This is my umpteenth stay at the Zhizhu Hotel, specifically the Beijing Cableway Subway Station branch, and the overall experience is consistently excellent. The hotel's environment is absolutely fantastic – truly outstanding and highly recommended. The service attitude is also great; the staff are very friendly, and all the facilities are well-equipped. I especially love this hotel and will definitely choose it again if I return to the area. My previous stay was also at a Zhizhu Hotel, and I can confirm that they are all really great places to stay.

I made a good decision choosing this organisation for my first hostel experience. Great location and attentive service made my trip perfect. Such a nice price for the location. The furniture and facilities are modern and attractive, cleanness is well maintained. If you need some consumables, such as towels, tooth brushes etc., they’re offered in the vending machine, which is just convenient.

The room was clean and tidy, with central air conditioning that allowed for personal temperature adjustment, making it very comfortable. The communal bathhouse and restrooms were well-maintained and clean, equipped with a hairdryer, refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer, all very complete. It's also conveniently located near a subway station.

The service here is excellent. The front desk even provides earplugs and sometimes laundry detergent or other disposable items. There are always a lot of people, all striving towards their goals. The staff's service attitude is great, and they're always willing to help as much as they can.

The room was great, it was a good place to stay while getting my visa done. Sorry, but I really feel we both made mistakes here. It's not about whether you think you're right or I think I'm right, or you think you're wrong or I think I'm wrong. We both need to acknowledge our mistakes and our correct points. The way to resolve this is to understand that even if one of us thinks there's a mistake, neither of us was truly wrong. That way, we can both feel we weren't wrong and did everything perfectly, even though we both made mistakes. Do you understand what I mean?

I booked this hotel for my last night in Beijing so I didn't stay long.
However I can still tell that the person that welcomed me at the reception was nice.
And the room wasn't big, it didn't have any windows but the beds were big and comfy, the sheets were clean and I spent a good night.

They let me check out a little bit later than planned and that was really helpful as my flight was on the evening, it allowed me to have the time to pack my things, without having to carry my luggage in the whole city.

And special note to the showers that were simply the best ones of my trip.

This is a great hostel with excellent front desk service. The rooms have a washing machine and a mini-fridge, and the location is very convenient.

I absolutely loved the 'Premium Single Room' here. It's a bit more expensive, but totally worth it! It gets great sunlight, has a floor-to-ceiling window, and it's quiet at night. The air conditioning works wonderfully, there's ample space under the bed with a light, and the small desk is perfect for working. There's even a large mirror behind the door. Although the room is small, it has everything you need and is very comfortable. Xiaojie at the front desk was exceptionally good and super helpful. I'll definitely be staying here again!

I genuinely recommend this hostel! What impressed me most was the absolutely top-notch service. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and approachable. They not only patiently answered all my questions but also helped me plan my itinerary and shared practical tips to avoid tourist traps, which was super helpful. They went above and beyond to assist with any needs I had, providing thoughtful and considerate service, always putting guests first. The overall atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were dedicated and responsible, paying attention to every small detail. It made me feel a lot of warmth in an unfamiliar city. The value for money is unbeatable, and both the service and experience were flawless. I've already recommended it to friends, and it's definitely worth coming back to again and again!

I had an early appointment near Anzhenmen, so I stayed here for a night at the last minute. When I checked in, the front desk attendant explained that due to the building's central air conditioning, the cooling might not be very strong and the room might feel a bit stuffy. She also mentioned I could check out within half an hour if I wasn't satisfied. I went in and felt it was okay; it might not be ideal for those who are particularly sensitive to heat. My roommates were very quiet, as was the hallway. The bathroom was spacious and very clean, and the room itself was immaculate. I slept really well that night. In the morning, I just left my room card at the front desk. I'll definitely stay here again if I need to!

The overall stay experience was very good, the hotel was conveniently located, and it was very convenient to travel and eat. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect exceeded expectations, and the rest was very good at night. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out efficiency is very high, and the demand response is timely. The public area is well maintained, the sanitary details are in place, and the price is very high. I will choose this one next time I come here. I recommend it to everyone ～. The room was cleaned very meticulously, no smell, sufficient hot water in the bathroom, and good quality toiletries. Hotel security is in place, the corridor is quiet, and the cleaning staff cleans it in time. The check-in speed at the front desk is fast, and the surrounding play and dining spots are intimately informed. The service is very warm and it is a very comfortable accommodation experience.

Environment: All women are safe, and the surrounding area is very close to Joy City. The subway station can also walk over. It is convenient to travel.
