You need to provide your car plate number in advance if you're taking a taxi to the hotel. The front desk staff member was very enthusiastic, helped us with our luggage, and provided information about the surrounding area. The breakfast is a set menu with a good balance of meat and vegetables, and a rich variety of options! This hotel is highly recommended! "The room design was great, and both the elderly and children loved it. They even thoughtfully provided eye masks. The room had a smart smart control system and underfloor heating. Both the indoor and outdoor views were fantastic, especially the hot spring in the bamboo forest. The service was excellent; they responded immediately to every request, even late at night – thank you so much to the young man! Initially, the guesthouse had stopped providing underfloor heating for the first few days of our stay because it was getting warmer, but on the day we arrived, it got a bit cold, and my child liked to walk on the floor without slippers. The owner kindly turned the heating back on – thank you! We had dinner at the guesthouse: chicken soup, braised bamboo shoots, and braised catfish. The auntie cooked it very well; my elders still rave about it afterward, haha. Breakfast was rather home-style, but the auntie's soft-boiled eggs were delicious, and the young man's hand-drip coffee was also very good. One small suggestion: could the guesthouse consider allowing guests to choose between regular towels and disposable towels in the future? My child only made this suggestion about the towels, haha. Also, it would be even better if there was an absorbent mat in the bathroom. Overall, it's good, pet-friendly, and I recommend it."

"Our three-day, two-night stay in Moganshan was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is located on the western side of the mountainside, offering a superb location with unbeatable views and a tranquil environment. The balcony views directly face the hundred-year-old Naked Castle. The hotel's back entrance is just a 100-meter walk up some steps to Chairman Mao's former residence, and many other attractions are very close by. The restaurant service was excellent – friendly and welcoming. We received complimentary fruit and bottled water. Both the breakfast and our à la carte dinner at the restaurant were delicious. Five stars, highly recommend!"

"The staff was awesome! They even gave us a gift when we checked out. They were very accomodating and friendly. The rooms and amenities are great. The only problem is their breakfast. They only had boiled eggs, congee , dumplings and boiled stuff. No coffee. They only have 6-7 items and runs out quickly like you have almost nothing to eat if you come past 8am. Its not worth it to include breakfast in the package or booking. But the food in their restaurants are really good. Good restaurant food in this hotel."

"Nice stayed with a cozy environment and beautiful rooms. The owner kindly upgraded me to a bigger room. Though it’s a bit remote in the suburbs, the peaceful surroundings and fresh air are worth it. I arrived late, and the staff kindly took me to a nearby restaurant. It rained for two days, so I couldn’t enjoy the horses and creek tea, but the sound of the creek was very relaxing. When I left, the owner helped me book a taxi and even communicated with the driver to avoid mistakes. They also gave me some white tea leaves as a gift. Highly recommended!"
