"The hotel's location is excellent, right in Sanfang Qixiang's Wenrufang, and it's a short walk from the museum car park opposite. It's pet-friendly and the rooms are large and very unique. Sanfang Qixiang is truly wonderful, very clean, with endless former residences to explore. It's close to the popular 'Love Tree' and dining is very convenient with many special restaurants nearby. The breakfast service was also great; even though we were late, the staff were not impatient at all and helped us get food. Excellent service! We'll definitely come again~"

The location was super convenient for getting around, with excellent amenities nearby. "The hotel's location is good and parking is convenient. It has that classic old 5-star hotel vibe, but the room facilities are a bit dated, and it's not very soundproof. We booked two rooms but only received one welcome fruit plate. The shampoo and conditioner weren't replenished, and we had to call to get more. The staff service isn't particularly warm, just average. When I called ahead, a male staff member promised a free room upgrade if there was availability. However, upon check-in, even though there were clearly empty rooms, a female intern at the front desk said rooms were tight and an upgrade wasn't possible. Oh well, no big deal. The hotel breakfast is pretty good, with most of the local specialties available."

"The Kempinski Hotel Fuzhou Taihe was such a pleasant surprise! The lobby beautifully blends Fuzhou's traditional lacquer art with European light luxury, creating a truly unique ambiance. My room was immaculately clean and odor-free, with a floor-to-ceiling window offering stunning city views. The Royal bathroom amenities felt wonderfully luxurious. They have excellent facilities, including a heated pool and a spacious gym. Breakfast is fantastic, offering both local Fuzhou specialties and Western options. The staff were attentive and meticulous. Its location right next to the Taihe shopping district is super convenient. It truly offers luxury without being overpriced. Definitely my top choice when visiting Fuzhou. A special shout-out to Jack, the concierge, for his warm and thoughtful service. I'm extremely satisfied with my stay."

"My stay at Fuzhou Siji Yuecheng Hotel exceeded expectations. The hotel environment was elegant, the room facilities were comprehensive, and the cleanliness was impeccable. What truly touched me was a small incident after check-out: I was rushing and accidentally left behind a personal item, completely unaware. The front desk team discovered it and proactively contacted me. Even though I had already left Fuzhou, the staff patiently verified my information, carefully packed my item, and helped arrange for it to be couriered. The entire process involved smooth communication and quick responses. I genuinely appreciate the front desk team's attentiveness and responsibility; they demonstrated excellent service through these details. "What I liked: The main reasons we chose this hotel were its proximity to the airport and the airport shuttle service. The facilities were decent, clean, and well-equipped. What I didn't like: We had arranged our shuttle time for the next morning when we checked in the day before. However, half an hour before our scheduled departure, we were told there were too many people needing a ride at the same time and not enough cars, and that we needed to come downstairs immediately. We explained that we still had half an hour until our original scheduled time and might not be ready, to which they responded, 'Okay, just come down as soon as you can.' Since we had planned our wake-up and packing time accordingly, we came downstairs only slightly earlier than our original scheduled time (still before the new requested time). As a result, the driver kept complaining to us. This left a really bad impression. We had pre-arranged our time the day before, then the hotel's car arrangement issues caused us to be notified at the last minute to leave earlier. We even told them we couldn't make it, and yet we were still lectured, as if it was our fault."

The blackout curtains are perfect for night owls like me – I could sleep until the afternoon without any issues. It was also very quiet. The laundry room was super efficient; my clothes were already drying just a few minutes after I dropped them off. I also have to commend the front desk's efficiency; my food delivery arrived incredibly fast, which is perfect for someone lazy like me. And that huge TV was an absolute blast!"

It perfectly blends tranquility with convenience. The ambiance is wonderfully serene and minimalist, making it a fantastic spot for photos. Downstairs, there's the 'Hidden Coffee' shop, where hotel guests get a 20% discount on coffee. The lush green courtyard is beautifully maintained, and spending time there just makes you naturally slow down and relax, feeling like you've checked into a healing, secluded mountain retreat. The room layout is very well-designed, with excellent natural light and ventilation, and good soundproofing, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The hygiene and details are top-notch; all disposable amenities are provided, and the shower has great water pressure, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Overall, my stay was comfortable and pleasant, with no disappointments. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. This stay gave us an exceptionally good experience, and we'd definitely come back again!"
