"Must praise👍👍👍Since we booked late, we arrived at almost 11pm. When we went to the front desk to register, they were able to accurately report our names. I felt very happy. Hayao Miyazaki was at the door of the hotel. The track of the small train, and facing the sea.
We originally booked two double rooms, and then the hotel upgraded us to a room. My room happened to have a very large floor-to-ceiling window, and when I opened the curtains, I could see the sea. It was really perfect. A little further ahead of the hotel is the train station, which is OK Take a small train. A little further on the small train, there is a beach🏖️. We discovered it accidentally and also encountered a perfect sunset🌇. In short, it was really a great experience. It is a city that I still want to go to. I will Come again and look forward to seeing you next time!"

GGuest UserWE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
Despite a very good start which involved a very helpful early check-in for our group of four travelers (two rooms) and lots of friendly smiles from the hotel reception team, unfortunately our stay took a bit of a negative turn owing to some confusion over two additional bookings we had made to extend our stay following a change in our plans. I really find it hard to understand why this simple process caused confusion to the duty manager. The following day, despite clearly explaining that we had made additional bookings to extend our stay, the desk staff were confused and claimed that one of the room bookings was not confirmed. The duty manager was dismissive to us and actually ignored us, (even though he had perfectly good English to communicate with us), preferring to speak through another member of the reception team who was standing right next to him. After a wait of at least 15 minutes, I told him that we were not prepared to wait any longer and that he could let us know once the issue had been resolved. This was clearly an administrative problem between the hotel and Trip.com which soured our stay. The duty manager was unprofessional and discourteous towards his guests.
Our experience left us unwilling to use any of the hotel facilities other than the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff team exceptional in their service and friendliness. We did use the lounge bar on one occasion and again, found the staff to be friendly and helpful - special mention to Jerushan, with whom we enjoyed a great conversation. He is a credit to the staff team. Perhaps given his people skills, he should be made a manager?!
Other than the reception area, the hotel is very tired and in desperate need of an upgrade. In our room, a light switch cover fell off, some bulbs were not working and the room was dirty - a build up of dust in the corners and on the wardrobe louvres which quite obviously suggested the rooms were only being given a superficial clean.
As said, we do not recommend this hotel and we will not stay here again. We expect far from a Ramada branded establishment.

GGuest UserVery clean hotel, and ideal location right by the sea and central to a variety of restaurants and shops. Staff in particular are the nicest bunch, very polite and go out their way to be super accommodating, loved it so much stayed here twice - highly recommend!

Like traveling through time, but with the amenities of today. What a great location, what a great room and great value for money. We enjoyed every second and would love to come back!
Tip: be sure to join the free tunnel tour at the hotel! This is the only way to get an insight into the dreamlike locations of this historic hotel.
