"Requested for transport from airport to hotel however no one shown regardless of calling 3 times also wasn't so professional in giving a firm reply.... Hotel was good and reception staff also good, Needs to improve in the future... I tried to get a change from receptions to pay to taxi however unfortunately couldn't help due to bad policies and no change at that time in the hotel. Could have kept some fruits and snacks in the room as this is so called 5 start. Too much renovation ongoing including painting too Very helpfull in extending few hours for late check-oiut Rooms was very good,"

"I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn yesterday. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and created a really comfortable atmosphere. A special mention to Sanika, who was extremely customer-friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Her professionalism and warm approach made the experience even better. "It was clean and comfortable stay at Seven Heights Edappally during our Cochin visits. Room and House keeping: was clean. And additional asks were catered immediately. They have iron box table and iron box available on demand. Bathroom was neat and clean. Dental kit/ Laundry bags etc were available on demand. AC wasn’t working properly. Not cooling as per remote settings. Though temperature 20-21 felt like AC is hard corded to some 27-29. First front office mentioned something similar and engage them if it’s not working. But even after multiple calls, it wasn’t hopeful. lack of fan made it worse. One night it was okay and gave up. Restaurant: Not sure about in room dining. When I asked, they mentioned they had it before and since it’s less customers using the facility for dining. However they have ventured out the BF to some vendor and they do in the morning. Most of the guests are either getting delivery or eat out lunch/dinner and as mentioned above it’s not available. So be prepared. Luckily we had ours packed from Salkara on the way from airport. Amrita Institute of Medical Science is very close proximity about 350m 4mins walk. Lulu mall also easily accessible. Property appeared newly constructed and well maintained. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast Buffet: In the buffet board they mentioned 4 Indian items with curry combination, Bakery: Bread Jam/Butter Fresh juice, Egg items, Fresh juice, cut fruits, oats/cornflakes. I found 2/4 Indian spreads were missing than what was published menu. Upma wasn’t good. Appam curries were fine. Otherwise it was eggs were properly cooked, juice was fresh. Since it was made in small quantities and made on demand it was good. Overall good for one night stay experience."

"The hotel service and culinary offerings were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was impeccably clean; however, the bathrooms could benefit from some enhancements. It is essential to ensure that there is a shower curtain in place, as otherwise, water tends to spill onto the restroom floor. Nonetheless, everything else was satisfactory."

"SAJ resort is an excellent hotel right next to the airport if you wanna dive head first into the essence of Kerala. Even though not as fancy as the Taj or the Marriot, it still provides a five star experience while being designed in such a beautiful way that you feel like you are in a quiet village and not a resort. The rooms that wrap around the large pool is so calming and not even once during my stay was I disturbed by the airport which is right next door. The staff are very professional and will help you in any way they can. They also take suggestions and requests at heart. The high tea that is provided every evening from 4-5 is exceptional. Overall, I am very happy with my stay there and would definitely be back."

"Housekeeping in the room was not up to the mark and we were quite disappointed. Shower Gel and Tissue were not replaced and the shower area got clogged … despite complaining it wasn’t fixed. The Tea Pods were not replenished in the Mini Bar. In general housekeeping in room was not up to Taj standards we have been used to !"
