When booking, it was written that each room type would come with a pool of mountain spring hot spring water. The room pictures also showed bathtubs or hot springs. I thought each room had a hot spring bath. There were not many options for a last-minute room reservation, so I just randomly booked one. When I arrived and asked, I found out that not every room has a hot spring bath. Some rooms require a public hot spring bath. But there is only one public hot spring pool. We went there at 8 o'clock in the evening to take a bath, but they were changing the water. When the water was replenished to the calf level, there was no water. Later, the staff said that there were many people on the holidays and the heating equipment was malfunctioning, so the water did not come up. There was no hot water. The hot spring water was not hot enough and we could not take a bath without heating it. . . Well, this is the first time I heard that hot spring water needs to be heated. . . 2. The air conditioner in the room was too loud. Even in silent mode, it was still very loud. I couldn't sleep. I got up and turned off the air conditioner and opened the window. Fortunately, it was not cold during the Qingming Festival. 3. The door of the room closes too loudly. Even a slight movement can make a loud noise. The door closing noises of other rooms can be clearly heard from within the room. Since it is positioned as a high-end homestay, it is recommended that the hardware facilities can be improved."
