The hotel far exceeded my expectations. The free hotel shuttle is available, but you need to call the hotel for pickup at the airport.
The room was spacious, brightly lit, and relatively quiet on the fourth floor. The air conditioner cools quickly, although it's a bit noisy. The shower's warm water comes on fast.
Overall cleanliness was not bad, though there were some stains and a long hair on the towel. The bedding was very comfortable, and I had a good rest.

Participate in the competition, because this is close to the UTSA school, I chose it. The room rate of 400+ on weekdays is OK. The full room rose to 1100+ that night was too expensive, and later it was reduced to 800+.

Facilities: The decoration is simple style, there is a small refrigerator, no microwave. The breakfast buffet is also very simple. The window air conditioner is common in the old United States and the effect is visible. Wardrobe tables and chairs are simple and a bit rudimentary.
Environment: Parking actually costs more than 5 knives. Because the inaccurate labeling platform compensation was given to me, I am satisfied and hope to update the news later.

Good hotel, comfortable beds, a little limited breakfast and the bad thing is that the lift doesn't work!

A typical American overnight hotel, you have to remember to bring your own slippers, go to the first floor to get hot water, but not necessarily very hot, the microwave oven is also on the first floor. At the time of check-in, the front desk asked for a credit card to deposit 75 knives. After the online payment was checked out, it has not been returned. I don't know when to return it?

It was an excellent place. Bright, clean, cheerful and spacious. We felt comfortable. And the staff were friendly and responsive.

Waiting for check-in at the front desk, the trio of machines made a mockery of it, inexplicable. The front desk after the next day was pretty good. Not far from the hotel is an oversized Chinese supermarket, but there are not many Chinese nearby, how can there be such a large Chinese supermarket?

Pros: The room is clean , no pest, no cockroaches. And they provided lotion in the bathroom, which is very helpful, because the hot water on shower was very hot on skin. The front desk workers are nice and kind, and response email very fast ! 

The cons: hot water in the shower is too hot, and feel burning on the skin when taking shower, even adjust to the lowest still burning hot. 
And the hot water machine in the lobby was broken, so no hot water to drink in the cold weather, and breakfast is cold. 
If they fix these two minor issues, I will gladly stay again ! Generally it’s a nice place.

This hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay, making it suitable for business travelers. It is within walking distance of the Orange County Convention Center, which is very convenient during exhibitions. A nearby sports bar provides a good option for post-exhibition drinks and informal networking. Overall, a practical and well-located hotel for business trips.

A bit damp, breakfast type is not very rich, location is good. There are some delicious Chinese food nearby, the surrounding is quiet, overall it is OK. . . .
