The mini-bar is fully stocked with drinks, and they even provided two complimentary cocktails 🍹. Toiletries are in large bottles, and the bedding is so soft you won't want to get up. For breakfast, there's freshly made rice noodles, and a plentiful spread of fruits and desserts – I ended up overeating every day! What truly impressed me was how well I was looked after throughout my stay: a butler picked me up from the airport, there was a welcome tea break, and the lobby lounge offered complimentary tea and snacks all day. The Starlight Night Market is just a few minutes' walk downstairs, and there's a free shuttle bus within the Gaozhuang area. It was so easy to switch between going out to explore and eat, and coming back to the hotel to relax. This is truly the right way to experience a vacation in Xishuangbanna!

Saw this highly-rated hotel online and booked it for three days. The hotel's decor is modern and minimalist, and the facilities are brand new with many smart features. The staff were very helpful, pretty much accommodating every request. The location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the Starlight Night Market. We also arranged a car through the hotel for two days to visit nearby attractions, which cost 300 yuan per day. We felt that everything was well worth the money. Giving a good review here for others who might need a reference.

Facilities: The facilities are very complete. Among the three hotels in Sunac Cultural Park, this one has a superior location. The hotel features both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and there's even a bonfire party at the outdoor pool in the evening. Service: The hotel service is excellent, especially JOY and Yalong, who provided a truly welcoming experience. They offered great recommendations for local dining and entertainment spots and gave a detailed introduction to the hotel's special services. Environment: The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, with elegant scenery and distinctive architecture. There are shuttle buggies circulating between the three hotels. In the lobby, white and green peacocks greet guests upon arrival.

I stayed at the Sunac Resort for all 7 days of my trip to Xishuangbanna, experiencing several family-friendly hotels. Pullman was the second one, and I think choosing it during the summer rainy season was a very smart decision. When it rained during the day, there were so many activities and parent-child programs available at the hotel. The most reliable aspect was the one-on-one butler service. Our butler, Victoria, was incredibly attentive and arranged everything perfectly according to our needs. She even proactively asked about our plans and recommended fun places and delicious food, making it effortless to visit various attractions. Absolutely fantastic! 👍 Victoria upgraded us to a family room, which my child loved, and we felt very comfortable and secure. The cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was quite rich, and I particularly loved the traditional sticky rice and rice noodles. We also opted for the hotel's photography service, which requires advance booking. I felt the clothes and shoes provided were much cleaner and had more variety than those outside. The photos turned out great! We didn't have to deal with crowds at places like Manting Park, which was very relaxing and still produced excellent pictures! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This hotel features an independent building design and is perfectly located in Gaozhuang, making it incredibly convenient for dining and starting tours from the tourist distribution center. Being on a higher floor, it's wonderfully quiet. The service is on par with a star-rated hotel; I came during the off-season and they even upgraded my room. The bathroom was huge, and the view was particularly expansive. Adding breakfast was also very easy. When I was leaving, a staff member even thoughtfully helped me with my luggage! I usually don't bother writing reviews, but this place genuinely deserves it. If I get the chance to return, I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the Lancang River, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a beautiful view of the gently flowing water. It's also only a few hundred meters from the Starlight Night Market, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The hotel staff are very attentive and service-oriented; they not only picked me up from the airport but also dropped me off. They even provided fruit and white fungus soup every evening. The room was spacious and very clean. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing, but everything else was great!

I visited Jinghong aka Xishuangbanna n March 2025 for a weekend vacation. I'm an American female solo traveler with very basic Mandarin skills and it was not a problem to have great service at this hotel. Jade works at the hotel and was incredibly kind and helped me with everything. Her delightful service made my whole experience go from very good to excellent--she is a valuable asset for all English speaking guests. The room was clean, spacious and had a nice view at a reasonable price point. I could walk to Manting Park and take a quick Didi to other tourist attractions. Empark's prime location next to a large golf course gives the hotel a serene feeling, yet you're still close to all the action and can see the beautiful river and neon buildings from the glass elevator. The hotel food is decent, and there are some nice local touches like having a tea room in the lobby as well as a big night market within walking distance (everything at about half the price of Gaozhuang). Warning--no pool as of the date I visited although the website says they have one. Overall, very good location and quality to price ration, with Jada's outstanding service elevating

Honestly, this was my first time staying at one of their hotels, and it was quite disappointing. After staying at so many five-star hotels, this was the first time I had to complain multiple times about cleanliness. The first time, the butler said they were busy cleaning rooms and wouldn't get to mine until after 2:30 PM. I contacted the butler at 2:50 PM, meaning my room still hadn't been cleaned by then. They then told me to contact them immediately the next time I left the room, and they would arrange for it to be cleaned right away. Well, then there was a second incident where the room wasn't cleaned. I informed them around 11 AM that I had already left. When I returned around 4 PM, it still hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk, then contacted the butler again, and after about half an hour, someone finally came to clean it – quite an ordeal. I only stayed for 5 nights, and the room wasn't cleaned on 2 of those days. If they don't have the capacity, they shouldn't sell so many rooms. The soft services don't keep up with the room sales; it's truly terrible. The butler was just for show, couldn't solve any problems. Plus, the hotel facilities are old. This was the first hotel I've stayed in that didn't have USB outlets; they provided a Bull extension cord instead, which I found hilarious. However, the environment itself was quite good. The hotel's in-house photography service was great. The photos turned out really well, and the photographers and makeup artists were all very enthusiastic.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Starlight Night Market. The river-view rooms offer a direct view of the Lancang River, the Starlight Night Market, and White Elephant Beach! I stayed on the south side of the river for New Year's Eve and watched the fireworks show, and this time staying on the north side was a great, varied experience! They upgraded our room to one with a river view, and the scenery is beautiful. However, the bass from the Six Nations Music Plaza downstairs plays continuously until after 11 PM, so those with heart conditions should definitely reconsider!!! The hotel lobby is grand, fresh, and elegant, with a rich Dai ethnic flair. The reception staff's Dai traditional clothing is beautiful and graceful! There are welcome drinks in the lobby! The hotel offers free hot springs, a water park, and an infinity pool. The hot spring water is relatively clean, but a few pools had some moss, which I suggest they clean promptly! The pool faces the Lancang River directly, making it perfect for photos! Breakfast was abundant, with a wide variety of delicious options! The service was warm and friendly; staff actively smiled and greeted guests! This hotel offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth revisiting!

It is more like a boutique hotel. The rooms are quite clean and spacious. The staff was helpful all the time, although the pool was not clean as I would expect, also no western breakfast aside from the toast with butter and jam, and no proper latte or cappuccino. I was unfortunate for having the workers next to my room, because they were building another hotel. But once their duty was over, it was quite silent and calm. It is close to the night market, just 15-20 minutes waking distance and 10 minutes away to the theater. There are several options around for food, tourist agencies and spas. Overall, I had a nice stay!
