Ramada Jerusalem Hotel
"I was very happy staying at the hotel"
Christmas Hotel - Jerusalem
"Very good value, convenient location."
Dan Panorama Jerusalem Hotel
"The bathroom was not added, it was used before."
Hotel Yehuda
"The hotel is not in the center of town but close to the zoo and aquarium It is an easy drive into town. The privately run hotel has a gymboree for younger children, a good pool area with plenty of sitting space. There is a good pool bar serving schnitzel, sausages, salad and french fries. There is a large breakfast buffet and a reasonably priced dairy coffee shop in the lobby. Bedrooms were a decent size, clean and well serviced. Bathroom was small but well equipped."
St. George’s Cathedral Pilgrim Guesthouse – Jerusalem
"A very good choice for individuals and friends for quiet prayer, contemplation, relaxation and pure joy."
Addar Hotel
"Hotel with a charm . Good value for money. Excellent Location. Friendly staff"
Prima Park Hotel Jerusalem
"Be careful. Stay away from this hotel. Parking is an issue here… but promises that cannot kept and rude security personnel is too much… They have service and help via the phone. But, they are not in the hotel and cannot help… Beside - dirty rooms and overall bad experience."
Notre Dame Center
"It is very religious, with the Pope's choice and even a church of its own. The renovation and protection of historical buildings is a good place to shoot photos."
The David Story Boutique
"I have tried to contact them using emails, Whatsapp and the "hotel" website and there is no answer. I am affraid they will not honor my reservation and take the money. Absolutely nobody answers and no staff. I just hope it is not a scam. I am very worried."

Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem
"I went for a 5 day business/visiting trip. Staying in the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem is such a delight. This front-desk staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Amir and and Alexei and many others whose names I don't remember went out of their way to make sure my stay was wonderful. In fact, they offered to have me move down from the 8th floor to the first floor for Saturday (because I don't use the elevator on my Shabbat) The breakfast staff is awesome- as is the head of the breakfast ( a very nice man whose name escapes me). The room on the 8th floor was newly renovated and gorgeous- the room on the first floor was perfect for my Shabbat stay. Cozy and perfect. I cannot wait to come back to Jerusalem and the WA is a cherry on the top in being in the most wonderful city in the world."
Theatron Jerusalem Hotel & Spa MGallery Collection
"We have just come back from a wonderful trip to Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. The hotel is new and beautiful in a quiet part of the city. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to old Jerusalem. There is a fantastic restaurant opposite called Talbiye. I'm planning a return trip to Jerusalem in June for work. I won't be staying at this hotel again unfortunately and have identified another hotel for my return trip. The staff was helpful but one, name beginning with H let us down. He messed up a few times. He told us he wanted to work in psychology, and it appeared his head wasn't in the job of hospitality. The hotel messed up with breakfast a few other things including me not getting my wake-up call. My friend got a bottle of wine which I didn't want as it would have been a hassle to bring back and I don't drink enough to finish a bottle in a day. H wasn't thinking like a person in the hotel business. When i said chocolates would be a good alternative, I just got two little chocolates that they put on your pillow anyway. There could have been an offer of a spa treatment or a cocktail at the bar. Also, H said to my friend that 'she is angry with me'. I told him H not to speak about me in front of me as I found it rude. He then said something along the lines of staff will talk about you when you're not here anyway....(so why stay that the Theatron again if that his what staff do?) I asked to speak to the manager the following day, but they weren't available. Me and my friend both agreed that the one member of staff let down an overall lovely experience."
Cramim by Isrotel Exclusive
"Always excellent always an amazing stay. This hotel achieves full Marks every time. It’s just different From the peacefulness of the reception when you arrive to the tranquility of eh outdoor pool area, from the amazing restaurant to the relaxing rooms. Cramim have managed to make you able to be fully relaxed very quickly. Highly recommend a visit to Yoav at the wine boutique. Well done"
King David Hotel Jerusalem
"Exceptional hotel. In my opinion best hotel in Israel. On line with finer hotels in Europe. Service excellent. Room with small balcony was perfect. Breakfast best in Israel. Dinner at Grill Room a must; excellent meat, live music. Location is great for walking, touring. Spent one entire day at hotel. The pool and gardens overlooking old city offer an incredibly relaxing resort experience in a hotel filled with history. One recommendation, better/brighter lighting in lobby/main sitting area."
St. George Hotel
"I am rating this hotel 1 star for its lack of cleanliness and consideration. Bathrooms were dirty and there were no AC in the conference room - even though they know we were coming. They should know we need one - we eventually asked them and they brought 2 fans."
Vert Jerusalem by Afi Hotel
"It's was beautiful staying and good service and reception are very good and clean room"
Ramat Rachel Resort
"What a unique experience for the famely, to enjoy the facilities of the kibbutz and understand how they live and produce. Every day there's something to do and the team is remarkably great. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to experience something new. I'LL BE BACK! "
YMCA Three Arches Hotel

The American Colony Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels of the World
"Will never stay somewhere else in Jerusalem. The friendly staff, the amazing property, the gardens and the rooms are wonderful. We always come back to The American Colony. This time, Diana arranged for us a private cottage, a little home in this amazing hotel."
The Inbal Jerusalem
"Very nice hotel, welcoming staff, needs a little refreshment"
SpaceART
"The hotel is small, but very convenient both in location and in terms of accommodations. It's four stops from Jerusalem Train Station on bus #18. The Old City is a 7-10-minute walk away, and Jaffa Street with its cafes and shops is a minute away. The rooms are small, and some even offer capsules, but we had a triple room with a bunk bed. The downstairs bed wasn't really a bed—it was a fold-out sofa that had seen better days. In front of it was a large TV with YouTube. We watched it lying down, without folding the sofa, because we were afraid we wouldn't be able to unfold it for sleeping. Since the hotel is located in the basement, our window was small and dirty, purely for ventilation. The room has air conditioning, a small refrigerator, a fan, a TV, another sofa, a low table, a bathroom with a shower, and several lighting options. Water from the shower leaks heavily onto the bathroom floor, so be careful! There's no closet, just a coat rack, so it's difficult to organize your things, but we managed. The hotel has a kitchen with a microwave, stove, hot and cold water dispenser, tables, and chairs—a bit cramped, but comfortable. There's a gym downstairs. There's also a small outdoor area with tables and chairs. It's cozy, with lots of modern art. Towels are exchanged upon request. Recommended for travelers who prefer the outdoors to the inside."
Leonardo Boutique Jerusalem
"This is a modern and comfortable hotel with friendly and polite staff. The position is good and is easy walking to both the market and the Jaffa Gate. Our room had a balcony and faced the street. The windows are not soundproofed so next time I will ask for a back facing room."
New Capitol Hotel - Jerusalem
"The hotel is clean, hygienic and comfortable, the service attitude is good, recommended and praised"
St Thomas Guesthouse - Jerusalem
"Just a few meters from the Damascus Gate, a hotel that offers everything you need, has parking, there's a place nearby called King of Shawarma that's also very good, 100% recommended, good price, good location"
Olive Tree Hotel
"This hotel is an excellent place to stay in Jerusalem - an easy walk to the Damascus Gate. We appreciate so many of the staff - especially Wissam. The front desk manager and Maria in the coffee lounge. Wissam was so helpful with various questions/ concerns for our group. His friendly and kind way was so appreciated.. In the lounge, Maria worked so.hard and was so pleasant as she provided wonderful service. Thank you Olive Tree!"
Prima Royale Hotel
"Staff extremely cordial and helpful. Room nice, clean. Great view Food very tasty"
