We booked a small cabin for 8 people, and the hotel includes 3 time meals in the lobby. In the morning it is breakfast, and other times are snacks and tea. You cannot drive your own car inside the hotel. There is a hotel car pick-up and drop-off service. All hotel areas and Ole are available. It is very close to the Wangzi Ski Resort. Walk for 5 minutes. Ole can also walk over, just a few minutes. It is very big and there are many restaurants inside. But there is a limit to what can be packaged.

Bringing the dog to stay together, very satisfied in all aspects. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Karuizawa Station, and there is a free shuttle service, which is very considerate. The hotel facilities are very clean. Although it is a pet hotel, the rooms and public areas do not have any unpleasant smell. Both indoor and outdoor are equipped with a dog run and a dog salon where you can take photos. It was fun to communicate and play with other dogs in the public area. During the stay, you can also soak in the hot springs, and adults can also relax and enjoy. In short, it was a very satisfying experience. Next time I go to Karuizawa, I still want to take the dog!

I stayed for one night with dinner and breakfast included. The hotel was very clean overall, and the food was absolutely delicious! We also played tennis and mini golf, and the courts and greens were in great condition, making it very enjoyable. Small hotel in the mountain The rooms are small and the facilities are old. Just staying overnight for a night by car, the beautiful starry sky at night is an extra harvest.
