"Hotel as a service place is very good, people and amenities and location. But cleanliness level i am very unsatisfied, i got sick after living in the room. I moved the curtain and after that i kept coughing and flu like condition for few days. AC also seems to be not very clean air. The place need a desperate deep cleaning and continuous professional cleaning. It may only one off experience but thats what i faced."

"Booked a 2-bedroom suite and was given a room on the 32nd floor, which is the highest floor. The view was amazing, with direct sight of the Burj Khalifa and the evening fountain show. The room was spacious and felt quite new. Room service was excellent. There were complimentary Arabic tea and dates available at the entrance. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Dubai Mall. There's a shuttle service to the mall, metro station, and the beach. However, only the beach shuttle has a return trip; the others are one-way."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is amazing—right in front of the metro station and very centrally located, making it extremely convenient to get around. It offers great value for money while still feeling luxurious. A special mention to the bathrobe, which was super comfortable and honestly one of my favorite details. "This was my first time in Dubai. I originally wanted to book a hotel near the Burj Khalifa, but then I found this one. It's just one metro stop away from the Burj Khalifa, and the price is significantly better. Plus, the hotel is right next to the Red Line metro station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient – excellent value for money! The front desk service was also fantastic; they even had our luggage delivered directly to our room. We booked a family suite, which came with two bathrooms, two huge wardrobes, a large fridge, and even a washing machine – super convenient! The breakfast service was also very good, with staff members dedicated to seating guests, making everything feel very organized. Highly recommended!"

"Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel is in a really convenient spot right in the heart of Dubai, directly opposite the Museum of the Future. It’s also a short drive from Dubai International Airport, and the area around the hotel is packed with choices, restaurants, fast food, cafes, and small marts all along the same stretch, so grabbing a meal or essentials is easy. The rooms and furnishings feel a bit dated for a five-star property, but the service makes up for it. The staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to assist, which makes the stay smooth and comfortable overall."

"I stay in Sofitel Dubai for 6 days for this trip, it make me feel like home. Room is very cozy and clean. They always prepare for good sleep by put camomile tea on the bedside table. Good amenities and plenty of water replace every day. The bed is very good make me have a deep sleep and wake up with nice view of Berj Kalifa, that’s brilliant"

"Last Christmas, our family of four (with kids aged 8 and 5) stayed for 5 nights in a two-bedroom suite. Our overall rating is 4.5/5, and we highly recommend it for families with children! **Amazing Location** Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, directly opposite the Museum of the Future, it's a 5-minute walk to the metro. The Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are just a 10-15 minute drive away. During Christmas, we easily enjoyed the light shows, fountains, and the big Christmas tree, and could still admire the city's festive lights from the hotel at night. **Comfortable and Practical Suite** Spacious, with a separate living room and a small kitchen (great for simple self-catering). Both bedrooms had large beds, giving the kids their own space. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the view of the Museum of the Future from the window was superb (especially stunning when lit up at night). Though the decor is a bit dated, it didn't detract from the experience. **Facility Highlights** The pool is on the smaller side but offers great views. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the service was friendly. The lobby had abundant Christmas decorations, creating a warm atmosphere. **Minor Drawbacks** Some in-room facilities felt a bit old. Breakfast during peak hours could get crowded, so arriving early is recommended. The surrounding commercial area gets busy with traffic during the day, so choosing a higher floor would be quieter. **Summary:** Convenient location, ample space, and direct views of the Museum of the Future, making it perfect for self-catering families. It's an excellent choice for a family Christmas trip to Dubai! We'd love to stay again next time~"

"This hotel is clearly a favorite among Russian families, owing to its good location, all-inclusive meals, and low price for three guests in a room. All signs and announcements in the hotel are duplicated in Russian. During our stay, a large group of about 20 Russian teenagers was also there. These were classic teenagers who seem to think that being noisy, smoking covertly in the bushes, and swearing makes them mature. At breakfast, most guests are families with small children, which generally gives the impression of being in a summer camp rather than a Dubai hotel. If you enjoy this kind of atmosphere, or if you have children, then it's worth staying here, as your child won't be bored alone. The hotel has parking. The entrance to the hotel is from the underground parking, which makes the lobby feel a bit uninviting. Check-in was quick. We checked in at 6 PM and missed lunch. We were offered to stay for lunch after check-out the next day and complimentary luggage storage at the reception. The food is buffet style. On one hand, it seems like there's everything: beef, fish, side dishes, fruits, vegetables, soup, desserts. On the other hand, nothing is cooked well: the beef is fatty and tough, and the fish is overly soft. For example, in the photo, the salad has a lot of green and black olives and just a few cucumbers and leaves. The taste is unbalanced, just bitter. If you add vegetables, they are there but chopped into large pieces. In the fruit salad, the melon is so tasteless that you have to pick it out. At breakfast, there's no regular sliced cheese for making sandwiches, only feta with herbs. The croissants are so stale, as if they've been sitting there for three days, even though they are regularly refilled during breakfast. Not a single dish made me want to go back for seconds. In the end, I didn't regret missing lunch and decided not to stay for lunch the next day. The pool officially operates until 8 PM, but at 7:30 PM, we couldn't swim as it was already closed. The spa has a hammam and a sauna. The hammam is quite cold, and while the sauna shows 90 degrees, it feels much cooler. The jacuzzi has no bubbles, either the button doesn't work, or it's designed that way. It's more like a hot water pool. The definite pros are the large room, good zoning into a bedroom and living room, and a spacious bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. Also, there's a beautiful view of the Marina from the window, but no balcony. I stayed for one night and am unlikely to choose this place again. For the same price, there are many better hotels nearby for couples without children."
