Facilities: The standard room I booked was given a loft bed, which was a bit old overall
Hygiene: Relatively good, clean and tidy overall
Service: The hotel only provided two very small bottles of water on the day of check-in, and when I asked the next day, they said they didn't provide water

Hotel is at the town center, service is nice. Restaurant at the top of the building offers wonderful panoramic view of the city.

Close to the tram station, easy access to any point in the city. The area is quiet and clean, away from city noise.
Upon check-in, we didn't see our payment through Trip.com and were asked for a $900 deposit, which is twice the total cost of our entire stay. When I asked about payment details, they said it was a weekend and couldn't confirm the details. It's unclear why this happened, as I paid three weeks in advance. The next day, they saw the payment and returned the deposit. I think there was a misunderstanding, but it left a bad feeling.
Otherwise, no problems, I recommend it.

A well maintained hotel with responsive staff. Most amenities are not provided automatically but can be requested.

The family of the deceased

On the day of check-in, I arrived very late and said that I wanted a quiet room, so I was sent to the innermost corner. When I entered the door, the curtains were not tight, and I felt that it was even worse. I asked for a room change. Fortunately, changing the room was fairly fast, but the room downstairs was changed, because there was a block on the second floor balcony, so the lighting was not good at all. The three meals I ate didn't have a day because the breakfast ended at 10 o'clock. The lunch and dinner were similar, and there was nothing to eat. I didn't see any seafood except grilled fish. The pictures were deceptive. There are quite a few places to play, but the water in another pool with a slide is cold, so it can only be displayed.

Great stay overall. The hotel offers stunning sea views, clean and comfortable rooms, and a convenient location close to the city center. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety. A solid choice for both relaxation and exploring Tangier.
Constructions inside the lobby were annoying a bit.
