Ramada Jerusalem Hotel
"I love this hotel"
Christmas Hotel - Jerusalem
"Excellent service"
Dan Panorama Jerusalem Hotel
"The bathroom was not added, it was used before."
Hotel Yehuda
"Nice hotel, clean, comfortable and elegant. The swimming pool is beautiful and the breakfast is super stocked and also the free parking! The only sore point is the location. Very far from the historic center of Jerusalem. Not well connected by public transport. There is only one bus that goes to the center, the stop is almost a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and this bus runs every 30-40 minutes and it takes a half hour bus ride to get there. if you want to be convenient to the center this is not the right place!"
St. George’s Cathedral Pilgrim Guesthouse – Jerusalem
"Good hotel the inside was like a castle plus the garden was a nice place to relax"
Addar Hotel
"Horrible experience, the air conditioning wasn’t work on this weather, shower was locked, bed was horrible, Wi-Fi wasn’t working. I went to speak with reception he said there’s nothing he could do. LoI breakfast horrible, the fruits salad were from concentrate thing, one option of everything loI. I don’t recommend this hotel at all, don’t stay here if you don’t want to have a miserable experience"
Prima Park Hotel Jerusalem
"* WARNING* DO NOT BELIEVE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS ON HERE. This place is a run down dump in urgent need of a full refurbishment! 4* Hotel? More like 1* Motel. The room we stayed in was filthy with stains all over carpets and blood, nails and hair under the bed sheets! The wood cladding and grout was mouldy and beds had seen more bottoms then a park bench, making them lumpy and hard. With all this in mind the staff at the desk did their best to help and offered us a refund (Which we took and ran for the hills) If you live in a mud hut this place might just do, but if not AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
Notre Dame Center
"Just great"
The David Story Boutique
"This is not a "hotel". It is a cluster of rooms operated by the same owner. The location is really good. Service is non-existent. My room was large and comfortable. It is impossible to communicate with them via email or Whatsapp. They have no staff other than the maids who clean each morning. There is no lobby. It is basically an accomodation. It is severely understaffed and not very safe as anyone can walk in. The room has a microwave, a mini-fridge, water kettle and Nespresso machine. It is a very odd place and they only let you know the details a few hours before you arrive via a mysterious Whatsapp. Otherwise impossible to communicate with them. Whatsapp operator is rude."

Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem
"Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. But that is what you get for that price. Room is excellent, location is excellent, breakfast is excellent."
Theatron Jerusalem Hotel & Spa MGallery Collection
"I want to share the wonderful experience we had when we stayed at the new Theatron Hotel in Jerusalem. We heard about the hotel from our friends. The new and charming boutique hotel is in the Talbieh neighborhood, and was built in a classical modern style. The staff were kind and it was clear that customer service was very important to them. They went out of their way to ensure our enjoyment and comfort. The room design is very classic with a large, comfortable and luxurious double bed, and quality bedding. Everything is very clean and they have great attention to detail. The hotel has an indoor heated pool, a lobby bar and a restaurant. Breakfast is an impressive varied buffet and it was delicious. We really enjoyed the pampering Clarins spa and pool. We were very impressed with the relaxing massage. The hotel has an adjacent and convenient parking lot. Without a doubt we will return and recommend this hotel to our friends."
Leonardo Plaza Hotel Jerusalem
"The pool is very dirty, looks like they didn't clean it for a long time. I was disgussed to enter it. The bathroom was dirty and old, tte shower door was broken and they said that nothing can be done because the hotel is old and all the rooms are the same. Staying doesn't worth the money."
King David Hotel Jerusalem
"Excellent service in every aspect. The food was outstanding, the waiters were attentive and professional, and the overall experience was excellent. Everything was truly top-quality."
St. George Hotel
"Old style hotel, food was not that great but location was good."
