"The hotel has a beautiful view, and I stayed here for about 10 days. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Everything I needed was nearby, so I hardly had to travel far. What impressed me the most was the excellent service. The staff took very good care of me throughout my stay. For women traveling alone, there is no need to worry because they make you feel very safe and well looked after. Whenever I needed anything, I received help quickly and efficiently. This is my honest review from the heart. I would give this hotel a perfect 10/10 with no deductions at all. "Just pulled up to the hotel and — plot twist — our room wasn’t ready. Shocking, I know. They’d just survived the Water Festival the day before, so the place was probably still half-drowned and hungover. The receptionist dude was an absolute saint. His female colleague, however… let’s just say she was clearly auditioning for the role of “Cranky Receptionist from Hell.” I’m 99% sure she was on her period and the other 1% was pure personality. Thankfully they upgraded us, which was nice. I never saw the original room, so for all I know they moved us from a broom closet to a slightly larger broom closet with a view. Speaking of which — the view? Legit fire. The room itself? Clean enough. Dry sink area: spotless. Toilet: sparkling. Then came the shower — oh boy. It started off promising, like a decent enough setup… until my girlfriend jumped in. Five minutes later the hot water ghosted her mid-shampoo like a bad Tinder date. One second she’s happily singing, next second she’s screaming like she just got waterboarded by ice cubes. I’ve stayed in fancier bathrooms in Mexican motels that still had bullet holes in the walls and more reliable plumbing. Breakfast was… breakfast. The kind of “basic” that makes you nostalgic for airplane food. But hey, they gave us more bottled water than a doomsday prepper’s basement, so points for hydration. We were only there for two nights — in and out like a cheap Tinder date. Would I go back? Big fat question mark with a side of “probably not even if they paid me.” ⁉️"

"When evaluating a hotel, you really have to consider the price. I booked a room with breakfast for 820 RMB, so my rating for this hotel is: ⭐⭐⭐ It's a relatively new hotel, opened in 2024, but you wouldn't know it from the decor and amenities. The bathroom only has one sink, and the room slippers look disposable but are actually meant to be reused (the bag says 30 RMB for them). When I checked in at 13:55, they even emphasized that check-in time is 14:00... The hotel breakfast was just so-so; compared to the hotel's other services, this was actually passable. The hotel's biggest advantage is its proximity to Aegean Sea Plaza, which makes dining very convenient. However, you can hear the restaurant queue numbers being called out from your room. Overall, neither the hardware nor the software lives up to the 'supreme' in its name."

"I chose The Parisian Mekong Riverside Hotel for my business trip this time, and the experience completely exceeded my expectations! The king-size room with a full river-view balcony offered an absolutely stunning view. During the day, I could see the expansive Lancang River, and at night, I could feel the lively atmosphere of the Starry Night Market. The room was exceptionally clean, and the facilities were new and well-maintained. The bedding was comfortable, making for a very restful stay during my business trip. The front desk and service staff were all very welcoming. Check-in was efficient, and any requests were handled promptly. A special thanks to the manager and front desk staff for their hospitality. They helped us with our luggage from the moment we arrived until we checked out. Big thumbs up! "Service: The hotel front desk staff were very attentive. They provided mosquito repellent, alcohol disinfectant, small rubber bands, and a sewing kit. Environment: The hotel was very clean, and the mattress was extremely comfortable; I didn't want to get up once I lay down. The view from the window was of a magnificent Buddhist temple, very beautiful. The room was cleaned even after several days of stay, which was really great. Location: Located in the city center, right next to Gaozhuang, and very close to the Starlight Night Market. The area downstairs is lively at night, with a food street and delicious snail rice noodles!"

"The hotel environment is fantastic, with many hot spring pools and lots of trees, plus a variety of small animals. Our room had floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, and we could even project movies. There's also a small private courtyard outside for a personal hot spring bath, which was amazing. The front desk staff were very attentive and detailed in their service, which was excellent. However, there was a minor flaw: there was no toilet paper holder in the restroom. The toilet paper was placed next to the sink outside the door, meaning you had to stand up to reach it, which was quite awkward."

MM21810****Choosing the Adaman Hotel by Mingyoo Li Cheng was absolutely the best decision I made for this Xishuangbanna trip. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the corridors enveloped in tropical greenery, exuding an exotic vibe. Every snapshot I took turned into a stunning, atmospheric photo. The room was spacious and cozy, with smart controls throughout, making everything super convenient. The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a wonderfully restful sleep every night. The location is also fantastic – close to the airport, which makes getting around a breeze. Whether you want to escape the crowds for some peaceful time or explore Xishuangbanna's beautiful sights, this place is perfectly suited. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Xishuangbanna!

