Great Great Great stay. The staff is wonderful. Hotel well maintained and clean. For sure my #1 choice next time I come to Kuta.

This hotel offers really great value for money! It's super close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk, and there are tons of delicious Western restaurants and cafes nearby. The location is absolutely unbeatable!

The hotel breakfast was fantastic! We stayed for several days, and the menu changed daily, so there was always a pleasant surprise each morning.

We also tried the hotel's spa service. A therapist came to our room with all the equipment, and the price was reasonable. It was so convenient, especially after a long day when you just don't want to go out searching for a spa.

The room itself was pretty standard but clean and tidy. Our first room was a bit noisy because it was too close to the street, but when we mentioned it to the hotel, they promptly moved us to another room.

SO STYLISH,  CLEAN AND VERY  COMFORTABLE HOTEL, VERY HELPFULL, FRIENDLY AND POLITE RECEPTION MANAGERS AND RESTAURANT STUFF ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️  VERY TASTY BREAKFAST, WHAT IS ALSO IMPORTANT HOTEL HAVE RESTAURANT , HOTEL HAVE NICE   LOCATION, NEAR BY SO MANY SHOPS,  FARMACY, AND SHOPPING MALL

Check in was smooth. Staffs were friendly. 

Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking. 

In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception. 

If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception. 

If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant. 

Thumbs up though for the housekeeping, as the found out I had many shirts lying on the sofa, they brought a small clothes rack and hung my shirts.

trouble when first looking for the hotel because the name is on trip maxone but in the place it's bosslegian.very ok the room has a balcony,the rooftop is very nice.nice and recommended

Overall, the stay was good. However, we booked a room with 3 single beds, but instead we were given 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. At first, the receptionist suggested that we downgrade to a room with 2 single beds and add 1 extra single bed, downgrade??😂 but we rejected the suggestion because it wasn't worth the price we had paid.
In the end, after seeing that we were not willing to compromise, they offered us a three-bedroom apartment on Level 20+. However, since there were only three of us (all girls), we felt the apartment was big and a little scary, so we chose to stay in the room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed so we could stay together.
So, the bed type you select on Trip may not be the one you actually get. If you have a specific bed preference, I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to confirm it.

The hotel's location is its greatest advantage and was the main reason I chose to stay here. Overall, my experience was excellent. The service was attentive, and the food was of a high standard.

I have a couple of suggestions that could further enhance the guest experience. Room 119 could be converted into a fitness room, as the hotel currently does not have a gym. Since the room is at ground level, the curtains cannot be fully opened without compromising guests' privacy, as people walking past can easily see inside.

Additionally, offering an in-room massage service would be a valuable amenity and would provide greater convenience for guests looking to relax during their stay.

A lot of eateries places that open till local time 11pm only. No mall within walking distance, needs to grab (very convenient to grab a car and competitive).

Room space is relatively much smaller as compared to Aston Inn at Baloi.

Staffs are great, from reception, room cleaner, doorbell, etc.

No pool.

My room was opd and not maintained so well. 
The air conditioning is old, noise and not working properly. 
The A/C remote controller has a damaged display. 
The toilet was dirty with many Brown dirty presence almost on every corner. 
The shower curtain is old, durty and not nice. 
Shower head is old, durty and not working well. 
Not all electric wall plugs are working. 
Sofa is with stains. 
Bed mattress very used. 
Breakfast is good. 


I am nit satisfied even if the location is good and brand is famous

Room a bit small but that's ok. One thing that irritated us ( me and my friends, we had 3 rooms x 3 couple) the lack of lighting. Only bedside lamps and 1 above the desk that are not enough to cover the whole room, too dim. Of course there are the entrance way & toilet lights.
