I was worried about the safety of going abroad, and I felt much more secure after living here! The hotel staff is very nice, there will be no racial discrimination or other bad attitudes at all
The hotel environment is very good, clean and soundproof, you can write requirements when booking, such as quiet, high floors, etc.
In short, it is very recommended and the price is very good.

Отель понравился . Чистые номера, достаточно большие для Парижа. Удачное расположение - недалеко от вокзала, но в тихом , не криминальном месте. Завтра к сожалению не шведский стол, но было вкусно.

Living on the first floor, that is, the second floor, everything is fine, the only problem is that the ceiling is too low, resulting in poor sound insulation. When I walk upstairs, I feel a lot of movement. I told the front desk when I left, and they said it was the ceiling on the first floor. Low, much better on other floors

Hotel department 䢂 can only put a large luggage. If two people have two large luggage, they will be divided into two pieces. I personally think that it is not convenient, and the waiting time is considered durable. If you catch the train, remember to reserve the time and wait for the room to be clean. But the shower on the night of the stay was not enough for the shower liquid, there was no help... the overall feeling was average!

Superbe endroit. Bien placé mais au calme. Bâtisse ancienne avec son charme et extérieur enchanteur. Chambre de luxe très bien avec un bémol sur le plateau de courtoisie. On aurait pu s’attendre dans un 4 étoiles en chambre luxe une machine expresso à dosette!

The hotel is the only five-star hotel in la Rochelle located in the city center. The hotel staff are very friendly and very patient when checking in, and will introduce the hotel's functional areas in detail. The room is spacious, clean and bright, suitable for family travel. Prepared to have breakfast outdoors, the staff intimately helped me to put the selected plate out, and also covered the cover, very careful.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, about 10 mins walk from the train station and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. 
The staffs were all so friendly and helpful! There’s a day I was back to hotel from Mont Saint Michel and it was late and all the restaurants were closed. I was hungry and cold and ask for foods from hotel, though kitchen was closed they still managed to whip up with ham ,cheese and baguettes. It makes me feel like home!
Also, do try the dinner at the restaurant it was good!

We booked this hotel because it was in a château and it looked romantic and unique .However there were many details lacking overall. Firstly avoid the restaurant at all costs even though the three course meal was only €29. The food preparation and quality was terrible. Please see attached photos. The salmon I had was overcooked from frozen salmon and the greens were likely frozen greens that were boiled to mush and no longer green. The risotto was just rice coated in some weird cream and had some tasteless pieces of chicken slapped on top. We did not finish the food. 

They clearly also need more staff as our receptionist was doubling up as a waitress, and we noticed that there were some waits and gaps in service.

The room was compact and clean, but the details were lacking. For example, the fixtures and appliances were the cheapest variety possible and didn’t match the Luxe feel that the hotel is going for. The location is slightly out of town and a 20 minute walk to all the main sites in the old town.

The grounds were tidy and very pretty in photos.