GGuest Usersomething happened at this hotel that has never happened to me before. on the first night that i arrived i wanted to set down my luggage, use the bathroom quickly, then check out the surrounding night markets. i need to preface this by saying i’m a very experienced, decade-long bidet user. i book hotels specifically with smart toilets, and i’ve installed several bidets at home myself. let me just say this is the dumbest toilet i’ve ever seen in my life because the moment i stood up it started spraying me in the face. i was disgusted so i quickly moved over to the shower to cleanse myself. i figured maybe it’s a one off, and that i shouldn’t have to be afraid of a toilet. but the next time i tried to use it again, the moment i turned the bidet on it started spraying outside of the toilet bowl…all over the bathroom wall. i was once again disgusted so i cleaned the bathroom and showered twice on the night i arrived, and also did a load of laundry. i think whoever used the room before me set the bidet nozzle position so that it would spray outside of the bowl. my question is: 1) why would you do that? 2) to whoever designed this bidet/toilet, why would you allow someone to do that? i thought about moving hotels but i eventually got too lazy, plus the benefit of this hotel is that the location is fantastic. some of the most popular restaurants and cafes in the area are within a quick 5-10 minute walk. it’s such a lively neighborhood with everything you need at your fingertips. be mindful that cars cannot enter this area, as it’s all pedestrian streets. but there is a larger road maybe 2 minute walk away where it’s easy to call a car. the staff is always very helpful. for example on the night that i had to do laundry because of the crazy toilet, they helped me monitor the wash/dry cycle and all i had to do was pick up the clothes when they were done. aside from the poorly designed bathroom (aggressive toilet and sink faucet that sprays everywhere), the room is very clean, modern, and spacious. the breakfast is just okay, very simple and minimal options. at the moment there’s a lot of construction going on as well within the hotel, so on several mornings i was woken up by drilling at 9am. i think it’s overall a good value for your money, as the nightly rate is inexpensive. but be careful of their bathrooms.

MM530105****This hotel is truly excellent; I rarely leave reviews, but this one really provided a warm and pleasant stay. The front desk staff were great. When I checked out, I accidentally left some valuable items in my room. The staff found them during cleaning, and the front desk contacted me to arrange for them to be couriered to me, which I really appreciate. The hygiene is spotless, and they offer a simple complimentary breakfast and free parking. The room even has coffee, Pu-erh tea, a washing machine, and a fridge – simply fantastic! Highly recommend.

DDanxiexingfuThe hotel isn't on the main street. Let's start with the positives: the room is large, it offers great value for money, the facilities are quite good, and the staff are friendly. The front desk is also very responsive via WeChat. On the downside: breakfast is very mediocre, and if you go 40 minutes before closing, there's hardly anything left and they don't replenish it. Projecting onto the screen is too complicated. Also, I asked for clothes hangers for three days but never received them. These are all areas that could be improved, and if they were, the hotel would be even better. Because the price is very fair, I'm still giving it a 5-star rating, and the cons won't deduct from that.

The 3rd floor also features a swimming pool, laundry room, and gym, which are all quite good. ## Environment: The rooms are clean and comfortable. Lower floors facing the street can be noisy, so I recommend requesting a higher floor or a room facing the inner courtyard. ## Location: The hotel is conveniently located close to the Starlight Night Market and Gaozhuang, making it very accessible. ## Service: The front desk staff are polite, greet guests with a standing welcome, and promptly answer questions and provide directions. Check-in and check-out processes are also very efficient, which is commendable.

GGuest UserAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining. Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable. Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that. Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests. Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The room amenities are also very good, easily meeting the needs of someone like me who has many requirements, though the bathtub might have been a bit shallow for my liking. The restaurant's breakfast spread is incredibly diverse, offering both Chinese and Western dishes, along with many local specialties. Before my arrival, the hotel called to confirm my itinerary, and then my butler, Victoria, added me on WeChat to provide real-time assistance throughout my stay. She arranged many thoughtful touches, even sending over guides for local attractions and restaurant recommendations. This made me feel incredibly secure and well taken care of. I not only enjoyed the hotel's services but also experienced authentic local recommendations and travel tips. I'm extremely satisfied with this stay; it offered fantastic value for money.

Rraymond200909On the positive side, the hotel has quite a few recreational facilities, and the room amenities are decent and relatively new. On the negative side, the biggest problem is the excessive dampness in the room. It was uncomfortable to sleep in, and although the hotel changed the bedding, it didn't help much. This might be due to the humid air during the rainy season in Xishuangbanna, but two things puzzled me: 1) The front desk said no one else had reported this issue before. 2) I stayed at three hotels during this trip, and Zhucheng was the third. The other two were right next to Zhucheng, and their rooms didn't feel noticeably damp. Also, the hotel room didn't pay enough attention to some details. The sofa arrangement prevented the curtains from closing completely automatically; I had to manually close them. The refrigerator was also quite noisy, which affected my sleep.

GGuest UserThe owner was very welcoming; people from Northeast China are known for their straightforwardness. I stayed for three nights. Transportation was extremely convenient; electric bicycles and shuttle buses to the scenic area were right outside. I would definitely stay here again next time. The only downside was that the rooms were a little small, but the private balcony was a nice touch. I heard the owner renovated after May Day, so it will definitely be even better then.