Ramat Rachel Resort
"Warm and friendly staff. The outdoor areas are clean and flowers everywhere. Rooms were very comfortable. Great swimming pools for adults and children. Breakfast was awesome and dinner also was excellent. There's also a fun gymboree for children. We can't wait to come back again!"
Cassia Hotel Jerusalem
YMCA Three Arches Hotel
"We stayed as a couple at the YNCA Hotel for a long weekend. While the hotel itself was generally fine, our experience with the breakfast was extremely disappointing. We had booked and paid for breakfast in advance. Upon check-in, we were told there was a “temporary problem” in the hotel kitchen, and that breakfast would be served at the cafeteria in the adjacent sports complex. The breakfast there was poor in quality and variety — very limited selection, unappealing presentation, and missing basic items such as coffee, milk, sweeteners, and fresh vegetables. The food was neither fresh nor tasty. After speaking both with the cafeteria staff and later with the hotel reception, we learned that this was not a temporary situation at all. In fact, the hotel kitchen has been closed since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the hotel has not operated its own dining room since then. This was never mentioned to us in advance, and new guests are apparently told it is just a temporary issue. This lack of transparency and the poor quality of the outsourced breakfast were very disappointing and left us feeling misled."
SpaceART
"The hotel is small, but very convenient both in location and in terms of accommodations. It's four stops from Jerusalem Train Station on bus #18. The Old City is a 7-10-minute walk away, and Jaffa Street with its cafes and shops is a minute away. The rooms are small, and some even offer capsules, but we had a triple room with a bunk bed. The downstairs bed wasn't really a bed—it was a fold-out sofa that had seen better days. In front of it was a large TV with YouTube. We watched it lying down, without folding the sofa, because we were afraid we wouldn't be able to unfold it for sleeping. Since the hotel is located in the basement, our window was small and dirty, purely for ventilation. The room has air conditioning, a small refrigerator, a fan, a TV, another sofa, a low table, a bathroom with a shower, and several lighting options. Water from the shower leaks heavily onto the bathroom floor, so be careful! There's no closet, just a coat rack, so it's difficult to organize your things, but we managed. The hotel has a kitchen with a microwave, stove, hot and cold water dispenser, tables, and chairs—a bit cramped, but comfortable. There's a gym downstairs. There's also a small outdoor area with tables and chairs. It's cozy, with lots of modern art. Towels are exchanged upon request. Recommended for travelers who prefer the outdoors to the inside."

The American Colony Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels of the World
"There are so many unique elements of The American Colony which make it legendary and a destination everyone desires. From the moment of arrival under the lush stone arches and greeted with "Welcome back to your home", to the tranquility of the inner courtyard, the elegant and simple beauty of the decor, the refreshing verdant restaurant garden, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, everything about this home from home makes it an historic oasis."
Cramim by Isrotel Exclusive
"Excellent hotel. Located between grapes cultives in the hills on the way to jerusalem. Excellent facilities. In door pool and sauna, fitness room and spa. Great breakfast and dinner. Staff very kind and helpful. Very clean . The outdoor pools also great surrounded by a lot of sitting corners"
New Capitol Hotel - Jerusalem
"The hotel is clean, hygienic and comfortable, the service attitude is good, recommended and praised"
Prima Royale Hotel
"Staff extremely cordial and helpful. Room nice, clean. Great view Food very tasty"
St Thomas Guesthouse - Jerusalem
"Just a few meters from the Damascus Gate, a hotel that offers everything you need, has parking, there's a place nearby called King of Shawarma that's also very good, 100% recommended, good price, good location"
Ein Kerem Hotel
"Stay away. First they quoted one price on their own web site and charged a higher price when we checked in. They refused to honor web site price even though the room was booked through their own website! Nobody from the hotel would even discuss it. Subsequent calls to management were useless. The hotel itself was shabby aged. Towels were threadbare, the elevators didnt work and there were no stairs to the garage so you had to walk around the whole parking mall to get to your car."
