"This is a truly unique hotel, new but built within the walls of an ancient fortress. We only stayed for one day, but you really need about 3 days here to fully appreciate it. It's aesthetic, colorful, and beautiful! 😍 We absolutely loved the spa complex. All our favorite shops were within walking distance, saving us time, money, and effort on taxis to get to the shopping centers. As a bonus, the Bosphorus is right at your feet! 😍 For warmer weather, there's even a complimentary kids' amusement park for one day 🤩. I highly recommend it! It might seem a bit pricey at first glance, but the value is justified. There's always a butler available who helps with restaurant recommendations and entertainment programs. Special thanks to Omer! We had a very productive day and managed to see a lot thanks to his clear recommendations! He was always reachable 👍🏻"

"A truly perfect stay; everything was satisfactory. One thing worth mentioning is that we checked in on Christmas Eve, and the hotel provided adorable chick-shaped cookies and sled-shaped chocolates. On Christmas morning, we were also pleasantly surprised to find a stocking overflowing with gifts on our doorknob!"

"The hotel is beautiful, and the restaurant is also fantastic! But the right side of the hotel is next to a nightclub, which is just awful. I chose a superior room, and everything was great! But the music blared until 5am! We arrived from another country late in the evening and couldn't sleep all night because of the nightclub's blaring music. Our balcony overlooked the nightclub.😂, and we could hear the music in our room as if we were on the dance floor ourselves.🕺🏽💃🏻 The next day, I asked to change to a quieter room. They gave us a standard room, which was smaller than the square meter and had no dressing room or bathroom, but we were complimented with Turkish sweets and fruit. (Remember, I paid for a superior room.) The hotel is very aromatic; there are aroma stations in the hallways, and by the second day, the smell was making me feel sick. The breakfasts are incredible. Novikov is Novikov, even in Africa ❤️🔥  The bar in the evening is superb! The restaurant staff are lovely and always smiling💓 Just don't take rooms on the right side of the hotel."

"The hotel's overall facilities are great, and the air conditioning in the rooms works perfectly for both heating and cooling. During check-out, we met Manager Darhan, who provided professional and enthusiastic service. The hotel is truly lucky to have him and his team. A manager from the housekeeping department, who appeared to be of Indian/Pakistani descent, also provided excellent service. However, we did encounter some issues at breakfast. The menu advertised freshly squeezed juices (pomegranate and orange), but they clearly weren't fresh. The waitress serving our table seemed unwilling to acknowledge this. Aside from this and the slight inconvenience of getting a taxi right outside the hotel, everything else was excellent. I really appreciated the hotel's late check-out policy, and the concierge's luggage delivery service was also outstanding."

"My stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel boasts an excellent location right on the Bosphorus, sharing the same side of the strait with properties like the Four Seasons and The Peninsula, with the Asian side directly across. You're treated to stunning views of the strait from your room, the restaurant, and the pool, especially beautiful during sunset. A truly unique feature of this hotel is that it houses an actual Ottoman palace. During your stay, simply inform the front desk or concierge, and a staff member will give you a guided tour of the palace, detailing its history and architecture. It's a truly worthwhile experience and a distinctive charm that's hard to find in other hotels. The service at the hotel is also outstanding. We frequently used the in-room dining service, and the staff would bring the dining cart directly into our room and meticulously set up the table, creating a very ceremonial experience. Whether it was room service, restaurant service, or concierge assistance, the staff were consistently professional, warm, and attentive, delivering the kind of service you'd expect from a true five-star hotel. The hotel's dining options were equally impressive. The breakfast restaurant faces the Bosphorus, with a large green lawn stretching out front. Sitting outdoors, enjoying breakfast while admiring the sea view, creates a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. We also tried the hotel's Turkish-themed dinner, which featured excellent dishes and exquisite presentation. Both the taste and the dining environment were thoroughly satisfying. If you're visiting Istanbul and want to experience the most iconic Bosphorus views, the historical ambiance of an Ottoman palace, and truly top-notch service and dining, this hotel is definitely worth recommending, and it's a place I'd happily stay at again."

