I have been to Xishuangbanna many times. After the busy May Day holiday, I wanted to come here to catch up with friends and relax. I have stayed in many hotels in Banna. Maybe it was because I wanted to experience something new that I spent a wonderful day. The hotel's services are all very good. It may be that the rainy season is approaching in Banna and the drizzle here is continuous. The driver who came to pick me up called me when I was about to arrive at the station, and was waiting for me at the exit. After meeting me, he took the initiative to hold an umbrella and carry my bag for me. There was another unexpected surprise when we arrived at the hotel. It must have been the May Day holiday, so the place didn't seem busy. The lady at the front desk told me that there are hot spring rooms and gave me a free upgrade experience, which was really great. You can soak in the hot springs in the room and stroll among the rice fields. Different from the urban areas and Gaozhuang where I lived before, this is a place where I can relax physically and mentally. The front desk and butlers in the store made me feel relaxed and natural, and I praise this place from the bottom of my heart! (There are many restaurants in the market not far away. The Dai barbecue that my friends and I had in the evening was very delicious)

Not only is she professional, but Ms. LinLin is incredibly kind, helpful, and warm. As a woman traveling alone to Bana for the first time for a short weekend trip, I was a bit intimidated. She not only helpfully advised me and offered a plan but gave me the freedom to adjust as needed and add my own favorites. More importantly, traveling with her I felt extremely safe and at ease. If you are ever in the area and are able to request a driver or guide around the city, please request her. The staff themselves are all so, so kind and accommodating. There were issues with my flight, and my arrival date was pushed back. They did all they could to make this as painless a process for me as possible, making a frustrating situation less so. Thanks to the combined efforts of the hotel and trip.com, I did not suffer any losses on this trip. I am beyond grateful as many of my fellow passengers were not so fortunate. Any questions I had were promptly and patiently answered, which I greatly appreciate as a foreign guest. HOTEL REVIEW: The hotel itself is well situated, facing both the mountains and the rivers. The room was clean, the amenities left nothing lacking. My favorite part was probably the pool which is open late. It was the perfect way to relax and enjoy the lovely night view of the river and bridge after walking around the nearby Night Market (another must-see place). The water is not deep, less than 2 meters, I think, and is safe for children and non-swimmers. I chose a room with its own pool in which one could relax before bed or early in the morning as the fog rolls in over the mountains. I only ate the breakfast, and the options were generous, a mix of Chinese and Western fare. TLDR: I highly recommend this hotel for a location, comfort, convenience, and amazing customer service and care. If you have a chance to visit the pool at night, the view is great! It is a great option for solo travelers, couples, and children. If possible, I suggest hiring one of their drivers as a personal driver/guide. Request 淋淋! You won’t regret it. ✨️✨️

I’m taking time out specifically to write this review because my experience was just that good. It started from the moment I checked in, with the sweet smile of the lady at reception who offered various discount vouchers and mosquito repellent, and kindly explained all the room facilities. The room itself was clean, tidy, and had an elegant atmosphere. Even our photographer recommended taking some shots right outside the hotel, haha! The location is also excellent – right opposite 'Xiawang Thai Restaurant' and only a 5-minute walk to the Starlight Night Market. But the absolute, most highly recommended thing is the exquisite homemade breakfast. It was absolutely delicious, a definite 100 points! I genuinely couldn't bear to leave anything on my plate each morning, polishing it all off – it's definitely a major bonus point for the hotel's high rating. Because our stay was so wonderful, we even booked to come back here after a two-day trip elsewhere! 😄😁

I recently stayed at this brand-new hotel (opened in 2024), and it was such a nice experience. If you want a place with lots of extras, this is it. They have two pool tables, a small rooftop pool, and two gyms—one for yoga and Pilates with all the equipment, and another with treadmills, bikes, free weights, and even a Smith machine. There’s also a laundry room with washers, which was really handy. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, but you’ll want to arrive early to get the best selection. The staff were all very friendly, but Fei Xiu (绯袖) on WeChat was especially helpful—she answered all my questions quickly and made everything easy. The location isn’t right on the riverbank near the Starlight Market, but it’s not far from tourist spots either. It’s actually in a good spot if you want a quieter stay while still being close enough to everything. If you’re looking for a modern, well-equipped hotel with great service, I’d definitely recommend this one!

