Das Ensana Nove Lazne in Marienbad hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt sehr zentral, direkt an den Kolonaden und am Kurpark. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir konnten uns in deutsch verständigen. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Essen war sehr gut und wurde teilweise ganz frisch zubereitet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und umsichtig. 
Unser Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und wurde vorbildlich gereinigt.
Wir hatten die Möglichkeit Tee oder Kaffee auf dem Zimmer zuzubereiten. Die deutschen Fernsehprogramme hätten etwas umfangreicher sein können.
Ganz toll fanden wir das historische Bad, die tägliche Nutzung (auch die 3 Saunen und die Whirlpools im Haus) ist im Preis inklusive.

The staff speaks in emotions. Looks frustrated all the time, plus speak German, gossiping customers in front of it. Unexpectedly, we listened to German very bad, the receptionist. Didn't think that a 4-star hotel Will train the staff very badly No smile Can only say that the bedroom is comfortable, clean, but the staff is poor. I didn't think I would go back to sleep in this hotel again because the staff, we are not the people who have to please or have to speak sweetly. But want to ask the receptionist You work in the reception zone When customers speak to you, normally get a promotion Speak normally Not like a bad mood all the time If you don't enjoy work Don't come to put emotions with customers.

The Ensana Butterfly Hotel is located at the beginning of the curtains near the colonies. All important places in Mariánské Lázně are walking distance convenient to reach. Also the connection to the ÖPNV is good. The hotel has a good wellness area with swimming pool, wire pool and Finnish sauna. This is for hotel guests free and to reach from the hotel rooms via an extra lift. Breakfast was very good. There were snakes at the coffee machines from time to time. Here it might be better if there were normal filter coffee also in the can and only ”special drinks” like Cappuccino etc need to be picked up at the coffee machine. Also the room equipment top. Mariánské Lázně is rather a small place The hotel Butterfly is also a bridge of the Ferdinand source and you can drink healing water at any time. For night-worms, it is mentioned here that after 22:00 a.m., the hotel entrance must be called.

酒店準確來説更像是療養院，設施完善，房間高大豪華舒適。就是太大了，比中國的大型醫院還大。服務人員少，大多數不懂英語，酒店內部指示不易懂，經常找不到北。酒店周圍環境太漂亮了，內部各種保養，温泉養生項目，名目繁多，絕對是療養的最佳選擇。

A fantastic hotel. We returned after a 13-year hiatus, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Even on hot summer days, the island stays cool, and from the hotel windows, you can see lush greenery instead of hot, stone buildings. The thermal complex is good; it can get a bit crowded, but if you time your visit well, you can enjoy the pools with only 3-4 other people. The breakfast is fantastic, offering enough variety that you won't have to eat the same thing for several days. The machine coffee was, to put it mildly, mediocre – a definite downside – but the fresh fruit selection was superb. Buses run frequently during the day (every 10 minutes), and less so after 8 PM (approximately every 20 minutes), making it easy to reach any destination with a single transfer. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The hotel provides water dispensers with fresh drinking water available daily, which is very convenient and contributes positively to overall comfort. In addition, fresh juices are offered, providing a pleasant and refreshing option throughout the day. It is also worth highlighting that there is a selection of desserts available without added sugar, which is a thoughtful and health-conscious offering. Furthermore, the bus stop is very easily accessible on foot and offers quick and convenient connections to the city center, making it simple to explore the area without the need for a car.

Heviz is a beautiful place. The location of this hotel is nice. The deluxe room is  convenient, quite spacious for 2 people , with a balcony and a nice view. Food is good, various, for any taste. Treatment, exercises, swimming are well organized. Many thanks to staff for friendly and relaxing atmosphere.
But the room housekeeping is very disappointing, no every day vacuum cleaning, dust removal, washing floor and cleaning in the bathroom. They just clean out the rubbish bins, that’s all. Within 4 nights stay there was no any normal cleaning, bathroom and toilet washing, bed sheets change. Highly recommend the hotel management to improve room keeping procedures.

Неоднократно посещала отели данной сети. Сначала Данубиус, теперь Энсана. В Акве впервые и в последний раз. Единственный отель сети, который не вызывает желания вернуться.
О плюсах.самое большое достоинство - питьевой режим. Вода практически круглосуточно в неограниченном количестве.
Номера. Красиво. Довелось пожить в сьюпериоре и премиуме. Дизайн первого понравился больше.
Отличная звукоизоляция. 
На этом, пожалуй, плюсы заканчиваются.
Больше всего не понравилась работа ресепшн. Единственный человек на своем месте - Петер. Остальные, если возникают проблемы, становятся непонимающими, откровенно неприятными в общении.
Просила перед заселением тихий несмежный номер повыше. Получила смежный, на 5 этаже, выходящий на дорогу. Кому критично, не советую, ибо спать с открытым окном некомфортно. И все ты ничего, но в ванной комнате лейка душа крепится вертикально, вода течет струей параллельно полу. Чтобы помыться, надо держать ее только в руках. Иное крепление не предусмотрено. Других вариантов нет. Стеклянная стеночка так мала, что вода заливает пол. В номере после отключения вентиляции по вечерам неприятный запах.
Просила поменять номер. Отказали. Пришлось писать руководству. На 5 день поменяли номер, но на 2 этаж. Стало еще шумнее. Зато стало возможно нормально принять душ.
Далее. Отвратительная работа мед центра. На 1ой же процедуре обертываний сожгли кожу. Сказали, что  это аллергия, которая впервые вдруг появилась. Но почему-то эта ”аллергия” стала заживать после противоожоговой мази. На 10й день следы, как от типичных ожогов. Но самое неприятное, что требовали заплатить, ибо процедура же выполнена. Спасибо госпоже Марте, которая решила вопрос.
Все остальное лечение в итоге не состоялось.
Еда посредственная. Мясо жесткое, даже хит Данубиуслв-Энсан, утка, и та не жевалась.. Арбузы и виноград не заставала никогда, ибо все заканчивалось. Постоянно надо было искать то  столовые ложки, то чайные.
Хотелось бы поблагодарить официанта с закрученными усами. Если не ошибаююсь, его имя Петер. Белокурая же девушка в очках просто ненавидит гостей и ходит по ресторану с таким лицом, что страшно.
Много ступенек, калитка в саду закрыта. Людям с проблемами ОДА очень тяжело подниматься и спускаться.
