We arrived early and they kindly let us check in to an available room, even providing a welcome gift. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and the facilities were great, especially the beautiful sea view. It was a fantastic experience, very satisfying.

The sea view room offers an incredible view – open the window and you're greeted by a stunning blue ocean and sky! The hotel staff are really thoughtful, and there are plenty of facilities for families. The hot spring pool is perfect for relaxing. The nearby hiking trails are absolutely beautiful, and enjoying a seafood feast on the terrace for dinner made for a perfect vacation! I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

I stayed at bai Hotel Cebu in Mandaue, Cebu. It's a wonderful hotel with an excellent balance of location, facilities, and service, ensuring a very comfortable stay. **Staff & Service** The staff were always smiling, very kind, and full of hospitality, making my stay very pleasant. The service at the Executive Lounge and restaurants was also polite and reassuring. **Room & View** The room was clean with a calm, modern interior. The bed was comfortable, and the large window offered beautiful views of Cebu city and the evening sunset. **Rooftop Pool & Bar** The infinity pool and bar on the top floor offered breathtaking night views, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the night breeze. **Dining & Executive Lounge** The breakfast buffet and lounge food offered a wide variety and high quality. From local traditional sweets (like Puso, mangoes, and chocolate sauce) to Western dishes like pasta, everything was delicious and enjoyable. **Location & Surroundings** Parkmall is right in front of the hotel, so shopping, dining, and currency exchange were never an issue. Access to the airport and the city center is also excellent. This hotel is highly recommended as a base for exploring Cebu, whether for business or leisure. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Cebu next time!

My family and I recently stayed at Crimson for a night, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. My daughter absolutely loved the place, and the only word she could repeatedly say was, “AMAZING.” The buffet breakfast was outstanding, especially the wide variety of options available for kids. It was thoughtful touches like these that made our stay even more enjoyable. The foam party at the infinity pool was also a big highlight and added so much fun and excitement for the children. What truly made our stay memorable was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, warm, and approachable throughout our visit. During checkout, a piece of luggage belonging to a guest from Room 619 was accidentally loaded into our car. As soon as we discovered it, we immediately contacted the concierge, and the taxi driver kindly returned it to the hotel right away. Overall, we had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at the resort. Thank you for the excellent service and experience — we would gladly return and highly recommend Crimson to others.

I would like to raise a concern regarding our stay on May 15. On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak. This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well. We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit? We returned after a year for my daughter's birthday celebration! 🎂 The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. 🤗 My daughter was thrilled when some staff members even remembered us, and she immediately said, 'I want to stay at this hotel again!' 🥳 The Allegro restaurant had been renovated and looked beautiful ✨. However, I was disappointed that the variety and grandeur of the dishes were not as good as before. 😢 (On our last day, we received a letter saying it would reopen on July 23rd… I hope it returns to its previous luxurious state.) My daughter was looking forward to eating puto bumbong, but it wasn't available this time, which brought her to tears. 😭 Our room was always kept impeccably clean, making our stay very comfortable. I absolutely love the sunrise and ocean views from this room. Sitting on the balcony provides such a healing and relaxing time. 🤗 However, this particular room doesn't have a bathtub 🛁. It's always a tough decision when choosing a room: should I prioritize the amazing view or a room with a bathtub? 😩 There are three pools on the property, which are a lot of fun! 😊 The fresh juice by the poolside was absolutely delicious. It's great that a Jollibee has opened within walking distance of the hotel! 😊 Tumalog Falls was also wonderful! This was my first time visiting a shooting range as well! We had so much fun and made some amazing memories. 🥰 We definitely want to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at Mercure Mactan and were very happy with our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in Mactan Newtown, where there are plenty of food options, restaurants, and cafes, all just a short walk from the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were also celebrating a birthday during our stay, and the hotel kindly prepared a simple cake for us, which we really appreciated. It was a lovely little touch that made the celebration more special. Another great thing is that guests can enjoy access to the pool and beach in Mactan Newtown, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast selection, but it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t take away from our overall experience. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back!

The Hotel and staff did really well during the Sinulog festival! They organised workshop and provided gifts and souvenirs. It is also very close to one of the main festival areas. The only disappointment was the kaldereta we ordered from the kitchen which was ridiculously small amount (1 piece of meat). However there are many restaurants nearby. Hairdryer needs extra payment of 100 peso per night.

I love this place because it is a big property with many different parts and things to do. There really many pools, an aqua park, an inflatable island on a large pool, a game room, a bar, a restaurant, a souvenir shop (that also sells basic medicines and toiletry needs), bathrooms, a garden, the beach front. If you are a family with children of different ages and even if you have grandparents in tow, this would be perfect. They’re not stingy with lounge chairs either and in one pool, you can play volleyball. Their rooms are good sized and comes with a small ref, hair dryer, a carafe and free tea and coffee. Their breakfast buffet is awesome with sooo many food and drinks to choose from. There is a BDO cash machine and their staff are very helpful and polite. Grab food are not allowed to deliver at the lobby, they can only make it to the gate of the property and while it is not far to walk there, you can ask for free shuttle to bring you to the gate to claim your order and then back to the lobby. They also take credit cards and water stations on each floor where you can refill your water bottles. There are 2 large water bottles in each room. I think the one issue I have is - I perceived this resort to be family friendly because of the many kinds of activities for different ages but our rooms came with bathrooms that has glass wall where a person outside the bathroom can pull up the blinds. I mean, why? When I booked the rooms, it didn’t mention that the bathroom would be like that. I wish they would provide a distinction during booking so that people who don’t want bathrooms to be like that can avoid it.

Location wise, this is pefect. You can just take any public transport and you are there when you get off. The staff are very well trained, very nice and very polite. Everything looked very clean and even if the hotel is not that big, they had a badminton/volleball courts. There is enough beach front to walk around. For a Lapu-lapu beach, their beach is clean enough as well. They had plenty of covered lounge couches to enjoy beach front even under the sun. The pool is small but it feels clean. We paid an extra ₱ 500 to get the ”upgrade” for the ocean view and it was our biggest mistake causing us to lose sleep. Apparently, the room assigned to us was part of an adjoining room and the sound insulation was terrible. We can hear everything happening in the other room and unfortunately the couple in the other room were going at it very loudly (the girl was shouting) until around 5 in the morning. We don't recommend the breakfast buffet as well especially if you are paying the extra ₱1,100 for another person. Very few choices, very salty meat dishes and we don't know exactly what caused it but we had a stomachache after breakfast.