"I was originally staying for five consecutive nights. Upon arrival, I was dissatisfied with my room and contacted the front desk to resolve the issue. The staff member I was dealing with kept changing their explanations, eventually flatly saying, ”I've tried my best to resolve the issue, but you don't seem satisfied. Remember, I'm trying to help you.” After receiving this response, I decided to change hotels. I'm grateful to Ctrip customer service for their assistance in resolving the issue. We both shared the same feeling: the staff member's English was incredibly fast and unstandard. Upon checking out, another staff member offered a free upgrade to an executive suite, but I declined, reflecting my current state of mind. The two stars for service go to the other staff members; the night shift staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is pleasant, and the rooms are immaculately clean. On a separate note, there's some renovation work happening across the street from the hotel entrance, which slightly detracts from the overall appearance."

"As usual Hilton will not let you down. Great grand entrance hall clean rooms and all the facilities you can think of. The only little unpleasant incident occurred was the reception counter didn’t pass the number of residents in the room to the room service so they keep providing room services for only two people instead of three which was quite annoying when asked the room service staff and they always requested you to refers to the reception services."

"The hotel is very good, it takes 25-30 minutes by car from the airport to the hotel. The hotel has friendly staff, the rooms are spacious and clean, the linen is new, the mattresses are comfortable. The buffet is varied: breakfast and dinner. The hotel offers several types of massage (massage therapists work perfectly). There are several pools, they are all very clean and everything is clean and tidy around the pools, there was live music on Saturday and Sunday."

"Unfortunately, my impression of the hotel was ruined even before check-in. We had requested an early check-in for 11:00 AM via the app beforehand, and it was confirmed. We had an overnight flight, arriving around 7 AM and reaching the hotel by approximately 8 AM. We understood that a room might not be immediately available at 8 AM, but we expected to be able to check in at the confirmed time of 11:00 AM. However, upon arrival, the reception told us that check-in was only at 3:00 PM because no rooms were available. After an overnight flight, we were extremely tired and ended up spending about 7 hours in the lobby. We kept dozing off on the sofa; at one point, we were woken up and told that a room would be ready soon, but then we waited another hour with no change. We fell asleep again and were once more woken up and told that sleeping in the lobby was not allowed. The most unpleasant part wasn't the wait itself, but the attitude and lack of proper communication. We weren't offered any solutions: no place to rest comfortably after our overnight flight, no estimated time for when the room would be ready, and no compensation for the inconvenience. Meanwhile, we saw guests checking out that morning, so it's hard to believe that not a single room could be prepared between 9 AM and 3 PM. We didn't expect to check in right at 8 AM, but if the hotel confirms an early check-in for 11:00 AM, it should be honored. Spending 7 hours in the lobby after an overnight flight, without the ability to properly rest, was a very unpleasant experience. The service at the front desk was disappointing, and I have no desire to return to this hotel. The check-in situation was also extremely frustrating. We noticed that other guests who arrived after us were checking in earlier, while we were made to wait until the very end. The staff repeatedly stated that the delay was due to room cleaning. However, given that others were being checked in, it felt unfair and left a very negative impression of their guest relations. We could have just as easily booked connecting flights, spent two hours at the airport, and continued our journey. However, because the hotel had confirmed our early check-in for 11:00 AM in advance, we decided to stay in Istanbul and rest before our next flight. In the end, the confirmed early check-in was not provided, and instead of resting after an overnight flight, we were forced to spend several hours in the lobby."

"The hotel was a chaotic mess during the summer holidays, especially the breakfast area – I almost didn't want to eat there. The hotel is a bit old, but thankfully, everyone's service attitude was excellent, and the lobby view was also great. However, getting around is inconvenient; you have to take a taxi everywhere, otherwise, it's all winding mountain roads, making it difficult to get to the old European quarter. The outdoor pool was also very crowded, and the indoor pool felt a bit dirty due to the high number of people."
