I strongly advise against booking hotels in Laos through Ctrip. A local booking costs 250 RMB per night, while I booked through Ctrip for 370 RMB. Ctrip is a total rip-off! I'm never buying a membership again next year."

The common areas provide a nice environment for talking with other travelers, especially during the evening. Staff are very helpful, they have responded quickly to our questions and have made suggestions on activities in the city. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and I think I got a good service according to the price of *** meat. The only negative thing was that the mosquitoes were a little too much until morning. This can disturb you especially when you sleep at night, so it would be useful to have mosquito shooter with you. But everything was above my expectation. I can advise those who are looking for a convenient, priced and fair accommodation in Luang Prabang in both the social environment and comfort."
