The location is fantastic! Whenever we got tired from exploring, we could just pop back to the hotel for a rest. It's clean and comfortable. My only minor gripe is that the hallway perfume was a bit too strong. When you're traveling, location is key, and this place delivers. There are so many popular spots nearby, you can even queue up for them in advance.

The room is very clean, comfortable and spacious. It is located next to the Longhua subway station, which makes travel very convenient. It is close to the airport but far from the city, but the subway is very convenient. The hotel provided fruit upon check-in, and the breakfast was very complete and good, with attentive service. The facilities are a bit old but not a big deal, the price/performance ratio is very high, I recommend staying here.

Pros: First, the breakfast was delicious. Second, I booked this hotel to see a concert, and it's super convenient – just a two-minute walk, then through an underpass, and you're at the main entrance of Helong Stadium in about 5 minutes. Perfect for concerts, as you can get back and rest quickly after the show. However, it's not particularly close to the subway station, about a 15-minute walk.

Cons: First, there's an air conditioning control panel in the room, but it's actually a central AC system, so you can't change the temperature or mode; you can only turn it on or off. I set it to 16 degrees for cooling, but it was blowing hot air because the hotel's central system was set to heating. No one told me about this AC issue; I only found out after calling room service. I spent the whole night sweating. Second, the overhead warm lighting at the vanity makes it very difficult to do makeup.

I'm really disappointed that for over 500 a night, I couldn't even control the AC.

The Hunan Huatian Hotel is an established five-star hotel with a great location. It’s convenient to get to major attractions by taxi or subway, just a 5-minute walk from Metro Line 2. It takes about 15 minutes by subway to Wuyi Square and Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, and the Hunan Provincial Museum is about 5 kilometers away by taxi. For this trip to Changsha, I chose a room in Block B, which had been recently renovated. The room was around 35 square meters, very comfortable, and had a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The shower had great water pressure and drained well, which was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue every evening. The room was soundproof, the bedding was comfortable, and having direct drinking water was very convenient. The staff on the 13th floor, Ms. Yang and Ms. Dai, were very kind and provided excellent cleaning service. Since it was the Dragon Boat Festival, they even gave us sachets and a late-night snack of tremella soup, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety, including both Chinese and Western options, as well as local Hunan noodles. I highly recommend staying here.

The front desk Xiaowan service is warm and thoughtful, the smile is warm and sweet, the check-in and check-out speed is fast, patiently answer questions, take the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and surrounding routes, intimate and meticulous, the experience is excellent, people stay comfortable, it is worth recommending

First time in Changsha! I booked this hotel to see Joker Xue's concert at Helong Stadium, and it was incredibly convenient and close by. My child was able to crash right across the street after the show. Our flight landed early, and we arrived at the hotel at 9:30 AM. The hotel staff were so thoughtful and allowed us to check in immediately, which was a huge relief after an early morning flight – really appreciated that! The complimentary fruit and bottled water were also a nice touch, and the room itself was wonderfully quiet.

The hotel boasts elegant decor, with a sophisticated lobby and hallway design that made for a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the made-to-order noodle station, which I really enjoyed. Its location is truly convenient; the subway station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get to attractions and shopping districts. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, providing patient and detailed directions whenever I asked, which was very reassuring. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

The lobby felt very upscale upon entering, and the front desk staff were welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. I'll definitely stay here again next time – highly recommended! Every detail at the hotel was excellent and made me feel very well taken care of. It was a truly pleasant stay.

The hotel is easy to find, the room is clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The air conditioning is a bit slow to heat, and the sound insulation is not good. I heard the noise from the next room around 11 o'clock this morning. Fortunately, the child was wearing headphones and watching the phone, otherwise it would be really embarrassing. There is also a tourism desk that helped me organize my trip and book tickets for tourist attractions for two days. The staff member at the tourism office was kind, cheerful, and extremely helpful. Even after booking, she stayed in touch with me, made sure I was following the right plan, and took her time to explain everything in detail.

The hotel is also conveniently located near many important activities and attractions. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. I especially want to commend Ms. Qu Xianlin, a server in the restaurant, for her exceptionally thoughtful and enthusiastic service. She personally brought us coffee and fruit, which I found very touching. Thank you, staff of Sunshine Hotel! The bedding was comfortable, and the room was spacious and very clean. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

The hotel is large and has a great ambiance, which is why we came. Everything started off well.

1. I woke up at 5:30 AM to get to Wulingyuan by 6:30 AM. Breakfast wasn't ready until 6:30 AM. It seems no matter how many guests complain, they won't open any earlier.

2. Check-out is at 2 PM. We came back from Wulingyuan at 1 PM, and arrived at the hotel at 1:25 PM, tired and desperate for a rest. But then, our key card wouldn't open the door! We had to go back and forth with the front desk to sort it out. Oh well, it was already check-out time. My child had fallen asleep on me by then.

These are all hotel rules, and after all, guests are just ordinary people, not celebrities, so good service doesn't seem to matter much.

The hotel environment is quiet and tidy, and it feels very comfortable as soon as you enter the lobby. The room hygiene is very meticulous and in place, and there is no smell of water and electricity. The breakfast is rich in variety, the taste is delicious, the service staff is on call, and the attitude is gentle and intimate. The surrounding transportation is convenient and affordable, and the overall exceeds expectations. It is suitable for business trips or tourism. The cost-effectiveness is worth recommending.

Facilities: Booked a parent-child room, children like the red panda ornaments in the room, the space is also very large, the bathroom water pressure is very large and very satisfied! The items in the room are very complete, it is recommended that there is also a separate package of laundry detergent. Show the details!

Environment: The environment is good, the whole hotel is fragrant, travel is convenient, parking is convenient, there is a Zhushan Park nearby, children have a great time.
