Free airport shuttle every hour: This is my third time staying at this hotel, and it's incredibly convenient for getting to the airport, only fifteen minutes away.

Facilities: The room facilities are complete, and there's also a spa service. The breakfast is also excellent; you can dine as early as 6 AM, which is great for early flights. They can also provide a packed meal.

Cleanliness: Very clean, the hotel lobby is beautiful, and there's also a swimming pool.

I recently stayed at Yello Hotel Kuta Beachwalk Bali for 5 nights in a Deluxe Room, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming—always greeting me with a smile whether I was coming in or heading out. Their friendliness really made me feel at home throughout my stay.

The hotel itself was spotless. Both the common areas and my room were consistently clean and tidy, which made the stay even more comfortable. My Deluxe Room was well-kept, cozy, and modern, offering everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.

The location is perfect, being right by Beachwalk Mall and just steps away from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy both shopping and sunsets. Overall, Yello Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuta, and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bali.

The location is truly great, making it easy to access all the major sites, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and they provided a wealth of useful, local information that was incredibly helpful for planning my days. They are a great team and deserve recognition for their service.

Great Value for money, excellent location in Seminyak just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a stones throw away to all the nightlife. Buffet was a bit lacking in meat options but still decent for the price. Whenever I want to be in Seminyak and look for good value Harris always delivers, 10-10 highly recommend for those looking for great value.

Excellent staff, great manager. While not too walkable area it’s right next to galleria mall which make it great convenience  and very short grab ride away to the beach. Recommended specially if you want to stay away from the crazy crowded area

This is our second time staying here. We booked a three room grand suite. We really love this spacious apartment. The living room has ample space for five of us to gather and chat. There is a big dining table, and even a maid's room with a small toilet. There is a washer and a dryer, which is really useful as we played at the sea a lot. It is connected to the Beachwalk shopping mall, meaning food and grocery are just a short walk away. Highly recommended for families.

The hotel is in a good location with food options around the area and close to Kuta beach by car. It has kid-friendly facilities like kids play room and kids pool. The restaurant serves a good buffet breakfast. The feedback I have for the apartment-type room is that it is pretty run down. I originally booked a family room with a double bed and 2 single beds with a nice design. However, they decided to 'upgrade' my room and gave me a 2-bedroom apartment-type family room. I was surprised to find that the quality of the room is not the same as in the photos, which was disappointing. That said, I must say that the facilities and the service were good so no complains there. 
When we returned after almost 2 weeks to stay for our last night in the hotel, the family room was a nice one, which is the one I originally booked. It was much better than the first room we got. I wished there was no 'upgrade' in the first place. Overall, it was a good experience.

There are 2 hotels around this neighbourhood that Ive tried. Harris and Aston. 

I must say Harris offers a much better experience. 

The staffs are equally friendly and very polite as many of the locals are. 

It is the environment of the hotel that stands out. It is bright, spacious and vibrant that resonates to make you feel energetic and you dont feel these eerie feelings when you stay there. 

I have frequented this hotel for every time I was in Bali but had tried Aston a couple of times and I have decided that it is much better to stay at Harris the next time around. 

Car parking is also much easier. There is a nearby convenience store with ATM and there is a small warung that sells very good nasi goreng near the traffic light.

I enjoyed my stay and I was surprised by how calm it was inside the hotel. The decoration is done with a tasteful touch. The staff make you all feel welcome. Check in and out was great. I was able to stay and do some work after checking out. The restaurant food and drinks were very good. Portions were a bit small for me but it seems to be the case outside too. The hotel guests enjoyed great discounts at the restaurant, the happy hours is also available as room service. 
Every night a weather card was distributed for the following day. And you could top up your water bottle or hing else if needed. 
This boutique hotel is definitely keeper. I had a nice end of my stay in Bali thanks to Maison Aurelia. Thank you 🙏

It was a good stay. The staffs were really friendly at the desk as well as downstairs. There is a mini mall below where you can find a mart, some f&b. The stay also felt safe and cozzy😊

The room is rather huge and very clean. Staff were friendly. Location is pretty strategic, especially if you have an event near the stadium (which I did for this trip), so it’s really convenient.

They had a huge spread for breakfast! So you’ll be spoilt for choice.

If you’re lucky, maybe the view from your room is nice too.

Though the room appears clean but there were several defects that should be fixed before the room is rented out.
1. The hair dryer was spoiled. Asked for replacement and it didn't happen.
2. The bathroom exhaust not working. As a result the smell spilled into the room. The bathroom mirror was fogged by the hot shower.
3. The bath enclosure drainage was choked. Causing water flooding during shower.
4. The hand shower hose was broken, water jetting from the connection and splashed all over.
5. Aircon controller was malfunction and could not set the temperature properly. We were awaken with sweat all over our head in the middle of the night cos it was too hot 

With above reasons overall I could only rate them 1 star out of 5.

very good and clean room! spacious! and good location .the only one thing they can improve more is the breakfast food cause it sucks they keep on repeating same menu . you should learn diffrent menus

This was my first time staying with Harris Suites. To start with, getting there was a breeze from the Airport, it was just a highway away. It's located close to the highway so it was a quick 30-minute ride. Checking in was also effortless as the customer service was helpful and friendly. I was give a room on the 2nd floor, not too bad considering not having to wait for the lift for too long. Of course i preferred a higher floor so that i could get a better view but that's OK. Room was clean and cozy, great for solo travellers. I have enjoyed my stay throughout, i managed to grab a quick breakfast on my 2nd day, it wasn't too crowded and the food selection is OK - nothing fancy, it's typical hotel breakfast that you would expect in SEA. On the final day, i could not have my breakfast as it was too crowded so i checked out early. Again, no hold-up during check-out, it was swift. i would surely come back again given its price point and its location.

Was feel good about the stay at Kimaya as it near to the place that I wanted to go, just that I had requested the non smoking room, and they assign it to, I no sure is the filter got problem or what, I keep smell a strong smoking smell and the did tell them the same. Maybe they should check on the Toilet smoke extractor

The room is spacious; however, the bathroom amenities need improvement, as they did not have a shower cap when I requested one.

The water in room 609 also had an unpleasant smell, and the towels and linens were very grey in color. As part of the Ascott Group, Fox Lite Grogol should improve the cleanliness of their linens.

That said, the service was excellent—fast response, hospitable staff, and quick check-in and check-out processes.
