The hotel’s location was a huge plus. The airport limousine bus dropped us off right at the lobby, so we didn’t have to struggle with our luggage at all. It was especially convenient since we were heading to Kawaguchiko afterward—Shinjuku Station was just a short walk across the street, making it incredibly easy to travel with suitcases.

Honestly, this was one of the hotels that made our trip so memorable. Official check-in wasn’t until 3 PM, but we arrived around 10 AM and were able to leave our luggage at the lobby right away. It made the start of our trip smooth, stress-free, and a great first impression of Tokyo.

We only stayed one night in this hotel but it really wowed us. Space is big enough for our family. I loved the tatami beds. Very safe for a baby. We loved the free beer. The staff even brought our luggage to our floor, outside the room. A first for this 11 day-trip to Japan. The room had a nice view of the Tokyo Tower. They have smart TV that has netflix, disney plus, etc. Location is in quiet neighborhood, very close to food stalls, shopping mall and Don Quijote. We were not able to explore the rest of Asakusa as we were headed home the next day but I saw the Asahi bldg on the way to the airport. Which means the Sensoji Temple must be nearby, too. The breakfast is also good, cant complain about Japanese breakfast. Overall, we loved our stay. We will book this again when we come back.

This was the first hotel we stayed at during our Tokyo trip, and it was a great start. The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping came every day to keep it fresh. I especially appreciated that they provided new slippers daily — such a small gesture, but it made me feel really cared for.
Although the room is on the smaller side, that’s quite normal for hotels in Japan, so it was perfectly acceptable for me. The bathroom was spotless and even had a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay!

This hotel is in an excellent location, less than a three-minute walk from Ueno Station (Central Exit). However, the hotel feels a bit dated and the rooms are quite small (the same brand's Shinjuku Plaza Hotel is newer and has larger rooms). There are a few steps at the entrance, which makes carrying luggage difficult. On the other hand, the breakfast is above average.

The hotel is a little bit far away from Sannomiya.  It takes at least 5-10 mins driving to there, so it probably takes 15 to 20 mins to walk there.  As it is far from city, it is quiet, and the room is clean and large.  Unfortunately, the parking spaces are limited and luckily I could find a parking space nearby.  The service is good and the staff are very polite.  It has welcome drinks offered.  If you cannot find a hotel inside Kobe, this hotel would be another good choice to consider.

The hotel offers a convenient location, especially for those using the metro, as it is closer to metro station than JR lines. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a wide variety of options that cater to different taste. However, one point to note is that the breakfast charge of JPY700 applies even for young children. In our case, my 6-year-old did not eat much, so the value felt limited. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and the location and breakfast variety are definite highlights

I stayed for two nights. I couldn't book the same room type for my entire stay, so I had to switch rooms. On my second day, I went to the front desk at 9 AM to change rooms, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive the key to my new room so early in the morning. This was incredibly accommodating and flexible!

A special shout-out to the two male front desk staff who were on duty on the evening of April 24, 2025. They also promptly provided an extra blanket. Their service was truly outstanding.

５月の連休で急きょ予約したので喫煙ルームしかなく、覚悟はしていたのですが、匂いがきつかった。消臭スプレーが置いてあるので、しょっちゅうかけていました。五所川原駅から近く、便利です。飲み屋街へも歩いて行きました。大浴場があるので、朝風呂も入れて良かったです。
