"My parents, kids, and I went on a trip to the Three Gorges, and we chose the Shuiyunlan Hotel because it's very close to the tourist center. We booked a river-view room and a family room for 4 nights, including breakfast. The hotel staff thoughtfully arranged for us to be on the same floor, in connecting rooms 1206 and 1207. The breakfast was plentiful, with different dishes each day, and my family was very satisfied. Special thanks to housekeeper Gao Yan. She noticed our wet clothes weren't drying easily and thoughtfully provided a drying rack, even hanging the wet clothes in a ventilated spot by the window 🥰👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Our child's Mi Band went missing, and she also helped us find it 🥰👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. And a big thank you to Front Desk staff member #1. When we checked out, we mentioned we had three children, and they kindly gave us three souvenir gifts. The kids were thrilled 🥰👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. The whole family had a wonderful stay and a great trip! "The Crowne Plaza Yichang boasts a super convenient location, right next to Wanda Plaza and the Three Gorges Tourist Center, making it incredibly easy for travelers. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the river-view rooms offer stunning panoramic views of the Yangtze River. Tina at the front desk was very efficient with check-in and quick to help with any issues. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and this would be my top choice for future visits to Yichang."

"The room was pretty good. I stayed with my family for a few days. The hotel is right on the street, so it's super easy to catch a taxi. Just cross the road and you're at Yanjiang Avenue. The weather was lovely these past few days, perfect for a walk and watching the sunset. If you need anything during your stay, you can just ask the hotel staff. All in all, it was a good stay."

"I checked in on the last day of the May Day holiday, and it was incredibly good value for money. I accidentally sprained my ankle, and the hotel thoughtfully provided a wheelchair free of charge. I really loved the overall decor, and the bed was comfortable. The little card was a nice, thoughtful touch. The hotel is also very close to the riverfront, which has plenty of activities and is a great spot for a stroll. For dinner, I had the Western buffet at the hotel; the steak was very tender, and the coconut plum wine was delicious. The other dishes were decent, and at 158 per person, it was good value. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit."

An evening stroll is so relaxing, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. They even have their own parking lot with clear guidance, which is fantastic! "The hotel environment was quite good, and the room was clean and tidy. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the bed was very soft, so I slept comfortably. The front desk lady provided excellent service; she was very warm and attentive, and even gave me a free room upgrade. "The most delightful stay during my Two Dams and One Gorge trip – the Le Méridien Yichang Three Gorges. It perfectly blends French chic luxury with the natural beauty of the Three Gorges. The location is truly unbeatable, right next to Sanyou Cave. The entire property is nestled against the mountains and along the river. Step onto the balcony and you're greeted by the peaks of Xiling Gorge, the majestic Yangtze River, and the Gezhouba Dam. River cruises slowly glide by, and the scenery, whether morning or evening, has its own unique charm, washing away all travel fatigue. Room details are exceptionally thoughtful. There's ample natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, and the soft furnishings are simple yet elegant. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom features a wet/dry separation. Hansgrohe fixtures and a Villeroy & Boch bathtub are top-notch. Minibar drinks are complimentary. In your leisure, brew a cup of coffee and simply gaze out the window – pure bliss. I highly recommend the private hot spring room type; soaking in the hot spring on the balcony with river views creates an amazing ambiance. A must-do is the high-altitude infinity pool with a starry sky effect. The heated water combined with suspended glass railings offers stunning views. By day, watch the blue sky and white clouds reflect on the river; in the evening, chase the 'orange sea' sunset. At night, the starlights at the bottom of the pool light up, making every photo Instagram-worthy. There's also a lounge area by the pool where you can relax on lounge chairs and enjoy the breeze – it's incredibly comfortable. The service deserves high praise. From check-in to housekeeping and dining staff, everyone was gentle and polite. They proactively guided us and thoughtfully offered drinks, and any issues were resolved quickly. The buffet breakfast far exceeded expectations, with a wide variety of hot dishes, pastries, Yichang specialties, desserts, and fresh fruits. The selection was abundant and fresh. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a professional gym, a kids' club, and mountain trails. You can enjoy a full day without even leaving the hotel, making it suitable for both couples' getaways and family trips. The overall environment is clean and tranquil, with excellent hardware, stunning views, and top-notch service. For a vacation in Yichang, look no further!"

"There are two Wanda Plazas in Yichang, one by the river and one in Yiling. The river view is quite good; we booked several rooms and all had a view of the river. The amenities downstairs are complete, making dining and shopping very convenient. The rooms are clean, bright, and well-equipped, and it's relatively quiet. The entire floor seems to be an office building. The staff were very friendly, and check-in was quick. Overall, the experience was good, offering high value for money. I'd definitely come back for a second stay."
