The location is excellent, right next to the night market. Popular tourist attractions are also within walking distance. However, the accommodation doesn't have an elevator. I stayed in a room on the top floor, which was a bit tiring, but the staff helped carry my luggage, which was very kind. The staff were also very attentive to every detail.

Casa Verde Hostel, where I stayed in Luang Prabang, truly exceeded my expectations! Although I don't speak English, I was able to communicate without much difficulty thanks to translation software. The receptionist was incredibly warm and patient, providing attentive service throughout, and always ready to help. The experience was fantastic! ✨ The common areas had a wonderful atmosphere, a fresh and comfortable design, and the facilities were complete and clean. Laundry, car rental, and the bar were all very convenient, making my trip very hassle-free.
The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean; the beds were spotless and odor-free, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The overall atmosphere was incredibly soothing, perfect for solo travelers. I'd definitely choose this hostel again next time!

Min Htet MyetAffordable and Excellent Facilities.
Location is close to attractions. FREE BICYCLES.
Rooms are good with the price, nice shower, excellent toiletries especially local mint tooth paste. Bathrobes are provided. They provide local Tea bags in the room. We didn't use A/C because the weather in December is cold enough to sleep. Breakfast is delicious with fresh ground coffee, noodles, Signature Luang Prabang Salad Dressing, fruits, pancakes and yogurt. Friendly and helpful reception and F&B staffs. I stayed 2 days and love the experience.
Need improvements - a better quality hair dryer, Rules and Regulations paper put in the room are a bit dusty, need to refill the tea and tissue when room cleaning.

Guest UserThe location is good to be slightly away from the main street but still near and still close to Wat Xieng Thong and other places. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but still okay. The rooms are nice as you can check.

This hotel is great! It's about a 10-minute walk from the 'Foreigners Street' in the city center. The room is spacious and incredibly clean. It's a French-style building, and the decor and furniture have a charming, rustic French vibe, which is really cozy. The owner speaks Chinese and, after we connected on WeChat, helped me exchange money, buy a SIM card, and even book tours. The service was absolutely excellent, and the staff were all very attentive, responding immediately to any request. Great value for money!

Great hostel especially for this price. You should definitely book it in Luang Prabang if you’re a solo traveler on a budget. Although Mad Monkey has a reputation of party hostel, I slept well and weren’t disturbed by any sounds because bar in the hostel shut down at 11pm.
Female dorm was nice and clean. There are curtains for each bed, hair dryer in the bathroom, you can also rent a towel.

We only stayed one night, in between returning from Nong Khiaw and heading to Vang Vieng. Great location on an alley, just a stone's throw from the Night Market. Breakfast included (mango juice / various choices of pancakes or eggs) and coffee/tea. We got a last-minute deal. The room was spacious and the bedding was excellent.

George MuletThe front desk was very accommodating. They let me check in early and check out late. It’s a Chinese hotel and the front desk operator spoke Chinese. You can communicate with him via WhatsApp or a translator app.
The room was cozy and had what I needed. Water, shampoo, shower gel, dental kit and towels.
The front desk operator was even kind enough to take me to the airport on his motorbike after I checked out!
Very chill stay.

jed/HuThis hostel is very close to Luang Prabang's Foreigner Street, the morning market, the night market, Mount Phousi, the Royal Palace and the riverside street. It is quite hot here, and the air conditioning is available from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is a shared common area for guests. Overall, on a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this hostel an 8/10.
Besides, it is really affordable. The room has an en-suite bathroom, and there are also public toilets and public shower rooms. For this price, it is already excellent.
