The hotel is great, right in the city center with plenty of food options nearby, including many Chinese restaurants, and convenient transportation. Let me point out a few areas for improvement: 1. The hotel doesn't provide complimentary water. 2. This is crucial for those driving: finding the parking entrance is really difficult. After you pass the red, yellow, and green lights, you immediately need to pull over to the right. The problem is, that's a bus lane! Plus, the entrance is right by a bus stop, and you have to make an immediate right turn into it. Lastly, the road into the parking lot is incredibly challenging to navigate without serious driving skills – it's harder than a driving test! It's super narrow and involves turns; you could easily scratch your car. 😂

The hotel is next to a church and has a pool. The rooms are decent, but there are so many of them that it's easy to get lost. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

I was moved from Catalonia Gran via BCN to Catalonia Passeig de Gràcia due to the room was flooded upstairs. I was completely exhausted at the time of arrival at Gran via BCN and then was told had to move to another hotel. Receptionist told me that they have tried to contact trip.com on the day of arrival but trip.com didn't tell me!
The Receptionist helped me get a complimentary taxi and after that it was smooth.
The new hotel was very close to all action, next to Plaza de Catalunya. 
The room had no view but understandable. It's not very quiet as you can hear people walking upstairs and in the corridor but after 12am it seemed to quiet down.

Toilet paper wasn't consistently refilled; some days it was, some days it wasn't. Water bottles were only provided on the first day of our stay. The location is good, right outside the metro station, but there are quite a few shady characters around.

Cons: The restaurant is right next to the elevator on the ground floor, and also close to the main entrance, which feels a bit insecure. Anyone with bad intentions could easily follow you into the elevator and up to the rooms.

One day, after housekeeping had cleaned, I came back to the room and the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke. 🤦🏻‍♀️

superb location, cleanliness and reception. They are very welcoming and accommodating as well as being there 24/7. The room itself is such a gem considering the price and would totally stay here again!

The check in experience was so horrible.  After I presented my passport to the receptionists (3 guys) in hotel front desk, they kept requesting me to show the boarding pass of my cancelled flight.  If i could not show it, they don’t allow me to check in.  I argued with them why I have to show my boarding pass and how can I have boarding pass if my flight is cancelled.  They insisted I have to show, otherwise I could not check in.  Their attitudes were so rude and I spent almost 40 min to show all documents I have on-hand, then they gave me my room key.  The room assigned to me is not so comfortable because it is on ground floor without window facing outside streets.  I don’t think it is tourist friendly at all.

The room is clean and the cleaning service is thoughtful. The facilities are complete and the furniture is well maintained. The transportation is convenient and close to the city center. The front desk provides English service, the feedback is very timely, and the renewal is free of drinks.
The only drawback is that I wanted a king-size bed room and checked in early, but the room type given was two single beds put together. The bed has rollers under it and cannot be fixed. If you sleep in the middle, the bed will move and you may fall easily.

Quite satisfied and overall good, but improvement points are needed in two points. The curious smell in the shower room must be removed. The salmon for a great breakfast smelled a little bad and stopped eating. All of our families were hungry that afternoon. It seemed to be a management that left a regret that I had decided to deliberately eat a deduction with a 100,000-point hotel.

The hotel was located in a good spot for travelling . It was really clean and room service was good. I would rate it a lot higher but the only problems I had were . 
1. I couldn’t really let fresh air into the bathroom and 2. I didn’t have any brush to clean the toilet . I thought it was unusual but the other room we rented didn’t have it either . I just used the shower to clean the toilet .. apart from that it was good and I would recommend it to everyone else

A cozy hotel located in a wonderful neighbourhood of Barcelona. The best aspect of the hotel is the breakfast - one of the best breakfasts I have had in spanish hotels. The swimming pool and jacuzzi is great consisering the small size of the hotel. 

The soundproofing between rooms could be improved but in general its okay. the beds are comfortable. Workers are helpful.

Clean and tidy, perfect to relax and just chill. If you are looking for something extra, then maybe  this is not your perfect stay, but for a nice hotel, it sure does the trick. 
Maybe a little expensive for what it is, but it has a great location. Next to the metro and walking distance from the city center.

The location is excellent, but other than that there is nothing special about it. The hotel room is relatively small. It feels like it is almost impossible to check in with a 30-inch suitcase without 25 square meters.

Checked in in advance, told the needs and arranged the highest floor 6th floor, there is only a skylight, it doesn't open, there is no curtain, a bit of a bug, told the waiter to open it, that's too much trouble, and then it didn't open, the breakfast is good, very good, the chocolate for check-in is an empty box, the foot mat is not given, but it is given the next day, the location of the hotel is very convenient, without taking any means of transportation, you can go anywhere, including the train station, overall good, will come again

The hotel is very close to the subway station. It is located on the street, but the room is very quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff is also very nice. Luggage can be stored for free. There is a CAFE downstairs, which is very convenient.

Location: Good location, right at the T-junction, very close to Puerta del Sol, very convenient for subway travel; there is a good medium-sized supermarket diagonally opposite the left side of the hotel, with a wide variety of items.
Room: The room is not big, but it is completely enough, the layout is very good, and I like the style; there are two floor-to-ceiling windows facing the inner courtyard;
Facilities: There are cabinets, clothes hangers for hanging clothes, and tables; slippers, toothbrushes, and combs are all available, and everything is relatively complete;
Breakfast: The breakfast is good, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice, which is very pure; you can also order fried eggs; there are also Spanish dough sticks for breakfast.

Located in Madrid's literary district, this hotel boasts a fantastic location, within a 10-15 minute walk of several art galleries, offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. The only thing to note is that due to its location in the old town, the streets are quite narrow, resulting in many one-way streets, requiring Uber or taxis to navigate around them. Some drivers will drop you off at intersections, and it's not far to walk from there. The hotel can help call a taxi, but calling an Uber yourself will involve a wait (approximately 10+ minutes). There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a Carrefour Express nearby makes it convenient to buy water and other daily necessities, making it a high-value hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, close enough to the centre to be convenient for everything but also far enough away from the crowds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Nice clean rooms.

Great location, close to museum de jamon, good service and breakfast

Excellent location.  Rooms modern and chic.  Loved the in room sound system.  So easy to use.  Plus the TV worked from my phone. Using “cast” or something I don’t understand but works well.  Staff at the front desk were wonderful and so very helpful.   Breakfast was dellicious Spa was a bonus as we were unable to go out one day due to excessive rain.   Walking distance from railway station a the centre.  Just perfect.

The hotel has very good facilities inside, it could easily be a 4 star hotel, the employees are very friendly. The only thing is that, although they have 2 people at the reception, only one of them is in charge of check-in/out, you have to be very patient with this process.

Suitable for a few days to spend in Seville.
Clean rooms. Wi Fi is ok. AC is working well, too.
There's the small swimming pool as well as the gym.
Very good breakfast is definitely worth paying for (16 euros).
The service could be better though. It's not always possible to find the person in charge in the bar when one has to pay, and it's impossible to pay at the reception, so it can create hassle and inconvenience.
The only hotel in my Spain voyage where a credit card required as a guarantee.