Extremely satisfied! The auntie cleaned the room immaculately. The cream-style decor is incredibly photogenic, and the room itself is huge. The off-season price was a steal! **Facilities:** The room is equipped with a Xiaodu smart voice assistant, making it super convenient to turn lights on/off and open/close curtains. The room is incredibly spacious! There's a massive bathtub that feels big enough for eight people, haha! The amenities are comprehensive, including a projector, a mini-bar, and a tatami area for tea and relaxation. It would be perfect if the LED strip lights were flicker-free! **Hygiene:** The cleanliness was truly excellent. When I checked in, the auntie had just finished cleaning, and there was a faint scent of disinfectant. Cream-style decor is hard to maintain, but the room looked really clean. Thumbs up! I saw the auntie diligently cleaning all morning. **Environment:** No need to elaborate on the environment. Downstairs, there's a clean, blue swimming pool with a robot cleaner, giving off total vacation vibes. Since it's located on the side of Gaoguang, it wasn't noisy at all at night. **Service:** There's an airport/station pick-up service, and they confirm the time before check-in. The driver gives a brief introduction to Xishuangbanna. Breakfast was also decent, with freshly cooked rice noodles. We also received a complimentary double afternoon tea, though we didn't have time to enjoy it. **Overall:** High value for money. The room is large and very clean, and it's less than a ten-minute walk from the main entrance of Gaoguang, making it very convenient for catching buses to various attractions! Nice!

This hostel boasts an excellent location. It's a pleasant 400-500 meter walk to the Lancang River, and Peacock Lake Park is about a kilometer away. A fresh market for fruits, along with 'Luoluo Bingwu' (a local dessert shop) and several other restaurants, are all within a kilometer's radius. You can easily rent an electric scooter right outside to visit attractions further afield. It’s perfect for both long-term stays and short trips. The hostel's common areas are very spacious. The first floor is great for working, and the second-floor terrace is incredibly comfortable – perfect for sunbathing during the day and stargazing at night. The overall cleanliness is good, and the bedding is very comfortable and clean. The four-bed and eight-bed dorms share two bathrooms, so there's never a queue. The environment is quiet, as it's located within a residential building. The owner is a warm, friendly, and very helpful sister.

The staff at this hotel were all very helpful and had great service attitudes, which deserves a big thumbs up. However, the facilities were a major drawback. The laundry room seemed to be shared with the adjacent health and wellness guesthouse; it was so messy that I never wanted to do laundry there 😂. The swimming pool was also dirty and not filled with water, which was one of the reasons I booked the hotel. There was also no parking, and the small courtyard was completely filled with cars. Breakfast was very simple, basically just two stir-fried dishes every day, served on the kind of trays used in student cafeterias. The only thing I was willing to eat was the rice noodles. I also got bitten by some kind of insect at the hotel seven or eight times. In short, it's a hotel with very obvious advantages and disadvantages. This is the first time I've written so much, and I hope the hotel can improve and get better.

My friend and I booked a hotel near Manting Park because we had to go to the airport the next day. It's a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport. The hotel building is grand and impressive. The twin room was a good size with two beds, perfect for two girls to sleep comfortably. The bedding was clean and odorless, and the room environment was also very clean. The smart devices and toiletries were comprehensive. It was also very quiet, so I wasn't bothered by noise at night. The hotel service was excellent. When our car parked at the hotel entrance, the butler immediately came to help with our luggage and guided us to the room. My friend's foot was chafed, and they even provided a first-aid kit with band-aids. On the B1 floor, there's an infinity pool. The breakfast was also the most extensive I've seen in Xishuangbanna so far, and the rice noodles were delicious! The entire building leans more towards a business style, suitable for families. It was a very comfortable stay for our last night in Xishuangbanna.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. As a returning customer, the manager gave us an upgrade by surprise, which made our stay extra comfy. They went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Especially Mrs Lei who works in the restaurant. She offered her own coffee to us in early morning before the barista started working. She also provided us exactly what we wanted for each breakfast, on time. My partner is from the UK, he said that he has never felt so at home abroad just because of Mrs Lei!
