I've only stayed at Ruihua and Jiahua before, so this was my first time at Yuehua and Meihua, and I wasn't disappointed. The hotel is very clean, the hygiene is good, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is also nice. I'll continue to choose Wanda Group hotels in the future.

Take a break here before catching the high-speed train and do some exercise🏋️♀️.

Asked the male staff at the front desk if I could get a cup of coffee in the breakfast area☕️ I was very sleepy, and he replied twice that you must be a full-day guest to enjoy it with breakfast. The logic is correct, but compared with other brand chains, it is a bit stingy, and the service seems to have no core competitiveness. It was still the cleaning lady who gave me a bag of hotel hand-brewed coffee... This really has no cost but can make customers feel that the service is good, and it is time to reflect on it.

從廣東來太原出差，第一次來北方城市，入住體驗真的太好了，從落地到離店的整個過程我的心情都是無比的開心，酒店安排的接送服務非常方便，對於時間緊張的我省去了我自己找交通工具的時間，一進酒店大門就被酒店的裝修驚艷到了，工作人員服務也非常的好，我帶的行李比較多，工作人員主動幫我把行李拿到房間裏，真的讓我輕鬆了很多，酒店也提供了早餐服務，在就餐過程中服務員還擔心怕我不合胃口專門給我做了一份甜食，真的有被暖到，早餐的種類也很多是自助的方式，房間佈局也乾淨整潔，頭一次在外邊住讓我有了一種家的感覺，也可能是服務態度周到，工作忙完想的在周邊轉轉，酒店也很貼心的給我推薦遊玩吃喝，這種感覺真的非常舒服，一分價錢一分貨，以後出差還會選這裏，必須給酒店一個五星好評

Changbaishan Wanda Realm Hotel Review

The Wanda Realm Changbaishan is an excellent choice within the resort area, particularly for its ski-friendly features and outstanding value for money. It offers a well-rounded and hassle-free experience, making it ideal for families and ski enthusiasts alike. The hotel is centrally located within the Wanda Resort, with the ski slopes just a short walk away. Its back exit from the restaurant leads directly to the Haidongqing Ski Service Center, meaning no long queues for ski rentals or returns. The equipment is relatively new, and the flow is smooth, which is great for both beginners and advanced skiers. It's also close to the Dragon Cable Car, providing access to multiple runs once you reach the top, offering a fantastic ski-in/ski-out experience. The airport is about a 25-minute drive, and the hotel provides scheduled shuttle services, accommodating even late-night flights, making travel very convenient.

The guest rooms are simple yet practical, with a moderate amount of space. The heating is ample, and hot water is consistent. The bedding is comfortable, and both soundproofing and cleanliness are top-notch. Some rooms offer views of the snow-covered mountains, providing a wonderful winter ambiance. There's also a NITRO co-branded floor with distinct ski elements, which younger guests will appreciate. Amenities include a gym and self-service laundry. The front desk service is responsive, and the staff are warm and attentive, promptly resolving any issues. The overall service is thoughtful.

The 'Yue' Restaurant offers a rich and varied buffet breakfast, combining Chinese and Western options with plenty of hot food to refuel after skiing. For other meals, you can order authentic Northeastern specialty dishes, which are delicious and offer good value. Packages often include ski passes, hot springs, and water park access, making it a very cost-effective option for a one-stop vacation.

On the downside, the rooms aren't particularly large, so multiple pieces of luggage might feel a bit cramped. Also, the resort's shuttle bus schedule is fixed, and you might have to wait during peak hours. Overall, these minor drawbacks don't detract from the experience. The location, convenience for skiing, service, and value for money are all exceptional. It's a foolproof choice for a winter vacation in Changbaishan, highly recommended for skiers, families, and leisure travelers.

Due to a change in plans caused by the weather, I had to book this hotel last minute. The environment was great, and the service was good too. The breakfast offered a rich variety of choices. The hotel provided complimentary cable car tickets. When we reached the top, it was initially foggy and we couldn't see anything. But as we were about to head down, the clouds suddenly cleared, revealing a truly beautiful landscape – definitely a forest oxygen bar! At Waku Lake, we could ride water bikes, which my child thoroughly enjoyed. We didn't have time to try the 'Little Yellow Duck' boat or the water park. The complimentary hot spring was just okay. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would choose this hotel again next time.

Facilities: Well-equipped; children's slippers and toothbrushes were provided, and the kids loved the children's playground inside the hot spring.

Cleanliness: The rooms were very clean, and everything was neatly arranged, which was very pleasant. Although there were footprints in the lobby, they were quickly wiped clean each time.

Environment: Not too crowded; the environment was clean and quiet, very comfortable.

Service: The hotel receptionists were very responsible, and the driver who took us to the resort was also very friendly.

The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service from the station.

It's extremely close to the West Scenic Area distribution center; if you want to get into the scenic area early, this is the place to go.

The hotel is very convenient for shopping and dining. There's a food street downstairs, and any place you pick up is acceptable. You can also take a 10 RMB shuttle bus to town for food.

The only downside is the breakfast; it's really not very good, and there aren't many suitable breakfast restaurants nearby. It's mainly just for getting by.

They also gave us music festival tickets, which we experienced with our child, and it was great.

Overall, we were very satisfied.

The hotel's location is excellent, right at the entrance of the scenic area. The visitor center is within walking distance, and it's on the same commercial street as other Marriott hotels. The hotel facilities are very new, and the style is modern and minimalist. Breakfast is plentiful. There's no elevator, but the rooms are only on up to the third floor, so it's not a big issue if your luggage isn't too heavy. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay.

The room is simple and cozy, clean and comfortable, with soft bedding that makes you feel relaxed. It's very quiet at night. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the local food is delicious. The hotel front desk helped us plan a very practical travel itinerary, saving us from taking too many unnecessary detours. They even thoughtfully reminded us to bring motion sickness patches and medicine, as the winding roads up Shiwangwan Mountain are particularly challenging for those prone to motion sickness.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, including a washing machine and a shared large terrace with tables and chairs. It's very pleasant to have a late-night snack there while enjoying the night view.
Hygiene: Good, quite clean.
Environment: It's right at the entrance of the scenic area. The street in front is very lively with many food options. Sound insulation is decent; there wasn't much noise even with thousands of people queuing at 4 AM.
Service: Breakfast can be taken away. If you can't go to eat at 6 AM, you can pick up a packed breakfast at the front desk, which is very convenient.
Suggestion: When storing luggage, please don't use stickers that are hard to remove. It's awkward! Luggage tags aren't expensive, so just use those instead.
