The hotel is in the villa area, very quiet, not like Gaozhuang noisy, very close to the airport, there is a large vegetable field in front of the hotel, the air is fresh, there are many people walking, the mattress I like very much, not particularly soft, very friendly to people with bad lumbar and cervical spine, the room has a hot spring pool, Stinky, really a natural hot spring! After soaking, the body is slippery. Breakfast is very rich in the homestay. The nutrition is matched. The children like it very much (all the dishes grown by the boss himself). The bath water does not happen when it is hot and cold. It is too comfortable to wash! This trip is relatively rushed, next time I have the opportunity to go to Banna, I must stay for two more days and enjoy it!

I checked out this morning and wanted to write down my experience from the past few days. My friend and I booked this hotel first, based on a recommendation, and then planned our vacation. As soon as we booked, we were added to the hotel's butler service group. I was so excited to visit the hotel even before our trip began! Our excitement was high on the flight from Tianhe to Gasa. We laughed and chatted all the way. As soon as we landed, we received a message from the hotel's driver, a lovely lady, saying she was at the airport and to take our time. It was so warm and thoughtful. On the way, she introduced us to Xishuangbanna and helped us plan our itinerary, which kicked off our four-day, four-night adventure. On the day we arrived, the hotel upgraded our room for free (it had a balcony with views of the Lancang River and Liming Bridge). We also received complimentary afternoon tea and snacks from the hotel (sweet ᵔᴥᵔ). We then had a special rice noodle dish (individually packed and unique). Afterward, we booked the hotel-Gaozhuang shuttle to explore the Starlight Night Market, where we bought many souvenirs (cute and unique). We also arranged our day trips to the Botanical Garden and Dai Ethnic Garden for the next day. After our sightseeing, we booked the Gaozhuang-hotel shuttle for 10 PM. We were exhausted when we got back to the hotel, so we each ordered a drink made by the hotel and headed back to our rooms. (The hotel even offers laundry service, which is incredibly thoughtful and made our experience even better). Early the next morning, a car picked us up and took us to the assembly point for our day trip (Mengbala Grand Theater). We embarked on a day of connecting with nature, experiencing ethnic culture, and having a lot of fun. The 'Saoduoli' (Dai girls) were all beautiful, and the 'Maoduoli' (Dai boys) were very friendly. The most fun and amazing part of the day was the water-splashing activity at the Dai Ethnic Garden, where we received a basin full of blessings (my 'eyes were wide open' ᵔᴥᵔ). That day, the butler also helped me retrieve a package. My inner monologue was a song lyric: '…unparalleled beauty.' Day three was a small group hiking trip to Jinuo Mountain, which we booked through the hotel's car fleet. It was so much fun!!! After breakfast at the hotel, our guide picked us up and drove us directly to Jinuo Mountain for a 4-kilometer wilderness hike. We were awestruck by the rainforest, vegetation, and small creatures. All six of us tourists were kept entertained by our guide throughout the journey. We tasted sour ants, spotted a bamboo viper (I found it first ʕ*ᴗ*ʔ), rode a bamboo raft, ate banana hearts, took tourist photos, and enjoyed a unique and delicious lunch. The experience was amazing! (I woke up with sore muscles the next morning ʕ◉ᴥ◉ʔ). After the hike, we also tried the hotel's beauty photography service. The makeup artist, photographer, and retoucher were all excellent, very professional, incredibly good value for money, and extremely patient. We were practically pampered into embryos ʕᵔ㉨ᵔʔ. On day four, we took a taxi directly from the hotel to the Main Buddhist Temple to visit the Dai King's Royal Garden. Finally, we took a taxi to Wantai, where we tried local specialties like 'Chong Jiao' (smashed chicken feet) and 'Paoluoda' (sweet coconut milk drink). The portions were generous! After eating, we strolled around and bought some handmade Thai crafts, which were really nice ᵔᴥᵔ. We originally wanted to explore the northern part of Xishuangbanna (via ferrata, primitive forest park), but the hotel was so popular that they informed us it was fully booked. Although the hotel offers luggage storage, we hadn't planned ahead, so we stuck to our original plan of heading to Kunming. Finally, I want to especially thank the hotel for their thoughtful, comprehensive, patient, and energetic service. Thank you to the two staff members who helped us load our luggage into the car when we checked out. They took care of us attentively from start to finish. It's no wonder they're so popular! (If you have the money and time, it's worth coming back countless times!!!) Throughout our trip, although we felt some places were a bit commercialized, it also made the journey simpler and allowed us to experience sincerity and warmth. Oh, by the way, we originally booked for two nights, and then applied to extend our stay for another two nights, which was even cheaper than the original price (double happiness)!!! Thanks again to the hotel staff, the car fleet drivers, and the beauty photography studio staff for always responding to our needs and following through on everything. Although the hotel is on a hill, the views are fantastic, and getting around is very convenient (if you're a larger group or staying longer, you can charter a car and get a discount ʕ•⊖•ʔ). Our overall experience at the Sheraton, booked through Trip.com, was fantastic! The price was very reasonable, offering great value for money. The complimentary perks from the hotel were incredibly practical; the afternoon tea and late-night snacks were thoughtfully arranged and delicious. The kids particularly loved the hotel pool and had a wonderful time. The complimentary travel photoshoot exceeded our expectations – there was a wide selection of new outfits, and a lovely staff member helped us choose and try them on. The photographer was professional and responsible, with plenty of beautiful spots to choose from, and the photos turned out perfectly. Our child also thoroughly enjoyed the interactive peacock parent-child activity. The entire stay was a 10/10 experience – highly recommend for families with kids!

