Great
AAnonymous UserThe location is very convenient, right near Alona Beach, so you can just step out and be there. It's also a relatively private hotel. The facilities are great, with two swimming pools and a gym. Other activities need to be booked in advance. It's very close to the airport, and round-trip transfers cost 1600 pesos. Breakfast was quite mediocre, without many options, mostly Filipino dishes. It has a private beach, which is small and not very high quality, mostly rocky, but it's perfect for a relaxing vacation if you're just looking for a quiet place to lie down.
VVeronKatiThe hotel left a very pleasant impression. The grounds are beautifully decorated for the New Year holidays, and the atmosphere is calm and cozy. The staff are attentive and friendly; check-in was smooth and hassle-free.
The room has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Slippers, bathrobes, a small hairdryer, a tea set, a mini-bar, and toothbrushes are provided. All amenities are replenished daily, and housekeeping is regular and thorough.
Breakfasts are substantial and varied. There are seasonal fruits, good coffee, scrambled eggs, as well as some Filipino national dishes. Vegetarian options and separate items for children are available, which is very convenient.
The location is unique. There's practically nothing nearby, but that's a big plus. Thanks to this, the beach is quiet, uncrowded, and very peaceful, perfect for a relaxed and secluded getaway.
GGuest UserIt’s very close to Alona Beach, it’s very safe, and it’s very convenient to call a tutu car at the door. I ordered breakfast included, and I was full of energy every day to eat freshly made breakfast. Looking at the swimming pool inside the resort, the sun is shining, especially Comfortable, the manager, the proprietress, and the waiters are very careful to take care of everything and respond to requests. The room environment has basic needs, but it cannot be compared with domestic hotels. After all, Bohol Island is a semi-developed island, and the surrounding environment is relatively natural and simple
GGuest UserThis is a fantastic hotel that makes you want to return. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-laid out, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and cozy, providing an excellent night's sleep with absolutely no noise disturbances. The bathroom was spotless, and the hot water was consistent and convenient to use. The staff were friendly, attentive, and promptly resolved any issues. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, immaculately clean, with thoughtful touches evident everywhere. The location is excellent, making travel easy, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. It offers incredible value for money, and my overall experience was perfect. Highly recommended!
KKaka07This hotel is located on Doljo Beach, and it's wonderfully quiet. The water is crystal clear and calm, perfect for a relaxing vacation 🏖️. In the mornings, during low tide, you can go beachcombing and find lots of starfish, sea urchins, blue crabs, hermit crabs, and small fish. From midday onwards, it's an excellent spot for snorkeling, with plenty of clownfish to see.
The hotel itself is great, both in terms of facilities and service. The decor is new and features a stylish Nordic design. The staff are all incredibly nice, very responsive to any requests, and they offer a delicious welcome drink. While the breakfast isn't extensive, it covers all the basic essentials. Getting to Alona Beach by 'tutu' (tricycle) costs 200P and takes about 15 minutes. I absolutely love this hotel.
GGuest UserThis is a decent resort with good value for money, perfect if you're using it as your sole base in Bohol. It's a notch below a typical resort in Sanya, China, but still offers standard five-star hotel amenities. What sets it apart from Sanya hotels is the excellent snorkeling right off the shore. The hotel provides free life vests, so even kids can enjoy it (safety first!). There are plenty of fish in the water, and you can easily find starfish – in fact, we later realized starfish are quite common around Bohol. If you're looking for more diverse marine life, you'll need to take a boat further out. The breakfast buffet is standard, with a good variety, and always features at least one roasted meat daily. The lunch and dinner restaurants are a bit pricey for what you get, though the dining environment is lovely. There's also a quiet rooftop restaurant on the fourth floor above the guest rooms. Given its location near Alona Beach, a fairly bustling area, you can easily order food delivery to the hotel lobby via apps, and there's a shuttle service to Alona. Being close to both the airport and Alona makes it an ideal first hotel in Bohol. You can then use it as a base to book sardine snorkeling and island hopping tours, even directly through Ctrip.
GGuest UserOur stay at Bohol Dolphin Bay Resort was a great experience overall. The bedding in the room was really comfortable, clean, and soft, so we slept soundly. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the food was tasty, and they even had some small snacks, which showed a nice thoughtful touch.
The pool was much bigger than we expected and very clean, perfect for relaxing. The location is also good; it's not far from the beach, an easy walk away. If you prefer not to walk, the hotel offers a free shuttle to Alona Beach, which is a big plus.
Overall, it's great value for money, and we had a very relaxing stay. We'd definitely consider coming back.
黄黄The owner is Chinese, it is very convenient for communication, it is very convenient to have diving experience, and it is also very convenient to eat, but it needs to be booked, it is a bit slow, and everything else is good. He also arranged for us to go out to sea and island hopping, which is really a good travel experience.
