AAngelWonderful hotel! The lobby is spacious and beautifully decorated, with a delightful aroma. The rooms are spacious and clean. We would especially return for the breakfast; it offered a wide selection, fresh ingredients, and everything was delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful.
GGuest UserWe booked 4 rooms for our family tour and we had a great stay at Sapphire House. The rooms were cosy, clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing with on-demand hot dish menu prepared for you! Front desk staff were very helpful and arranged a van for our group to commute to the station. The team was well diverse with Chinese speaking front desk staff as well. Highly recommend this hotel!

The service was very good. The concierge helped me book restaurants, spas and consult the surrounding environment, which was very helpful.
Although the food in their restaurant is a bit expensive, it is very delicious. If you fail to make a reservation at the Michelin restaurants nearby, you can still give it a try without drinking too much wine.
The room is very good, quiet and clean, with low-key luxury, the bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom has a bathtub, and the sofa bed in the living room on the loft was replaced with another bed, which is a bit harder, but you can also have your own space. Both spaces are high and very comfortable.
GGuest UserThe ventilation of the room is very POOL, made sleep difficult after travelling,there is a Construction site in front of the Hotel, they start Working early in the Morning 07:30, I killed 3 mosquitoes in the 2nd night because we need open the windows for fresh air, but if you open the Windows mosquitoes flies in . the hygiene of the toilet need to improve.

The most important thing is that there is a Christmas market and an ice skating rink downstairs, which the children love very much. The taste and service of the restaurant in the market are very good. The Christmas atmosphere is very good. The hotel is next to the Carrefour supermarket, which is very convenient for replenishing snacks and fruits. It is just that you need to take a detour to get a taxi to Antwerp Central Station. If you don't need to take a taxi with your children, there are actually buses and subways downstairs, which is very convenient. You must stay here again when you come to Antwerp

CCindyTsangThe reason of booking this hotel was because of the modern and cool room design and its swimming pool.
However, the stay was bad. We stayed for three day, and didn't required for the cleaning service until day 3 morning.
And the unexpected sittuation happened. We had missing items on my cosmetic and massage products and tools.
We did contact the hotel for the investigation, but they did not do any investigation and only said I will be upgraded with breakfast for the next day.
The swimming pool needs to be booked before going, but actually no one managed and controlled the number of people using the pool.
It starts to get crowned for more than 12 people. The towels were on every sun bed, even no one was using them.
The check-in was not smooth and fast. It took an hour to access the room. I was charged the city tax two times, one prepaid online, another time on arrival.
Then the front desk requested me to send a formal email to enquire the hotel about the over charged of city tax, then the fee was waived at once in 15 minutes later.
The room key did not work with the first room then I was given a new room key for another room 15 minutes later
There were no chair / stool for the customers at the check-in desk, and the check-in process was so long and tiring.
I was not happy with my stay.