On the positive side, the hotel has quite a few recreational facilities, and the room amenities are decent and relatively new. On the negative side, the biggest problem is the excessive dampness in the room. It was uncomfortable to sleep in, and although the hotel changed the bedding, it didn't help much. This might be due to the humid air during the rainy season in Xishuangbanna, but two things puzzled me: 1) The front desk said no one else had reported this issue before. 2) I stayed at three hotels during this trip, and Zhucheng was the third. The other two were right next to Zhucheng, and their rooms didn't feel noticeably damp. Also, the hotel room didn't pay enough attention to some details. The sofa arrangement prevented the curtains from closing completely automatically; I had to manually close them. The refrigerator was also quite noisy, which affected my sleep.

In Xishuangbanna! This hotel is so good that I don't want to leave... Oh My God! That is to say, The hotel we stayed in Xishuangbanna was really great! The location is very good and the transportation is convenient. And you can walk to the night market in 5 minutes~ The room was even more surprising. Full floor-to-ceiling windows + 270° panoramic view The beautiful scenery of the Lancang River is in full view! Smart equipment throughout the house, There is also a public gym and swimming pool. The accommodation experience is perfect! The key is to live so well. The average per capita is only 100+ This is a very high price-performance ratio. To be honest, I want to stay a few more days. It’s so happy to live here!

I stayed at this place in Xishuangbanna, and while it’s not exactly a traditional hotel, it felt more like a short-stay apartment rental. The room came with free pickup service from the airport or railway station, which was very helpful — although we did have to wait a little bit for the driver. A friendly lady eventually found us at the drop-off point near the building and took us to the room. There’s no reception or extra facilities — it’s just the room itself. The room is starting to show some signs of wear, but overall it was still comfortable and acceptable for a short stay. The location is actually great: it’s within walking distance to the famous night market, making it easy to explore in the evenings. My stay happened during the Songkran Festival, so the whole area was full of energy, water fights, and celebrations. Because of this, my experience might be a little biased — things were messier and livelier than usual, but it added to the fun! If you’re looking for a simple, well-located place and don’t mind a no-frills experience, this is a good option — especially during festival time!

I booked 2 hotels in this area, for half of the week each. I had chosen them both due to their pools and beautiful looking rooms/facilities. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to my messages on WeChat. However, they admitted it was their first time having non-Chinese guests and there were various issues that they needed to improve. The tea ceremony left my parents confused, as there was no translation tool used, and very little explanation as to the session. In other situations, I have had tea ceremonies that involve explanation of how the tea is made, how it should be drunk, what sort of people drink this type of tea etc. (To overcome the disappointment of this, we were gifted a pack of the delicious tea however). We selected this hotel based on the pool facilities mostly and were very disappointed to arrive to dirt-filled pool water that had branches and other debris inside. The staff were very apologetic and explained the recent storms caught them unawares. However, little action was taken to clean the pools until I raised this matter. When we went to the second hotel of my choice, they had more pools, all of which were clean and full of water, even though the same storm would have hit them. The photo shoot was great, and the photographer was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and the seating area was nice. We did not use the sitting area within the pool section however, due to the dirty pool etc. The breakfast was only served to us on our first day, and then a buffet on the second day. For us, we personally preferred the buffet so that we could select our portion sizes ourselves. I think over time, the staff will become more confident with foreign guests and this resort will be greatly enjoyed.

I was lucky enough to find an available room when I checked in, and the lovely front desk staff upgraded me to a better room. I stayed in the Sunset King Room, which had a huge balcony and was super comfortable. I could see the night view, and in the evening, my boyfriend and I enjoyed some BBQ and drinks on the balcony while taking in the scenery – it was quite relaxing. The pool is very photogenic; it was just too hot in the afternoon, so I'd recommend going in the evening for photos. The cleaning staff were also very thorough and paid attention to details. Overall, it was a great stay, and I'll definitely come back next time. The only downside is that Xishuangbanna is genuinely scorching hot!

The owner was very welcoming; people from Northeast China are known for their straightforwardness. I stayed for three nights. Transportation was extremely convenient; electric bicycles and shuttle buses to the scenic area were right outside. I would definitely stay here again next time. The only downside was that the rooms were a little small, but the private balcony was a nice touch. I heard the owner renovated after May Day, so it will definitely be even better then.
