"The family suite was fantastic! It's a suite, and the 2.7-meter bed was incredibly comfortable for staying with our child. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which was great. The overall environment, cleanliness, and management were all excellent. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, truly heartwarming. The hotel also has free underground parking, which is a huge plus! Great value for money!"

"Got upgraded to the river view room ❤️ travelled solo to hike Danxiashang, discovered Shaoguan is a very nice city. Hotel is connected to a mall with lots of fashion brands (not ultra luxury ones but local high end brands either original design)!!! Has delivery robots for takeout orders. Clean room with no smoke smell. Grand lobby."

"The front desk staff were very thoughtful. I arrived quite late, and they kindly reminded me about the late-night congee service and even offered to help with laundry. My room was upgraded, and it was quiet and comfortable. The elevator requires a key card to access floors, which is both safe and convenient. The hotel's environment is lovely, and the facilities are comprehensive. Even though I only stayed for one night, my experience was wonderful. Highly recommend!"

"The first impression I had from Atour Hotel was warm and thoughtful. From the moment I entered the door, the smiles of the staff and the hot tea handed in in time made people put down the fatigue of the journey. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the design details were attentive. "I was in Shaoguan for a couple of nights for business and enjoyed the hotel and location so much that I booked an extra 3 nights. The rooms are modern and clean with USD outlets. The 15sqm Double Room is pretty compact so I upgraded to a 25sqm Superior Double Room with QB when I extended. It has a proper desk if you need to use your laptop. The staff are friendly. Simple breakfast but enough variety and some Western options. The location is a short walk to a huge walking/shopping street and a large shopping centre with a supermarket and food court. It's also around the corner from a massive park with a kid's fun park and rides. If you want to relax the 7th floor of the Ramada Hotel nearby has a great spa and massage."

"The service was absolutely fantastic! 👍 The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. They even proactively offered snacks when they saw I had a child and asked if we needed kids' toiletries, which I really appreciated. The laundry lady was also super kind; she offered to help dry our clothes and deliver them to our room. A big thank you to her! The lobby on the first floor is so cozy, and I was surprised by how many beautiful books they had. And the original flavor cookies? Seriously the best I've ever tasted! The promotional video in the elevator was brilliant, so cheerful and really put me in a great mood. Combined with the staff's warm and friendly welcome, my whole Shaoguan trip truly felt rejuvenating. I sincerely hope all the hotel staff stay happy and have everything go smoothly. "This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. I didn't expect there would be such a cost-effective hotel in Shaoguan. The room has an automatic lift table, wireless charging, automatic curtains, and reading lights, which I haven't found in Shaoguan. I booked a king-size bed because a friend came to visit and asked me to change to a twin bed. I agreed decisively. The staff's service was also very friendly and the room was clean."
