The observation deck on the third floor is an absolute highlight – you can sit there in the evening, sip tea, and just relax, with the entire Longting area spread out before you. It's a top choice for anyone visiting Kaifeng for leisure or business. Plus, it's just a stone's throw away from Longting Park, Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, and Qishengjiao.

The hotel is new and looks like it hasn't been open for long; it's very clean. I'd suggest adding a power outlet to the desk, as you have to go to the sink to plug in water, which is inconvenient. Overall, it's pretty good and I'd recommend it.
