Everything was good except during checkout, I had to wait 10minutes before I can get into one of the lifts. They should have staggered the checkout time for different floors. As it was raining after checkout, I couldn’t even get an umbrella because of the delay in coming down from room. 

What I like though is their magnetic tags, keyless access to room, onsen and the bakery right below the hotel.

Though small, this hotel has everything you need. Its Ginza location is incredibly convenient, perfect for shopping or quickly getting to Narita Airport via the expressway.

What truly impressed me is how many features are packed into such a compact space. They have a coin-operated laundry and a large public bath. The room, which I'd estimate at about 20 square meters, even managed to fit bunk beds (1.2m/1.5m), making it very family-friendly.

A minor point is that since the hotel is directly above the subway, you occasionally feel vibrations as trains pass. This led to a funny moment when an actual earthquake hit at night, and I initially thought it was just another train going by!

This is a reasonably priced hotel in Tokyo where you can enjoy a hot spring bath. It's not simply a 'downgrade' alternative to a Dormy Inn; Super Hotel has its own unique charm. While the rooms aren't large, the space is efficiently utilized. You can slide a large suitcase under the bed, which effectively creates a lot more room. You can also choose your own pillow. The room uses a password entry system, so you don't have to worry about losing your key card. The hot bath was very comfortable too. The surrounding area is full of traditional Japanese charm, which is quite interesting. I even had a heated argument with a few elderly 'rebellious' ladies... Of course, Ikebukuro itself has plenty of places to explore. Tobu Duty-Free offers tax-free shopping without any processing fees, and there's often a long queue, likely for Montbell. Personally, I'd recommend the Montbell in Kagoshima, as they have more discounts. From Ikebukuro, you can use your JR pass to visit Kawagoe and Omiya, which are less crowded than Tokyo and also great for exploring.

The hotel is really close to Tokyo Station, which is especially convenient if you're taking the Shinkansen the next day, as it's right near the Shinkansen exit. You just cross the road, walk for about 2 minutes, and turn right. The room itself is quite small, but other than the room size, everything else was great! You can choose your own pillow, which is a fantastic touch! The hot spring bath was also relaxing, and breakfast was good, they even had ice cream.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, so satisfying! I'm a huge fan of hot springs, so I booked this onsen hotel. The first day was a bit of an adventure trying to find it – I walked for about 20 minutes, which felt like almost two hours. But then I realized, after dropping my daughter off at the clinic, when I went to look for the hotel myself, I found it super easily. It's right next to the subway exit! The next three days were smooth sailing; the stay was really comfortable. The hot spring here is the real deal, and it felt amazing. Plus, the breakfast is incredibly abundant. For the first three days, we always went for breakfast at the last minute, close to 9:00 AM. On the first morning, we were pretty lucky – I thought it ended at 9:30, so we went at 9:00, and we were the last two people there. On the fourth day, we had to catch a flight, so we went down early at 6:30 AM. Well, we went down at 6:15 AM and found that it wasn't 6:30 yet, but there were already so many Japanese men queuing up! It really shows that Tokyo isn't a place for slackers. Also, in the evenings from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, they have a cocktail hour where you can freely enjoy coffee and other beverages. I missed this the first two days because I usually got back to the hotel around 10 PM. We made it the last two days, and it was fantastic! They even give you tips on how to mix your own cocktails right there. Due to the timing of my booking, these four nights were quite expensive. I later checked, and the price for the following week was much more reasonable. So, if you can catch it on a good value-for-money day, it's excellent. The front desk also lets you choose your pillow, which I thought was a really nice touch – they have high, low, latex, and even ones filled with buckwheat husks. And you can take free bath salts, tea, and even face masks. On the last day, you can get face masks! They also offer a supplement that helps you stay refreshed and alert if you take three a day, which I found very thoughtful. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel, except for the first night when I struggled to find it. I spent a lot of time; we arrived at the 'Jidai' subway station at 8:30 PM but didn't reach the hotel until 10:30 PM. Other than that, everything else was perfectly fine!

