Good hotel in terms of location, delicious breakfasts, and spacious rooms with daily housekeeping.

Downsides:
1. Annoying bellboy who doesn't take no for an answer. After being asked to leave us alone, he continued to offer unnecessary services.
2. Also, by some strange coincidence, immediately after check-in, we were disturbed in our room twice. Someone knocked separately to bring water and tea/coffee sachets, and then a few minutes later, the kettle was brought separately. I don't understand why they couldn't bring everything at once (check-in was in the evening, much later than 3 PM).
3. There were no mugs in the room (perhaps they were supposed to be brought when they addressed downside #2, but after the second visit, we put up the 'do not disturb' sign).
4. The shower gel was as thin as water; it was impossible to use.

Otherwise, it was good.

Hotel is at the town center, service is nice. Restaurant at the top of the building offers wonderful panoramic view of the city.

Close to the tram station, easy access to any point in the city. The area is quiet and clean, away from city noise.
Upon check-in, we didn't see our payment through Trip.com and were asked for a $900 deposit, which is twice the total cost of our entire stay. When I asked about payment details, they said it was a weekend and couldn't confirm the details. It's unclear why this happened, as I paid three weeks in advance. The next day, they saw the payment and returned the deposit. I think there was a misunderstanding, but it left a bad feeling.
Otherwise, no problems, I recommend it.

A well maintained hotel with responsive staff. Most amenities are not provided automatically but can be requested.

Everything seems great in this hotel. Room, food, service...The manager ILHAM is super kind and helpful. Definitely will book again.

On the day of check-in, I arrived very late and said that I wanted a quiet room, so I was sent to the innermost corner. When I entered the door, the curtains were not tight, and I felt that it was even worse. I asked for a room change. Fortunately, changing the room was fairly fast, but the room downstairs was changed, because there was a block on the second floor balcony, so the lighting was not good at all. The three meals I ate didn't have a day because the breakfast ended at 10 o'clock. The lunch and dinner were similar, and there was nothing to eat. I didn't see any seafood except grilled fish. The pictures were deceptive. There are quite a few places to play, but the water in another pool with a slide is cold, so it can only be displayed.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, the location is excellent, and breakfast is good. However, all of this is overshadowed by the subpar service. Check-in was incredibly slow; our room wasn't ready by 3 PM, so we went out. We returned at 9 PM and still had to wait about 40 minutes to check in, which was far from pleasant, especially since we were tired. There were 10 people at the reception desk, milling about, chatting amongst themselves, and pretending to be busy, resulting in a queue for check-in that moved at a snail's pace.

Ultimately, they upgraded our room as an apology, but the negative impression lingered. If these issues don't bother you, I still recommend the hotel.
