Small frigobar (but comes with 2 cocaine, 4 water and two beers) , a lift has broken since I arrived.

I enjoyed and renewed my stay, but the coffee juice was watered and had no salty cakes, and on Saturday the coffee was filled with a guest to eat in the foot."

"The only thing I didn't like was having to pay for parking. Because the ad talks about parking and that was the reason I took the hotel. However, you pay $20.00 per day to use the garage inside the hotel.

"It's a shame that a hotel with such a wonderful location is in disrepair, like the Mar Hotel 😒 very nice and helpful staff. The hotel itself is cozy and pleasant, but it has no maintenance whatsoever: the pool deck is ugly and worn out, the toilet flush is faulty, sometimes it fills up, sometimes it doesn't, the walls in the hallways and rooms are falling apart, the plants at the hotel entrance are dying and poorly maintained, the lamps in the rooms have their chandeliers ripped off, the toilet paper is made of single sheets. I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and had no change of towels. The coffee was delicious but very weak, there were almost no options. There was only ONE lounge chair at the pool and it was still broken and it pinched your buttocks when you sat on it. There was also only one table in the pool area that guests had to fight over. However, the pool is very nice and the area is wonderful, with a beautiful view of the beach, very nice for sunbathing and chatting in the late afternoon. The lobby chair looks disposable and is of very poor quality, and it even knocked me over because I was leaning on the backrest and it seemed to be made of paper I fell and hurt myself. Anyway, as I said at the beginning, the hotel has everything to be excellent, it just isn't because its owner or administrator doesn't want it to be. But with all that, I was happy with my stay, because I enjoyed the best I could find there. 🥰"

"The hotel and the room were relatively clean. However, the elevators were frequently out of order or undergoing maintenance. I had to take the stairs after a lengthy wait, and the emergency exit surprisingly led directly into the restaurant kitchen, leaving you completely disoriented and unable to find a proper way out. "The place needs renovation, in the photos, partnership. The place is new, but it is old and needs renovation. I spent 3 days there and the towels were never changed. Breakfast had a lot of options, but the taste and quality left something to be desired. The room did not have an intercom, so every time you needed something you had to go down to reception. The service is great, but it could be better, due to the intercom issue."

The hotel is very comfortable, the clean bathroom and a shower with cold/heat options.
The game room could improve in relation to sound, makes echo and consequently because it has a billiard table, the sound multiplies and discourages; without counting the small space that complicates the mobility of the use of the tacos, but has air conditioning, which promotes the welfare of the environment.
The buffet always has wonderful meals, a variety of pleasant options for all kinds of palate, but in contrast, all juices are watered to the extreme level."

RRabs ShowtimeWe had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.

I couldn’t bear both of these, so I tried early check out but was rejected, more than 2000 non-refundable, I moved to fasano hotel
But I didn't eat these two, I still think the hotel location in the old town is very good,
But pay attention, to carry luggage up, very narrow ladder, if you take a taxi, the location is also very narrow, but after all, is it the old town?
There is no way to take a bath water. It is an electric head. The water is small. It is not hot and cold. This is really no way. I can’t bear it before moving away, but I hope the hotel is getting better and better, because it is very cheap, it is really good for backpackers.

W-LAN Empfang aber von Zimmer zu Zimmer unterschiedlich. Es war diesmal nicht ausreichend sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mußten.

* the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...)
* no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob
* the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass)
* the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all
* out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English
* no laundry facilities
* no business room
* old slow elevator
* window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street
* the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

GGuest UserGreat stay, excellent service. We live in this world and perfection is only in heaven. The only things that could have bothered us were the air conditioning not cooling down on the second day of our stay and the bath towels provided were actually face towels. We could have been upset about this and even complained, certain that the problems would be promptly resolved by the hotel's excellent service team, but we went on our trip ready to enjoy a calm, peaceful and God-blessed weekend, without anything that could disturb our peace and tranquility. And so it was, Glory to God and thanks to the hotel staff for the days we stayed.
