The balcony is large. The water in the hot spring pool is clear and natural. The swimming pool can achieve the effect of exercise [yeah][yeah] The toiletries are high-end, the breakfast is also good, and the service is considerate. The pick-up car is a Maybach. Compared with Gaozhuang, it is much quieter here. It is suitable for lying down and staying for a few days. Generally speaking, it is recommended.

If you're tired of the crowds, come stay at Muxu for a few days. Let the mountain breeze clear your anxiety and the lush greenery soothe your fatigue. I finally understand why some people choose to 'go up the mountain.' Just sitting on the balcony, listening to the wind and watching the clouds, doing absolutely nothing, is incredibly healing. The hustle and bustle of Xishuangbanna belongs to Gaozhuang, while the tranquility belongs to Muxu. There's no noise in the mountains, just the peaceful company of an entire forest, making for truly deep sleep. Afternoon tea time: Time is meant to be wasted. The room was spotless, right in the heart of Gaozhuang. The afternoon tea was exceptional, and the service attitude was incredibly good. The downstairs laundry room offered cleaning, sanitizing, and fantastic drying services. The guesthouse's design taste goes without saying; every corner offered a beautiful view. My best time in Xishuangbanna was spent at this guesthouse. Plus, the recommendations from the guesthouse manager for food and activities were all excellent. The amenities in the room were incredibly thoughtful, and what truly deserves a special mention are the bed linens – they were so comfortable to sleep on! The owner is from Shunde, and if you have time, you can share tea and chat with him at the tea table, learning many interesting things. This is truly a boutique guesthouse I highly recommend in Xishuangbanna. I will definitely introduce friends to come again next time.

This is a small boutique hotel with only 8 rooms. It’s located in a busy area of Manhena Dai village, but is surrounded by busy streets and high floor buildings. The good thing is that all the tourists are gone by 7pm and it becomes quiet, but the tourists are back in the morning. It’s located right across the river from the famous night market (10-15 mins by taxi). The owners and the manager are all young guys, very friendly and helpful, they gave me a very good treatment, they make a great deal of effort to make one feel welcomed. The hotel and the rooms are super clean. There are all the amenities necessary. There is a lot of attention to details in the rooms and the hotel. I was given a fruit plate and complimentary drinks during my stay. The bedsheets are also very clean. The breakfast was good too. Overall it was a great experience.

Extremely satisfied! The auntie cleaned the room immaculately. The cream-style decor is incredibly photogenic, and the room itself is huge. The off-season price was a steal! **Facilities:** The room is equipped with a Xiaodu smart voice assistant, making it super convenient to turn lights on/off and open/close curtains. The room is incredibly spacious! There's a massive bathtub that feels big enough for eight people, haha! The amenities are comprehensive, including a projector, a mini-bar, and a tatami area for tea and relaxation. It would be perfect if the LED strip lights were flicker-free! **Hygiene:** The cleanliness was truly excellent. When I checked in, the auntie had just finished cleaning, and there was a faint scent of disinfectant. Cream-style decor is hard to maintain, but the room looked really clean. Thumbs up! I saw the auntie diligently cleaning all morning. **Environment:** No need to elaborate on the environment. Downstairs, there's a clean, blue swimming pool with a robot cleaner, giving off total vacation vibes. Since it's located on the side of Gaoguang, it wasn't noisy at all at night. **Service:** There's an airport/station pick-up service, and they confirm the time before check-in. The driver gives a brief introduction to Xishuangbanna. Breakfast was also decent, with freshly cooked rice noodles. We also received a complimentary double afternoon tea, though we didn't have time to enjoy it. **Overall:** High value for money. The room is large and very clean, and it's less than a ten-minute walk from the main entrance of Gaoguang, making it very convenient for catching buses to various attractions! Nice!

This hostel boasts an excellent location. It's a pleasant 400-500 meter walk to the Lancang River, and Peacock Lake Park is about a kilometer away. A fresh market for fruits, along with 'Luoluo Bingwu' (a local dessert shop) and several other restaurants, are all within a kilometer's radius. You can easily rent an electric scooter right outside to visit attractions further afield. It’s perfect for both long-term stays and short trips. The hostel's common areas are very spacious. The first floor is great for working, and the second-floor terrace is incredibly comfortable – perfect for sunbathing during the day and stargazing at night. The overall cleanliness is good, and the bedding is very comfortable and clean. The four-bed and eight-bed dorms share two bathrooms, so there's never a queue. The environment is quiet, as it's located within a residential building. The owner is a warm, friendly, and very helpful sister.

The staff at this hotel were all very helpful and had great service attitudes, which deserves a big thumbs up. However, the facilities were a major drawback. The laundry room seemed to be shared with the adjacent health and wellness guesthouse; it was so messy that I never wanted to do laundry there 😂. The swimming pool was also dirty and not filled with water, which was one of the reasons I booked the hotel. There was also no parking, and the small courtyard was completely filled with cars. Breakfast was very simple, basically just two stir-fried dishes every day, served on the kind of trays used in student cafeterias. The only thing I was willing to eat was the rice noodles. I also got bitten by some kind of insect at the hotel seven or eight times. In short, it's a hotel with very obvious advantages and disadvantages. This is the first time I've written so much, and I hope the hotel can improve and get better.

On the positive side, the hotel has quite a few recreational facilities, and the room amenities are decent and relatively new. On the negative side, the biggest problem is the excessive dampness in the room. It was uncomfortable to sleep in, and although the hotel changed the bedding, it didn't help much. This might be due to the humid air during the rainy season in Xishuangbanna, but two things puzzled me: 1) The front desk said no one else had reported this issue before. 2) I stayed at three hotels during this trip, and Zhucheng was the third. The other two were right next to Zhucheng, and their rooms didn't feel noticeably damp. Also, the hotel room didn't pay enough attention to some details. The sofa arrangement prevented the curtains from closing completely automatically; I had to manually close them. The refrigerator was also quite noisy, which affected my sleep.

The stay at Xiyuan International Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is clean and tidy as a whole, the sanitation management is in place, the corners are cleaned very clean, and the facilities are well maintained. Special thanks to the housekeeper Xiaoen, the service is attentive and responsive, whether it is consultation or demand, it is handled in a timely and appropriate manner, which makes people feel at ease and comfortable, and deserves five-star praise.

It is more like a boutique hotel. The rooms are quite clean and spacious. The staff was helpful all the time, although the pool was not clean as I would expect, also no western breakfast aside from the toast with butter and jam, and no proper latte or cappuccino. I was unfortunate for having the workers next to my room, because they were building another hotel. But once their duty was over, it was quite silent and calm. It is close to the night market, just 15-20 minutes waking distance and 10 minutes away to the theater. There are several options around for food, tourist agencies and spas. Overall, I had a nice stay!
