The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the central station, though it's a 40-minute drive from the international airport. The room was very spacious and bright, with complete amenities and fresh linens, though the bath towels were a bit worn. There was a coffee maker but no drinking water. Breakfast starts at 7 AM, which is a bit late for travelers catching an early flight. The restaurant food was good, with generous portions, and both the beer and service were satisfactory.

The hotel is super close to all the attractions, and getting around by public transport is really convenient. You can even use your Mastercard linked to Apple Pay on the subway, which was a breeze. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. I actually ended up canceling my trip to Rome just to stay here longer! I think I stayed for 4 nights, kept extending, and only left because I had to go back to school. Definitely bookmarking this place for my next visit!

PS: The nearest Shuyi Shaoxiancao (a bubble tea shop) was delicious! It's a shame there isn't one in downtown Shanghai; I can't get it back home.

Wonderful hotel with very friendly, helpful staff and good facilities. Check in was quick and straightforward. Room was perhaps a little dated in terms of decor, but beautifully clean and had everything I needed. Shower was amazing with instant, powerful hot water, handheld and rainfall heads and lovely soft towels. TV has Chromecast as well as international channels, so you can use your normal streaming services from your phone. WiFi was great and free, even in the lift. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the city, with food that tasted fresh and of good quality. The main tourist sites are some distance away, but the metro is just a few steps from the hotel entrance, and the streets around the hotel have everything you should need.

bed sheets and pillow cases had dirty spots, and some holes. There were hair of the cleaning staff as well on the bed and in the sink. The pillows were not comfortable as they seemed over used. It was hard to sleep without disruption as you could hear your neighbours behind the wall clearly. Also I don't know if it's a reason in the hotel or another italian food but I had a food poisoning and in the hospital atm back home. But the plates in the main restaurant weren't properly cleaned and had some food left. I used paper tissues to wipe it.

10 mins walking from Milano central station, friendly staff. Apartment environment is so good for a family with kids. Only 2 things needs to improve it. One is not so easy to find check in location, you can find the entrance door but you don’t know how to get in, it’s better to put more information about it. Secondly, no instruction about oven, coffee machine or washing machine in English. Not so easy to figure out how to use it. Overall it’s a good property for staying.

The hotel is just in the heart of the city, very close to Milano Cathedral, shopping area and restaurants. You can walk everywhere. Metro station is just around the corner and also so close to Cadorna Station. People at the reception and hotel  are very friendly and helpful. I and my son felt very comfortable to stay. Only negative thing was lack of still water in the room. You need to ask for the still water every day. However, the hotel would be my first choice when I visit Milano again.

I recently stayed at UNA Hotels Mediterraneo Milano and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was clean, though quite small and tight for two people—especially if you have more than just hand luggage. It felt a bit cramped, particularly for a longer stay. It also felt a bit dated, and the furniture could use an upgrade
The breakfast selection was decent, but the vegetarian options were limited, which could be a drawback for guests with specific dietary needs. On the plus side, the location is convenient and well-connected to public transport, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, it's a good choice for a short, no-frills stay with courteous service and a central location.

I stayed at this hotel during my honeymoon trip to Italy after getting married on November 1st. Before our trip, I inquired about possible honeymoon benefits, and upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room. We originally booked a standard double room, but the hotel kindly gave us one with a terrace, where my husband and I enjoyed some wine together.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. They also provided a city map and recommended sightseeing routes around Rome, which was very helpful for first-time visitors.

The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk from Termini Station, with easy access to trains, buses, and the metro. When we missed Korean food, we found two Korean restaurants within a 5-minute walk, which was nice.

It was our first trip to Italy, and we were very happy with our stay. I especially appreciated the wooden floors instead of carpet — it felt much cleaner and more comfortable.
I highly recommend staying at UNA Hotel for a memorable time in Rome!.

Great little hotel in a nice neighbourhood in Rome. Lots of restaurants nearby and friendly staff. We stayed here twice at the book ends of our 3 week adventure in Italy. If you have lots of luggage be sure to ask for a decent sized (superior) room. The only drawback was the showers being very small but water pressure was good. Although not super close to sightseeing locations Rome is very easy to walk around and this hotel was handy for our hire car pickup from Hertz in Rome. We would stay again.

Great location in a very fun neighborhood with a lot of cafés, restaurants, and small shops. It is very easy to walk to major sights from here or by tram that is easily accessible in 5min walk from the hotel. 

The rooms are nice and clean and good enough for a city hotel stay. There is a nice rooftop bar where you can enjoy a discount as a hotel guest on food and drinks. The breakfast buffet was a bit messy due to service, but it offered everything I needed.

I would definitely choose this hotel again for a city escape to Rome.

I didn't expect rooms to be so scarce in Rome on weekends; I could only book this hotel for one night. Room service was excellent; while getting me a towel, we chatted about our countries and cultures. Front desk staff, Christin, really liked my Xiaomi phone and took many selfies with my beauty camera. The Filipino front desk staff were also very helpful; the two of them helped me put my luggage in a taxi. The room wasn't big, but slippers and tissues were provided. The location is good.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

The location is excellent, close to many attractions and easy to get around. I also really enjoyed the amenities and the overall atmosphere of the hotel—it felt welcoming and relaxing.

We flew into Venice from Paris and were met at the airport and taken to our hotel. It's located next to Metveit Train Station, a 5-minute walk away. It's a very quiet and cozy town. The hotel has an American country style and is a convenient 15-minute train ride to the main island. The breakfast was plentiful, though not very varied, and the atmosphere was first-rate. I'd stay here again if I were to return to Venice. It's a great choice for a family with children. There are also many Chinese restaurants nearby, offering a wide selection and very affordable prices. I left with wonderful memories in Venice.

The location of the hotel is very close to the main street. Although the scorpion has a short few tens of meters, it immediately entered another world away from the hustle and bustle of the crowd. Although the address of the hotel and the place to check in are not in the same location, it is actually just next door. The front desk lady is very welcoming, beautiful and English is very smooth. Because I arrived at the hotel at ten o'clock in the morning, she checked in and said that my room was ready, so she checked in for me in advance (normally waiting until two o'clock in the afternoon). She also introduced the local customs in detail, and marked them one by one on the map. Turn left 300 meters from the hotel to the beach, you can see the snowy mountains in the distance, but the night view is average. The room was very clean, belonging to the sparrow, although small, with all the internal organs. The breakfast at the hotel was very delicious and very hearty. Overall, it was a very nice hotel and good value for money.

Arrived in Venice, it is quite a long walk from the train station. As per the picture, I thought the hotel was located on the lovely water front however that’s incorrect, the entrance is around the back, the bedrooms windows were boarded with no view. The first night the fire alarm went off, in a panic we leave the room as per other people to be asked “ where are you all going”? The fire alarm had been going off for 20minutes at midnight. We asked reception in the morning for then to just laugh it off and say false alarm. I main reason for staying in hotels is to have a good night sleep. Breakfast was good. Room is extremely outdated and nothing like the pictures. Two single beds pushed together. Small room. The hotel looked like it was going under renovation.