Loved this place, great location, great breakfast, although need to be there earlier as it gets very busy in the morning, the lounge isn’t big.
This is one of our favourite hotel in Japan, over few dozen hotels we’ve stayed, exceptional friendly staff, very helpful and always greeting and smiling; loved the onsen on the 2nd floor, did not expect to experience onsen in the city hotel!
Also the bunk bed really helps when you need a little privacy from the kids!

I was really satisfied with it. There are many shopping malls, many food, and the location is not too complicated.
I am most satisfied with this hotel.
There are different pillows to choose from.
There are snacks and ice bars at the front desk with different flavors (including my favorite Meiji).
Because the weather is hot, it is very considerate! ! !
There is a public bath, I like this facility 10 points, because I can have a good rest after traveling.
As long as you book accommodation, it will include breakfast. Although there are not many dishes to choose from, it is also very delicious, and there are many beverages to choose from.

Although it is not very cheap compared to China, it is really satisfactory for Tokyo, and the cost performance is super high!

The hotel is quite far from the main subway line, besides not all trains stop at Shinbanba station, which is something to keep in mind, if you travel from Haneda airport. So, you need to get off at Shinagawa station, then change for a local train to get to Shinbanba that could be a bit inconvenient. By the way, there is no elevator at both exits at the station Shinbanba, only at one side, you shoud be aware of it, if you have heavy luggage. 
On the other hand, if you have plans to explore Odaiba island, then the hotel is very convenient, but you have to walk about 15 minutes to get to the Rinkai line to go to Odaiba. 
In general, the hotel itself is small, but cozy. There is a supermarket near by the hotel. Hot bath is bit small, but it's quite unusual having onsen for business class hotels in Tokyo. There are some unlimited drinks  in the hotel, which is very convenient. We liked the breakfasts.  And the staff is very friendly.

Location was close enough to Akihabara JR station and Yodobashi, just behind the river so it was a calmer area than the main street of Akihabara. With onsen and welcome drink every evening, the whole stay is truly value for money. Amenities are perfect, esp got pajamas and pillows, as well as laundromats.

Fantastic stay, excellent location. The only minor issue was the small room. The soaking tub was super relaxing, and they provided a comprehensive set of toiletries. Plus, it's literally steps from Akabane Station South Exit and close to Ichiban-gai.

Great hotel with Onsen in the basement. Check in was a breeze and there was alcohol available for happy hour and soft drinks/coffee throughout the day. 

Location is not a touristy area, which is ideal. No need to worry about tons of tourists everywhere.

Great location and service. They have very impressive amenities to choose such as serum, aroma oil and much more. They also have choices of pillow as you prefer. Alcohol and soft drink provided everyday during 2pm to 9pm. One thing i do concerned is elevator that they have only one. Sometimes, i have to wait for 5 mins to go down to 1st floor, no stair to the ground.

I tried numerous times to contact them regarding sending my luggage in advance before I arrived, and they did not answer so I then sent a message on this app and after all of that, they refused my luggage and sent it back to where it came from. I found this to be very very unprofessional after I contacted them about this. They made contact with the courier company and had it resent as I had explained I tried numerous ways of trying to communicate with them about this matter, and unfortunately, I was not successful and in the end it caused quite a lot of stress.

Following this matter, everything went very smoothly, but the initial the first impression was not terribly positive.

Location: The hotel boasts an excellent location on the Yotsubashi line. It's incredibly convenient for tourists, whether you're coming from the airport or returning after a day of sightseeing, as it's right outside the subway exit. This is especially good for tired travelers, as you don't have to walk far.

Facilities: The hotel is somewhat like an economy business hotel. The rooms are small, the hallways aren't very wide; everything feels a bit compact. It seems well-suited for business travelers or solo guests.

Service: The service is good. You can pick up amenities you need from the front desk yourself. If you want your room cleaned, you can put up a sign; otherwise, they won't clean it, but they'll leave fresh towels and amenities on your doorknob daily, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel's highlights are its hot spring and free evening drinks. The hot spring is quiet and comfortable with few people, perfect for relaxing after a long day. For those who enjoy a drink, the complimentary evening beverages can help you unwind and sleep.

Food: The breakfast is also good, offering a variety of typical Japanese dishes.

