is a private courtyard, and it is very pleasant to have tea and eat in the yard! 😊 Service: After the decision, build a butler WeChat group, name and praise the two butler ladies ❤️, the service is meticulous and thoughtful, take us to explain the ancient city in detail, help with luggage and items, breakfast is delivered to the room, help make tea, the experience is very good 👍 Great value for money 😊😊

GGuest UserThis is currently the best hotel in Kashgar, with excellent ambiance and facilities. Just a small suggestion: the coffee cups are a bit too large to fit in the coffee machine. The location is very convenient; several city attractions are within walking distance. The only downside was getting an invoice. I checked out at 8:52 AM, added the front desk on WeChat for businesses, and clearly explained everything. The front desk promised to issue it in the afternoon, but it wasn't done all day, and there was no response from them on WeChat. The service industry should at least ensure basic services, especially for what is currently ranked as Kashgar's number one hotel.

The single king-size room was right next to the public bathroom, but still relatively quiet. The front desk even created a group for us so we could plan carpools or meals together.