The location is great, though I initially went the wrong way, past the overpass. Actually, if you exit Shin-Osaka Station from the East Exit, walk straight to the end, take the elevator down to the first floor, turn left, then right at the first intersection, and walk straight, you'll reach the hotel's back entrance (it's probably about a 5-minute walk). You can choose your own pillow at the hotel, there's a hot spring, free drinks, and the breakfast is also good (as shown in the pictures on the official website, available every morning). I stayed for 5 days and didn't get tired of it; I particularly liked the curry rice and ochazuke. There's also a Lawson convenience store right outside, which is very convenient. It's highly recommended for families with young children.

The hotel is near the Higobashi Station of the Yotsubashi Subway. Exit 7 is the closest, and there is an elevator at Exit 8. Exit 7 is right next to the AEON supermarket, which is very convenient. It is only one stop to Nishi Umeda and five stops to Namba. The hotel has a restaurant area where you can drink soft drinks for free from 6 to 9 o'clock, and there are alcoholic drinks to mix your own cocktails. You can also eat take-out food, which is very user-friendly.
Although the room is not big, it is very clean, and the password door lock also saves the trouble of bringing a room card. You can only change the towels every day without cleaning the room, which is more environmentally friendly.
In addition, the buffet breakfast should also be praised. Although there are not many varieties, it is not repeated every day, and there are salads, hot dishes, rice, miso soup, bread, etc. It is already very good as a business hotel. The service is also very enthusiastic, and the food is replenished quickly😀👍

I couldn't confirm my reservation at the front desk, so I took a new room while watching the mobile reservation completion email. At that time, I heard two employees talking ”I don't know because it is not Rakuten”. I'm a little worried that I won't hear it.
I was also mistaken for a non-smoking room, and the next customer seemed to have a mistake in booking a parking lot, and the exchange was a little unpleasant conversation. In the evening, it was the first time in the hotel stay that there were many mistakes with the customer and the front desk by cleaning the room.

This hotel is super conveniently located right next to JR Nara Station, making transportation a breeze. There's a 7-Eleven and a large supermarket next to JR Nara Station, which is really handy. You can also catch a bus right outside the hotel to Nara Park.

The hotel offers many optional services, showing great thoughtfulness.

The onsen (hot spring) experience was generally good. They even provided sleep aids like different pillows and sleep supplements.

My room was quite spacious for one person, though the facilities were relatively simple. The keyless entry with a password lock on the door was great as it meant I didn't need to carry a room card. The hairdryer was a Refa, and it was fantastic!

The best part was definitely the free happy hour at the restaurant in the evenings. There was a wide variety of drinks available, and many guests brought food from the convenience store to enjoy with their drinks.

My trip to Japan was so enjoyable largely because of this hotel! I was initially worried about the two Superhotels, but this one was fantastic! It's right across from the JR station, and the staff at the front desk all speak Chinese, and I heard they also speak Korean, Japanese, and English—amazing! Communication was completely seamless. During check-in, they explained everything in detail, including pillows, pajamas, combs, shampoo, and more! The breakfast was delicious and very Japanese, and I noticed many Japanese people choose to stay here, which was really great. Nara Park is also within walking distance. Overall, I had a wonderful time. I've already recommended it to everyone I know, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kansai—it's even cheaper than others! The rooms are small, but that seems to be a common problem with Japanese hotels.

The hotel is less than 50 meters from the subway. Although Shin-Omiya Station is not a big station, in addition to the ”to add money” special emergency, other cars to Osaka Kobe Kyoto will basically stop. Although the hotel near the subway station is not as much as Kintetsu Nara and Daiwa Nishi-Daeji Station, there are also ten. Downstairs is the 711 supermarket, all kinds of food are very much, in addition, the hotel will also serve self-service drinks coffee from 6 to 8 pm, and microwave ovens are available, so I see many guests will simply eat in the restaurant at night. In addition to 711, there is a Hankyu Spring House supermarket a few hundred meters south of the hotel, which includes more goods including food. I stayed for nearly a week this time, and the staff I contacted were very enthusiastic. It was an unforgettable trip to Nara.
