"Highly recommend this place! I was traveling with my whole family, so I needed a hotel that was close to attractions and the city center, had an elevator, was clean, and also had authentic local food nearby. The location of this hotel was a real pleasant surprise! (There's a market right next to the hotel, and the older folks in my family loved going there every morning). The facilities are very new, clean, and tidy, making for a super comfortable stay. The front desk staff provided meticulous and thoughtful service, and all the staff members were warm and polite. Check-in was very efficient. They even gave us Americano coffee vouchers, so breakfast with coffee was a huge mood booster. Checking out was an even bigger surprise; they thoughtfully gave us local souvenirs. Full of thoughtful details, and heartwarming throughout our stay. If you're coming to Shantou, staying here is a guaranteed good choice; I'll definitely pick this place again next time!"

"Atour isn't just about culture; it's about warmth. As someone who travels frequently for work, I truly felt a sense of home. This kind of thoughtful and heartwarming service is omnipresent at Atour! Not only that, but the rooms are also incredibly spacious and clean. The breakfast is wonderfully rich and delicious, and the staff's service attitude is superb. The air conditioning temperature was just right, very comfortable. Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately greeted by a pleasant aroma. The lobby facilities are also excellent – not cluttered, just perfect."

"This was our second stay, and once again, the environment, service, and location were all superb. They even upgraded us to a twin-bed suite because we were traveling with a child. They also helped us with our laundry, washing and drying it for us. We'll definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Shantou."

"Facilities: Beyond expectations. The hotel is quite new, and while the public areas are small, they are beautifully decorated and very aesthetic – great for photos! It's a renovation of an old building, and you can tell some design compromises had to be made, but they've integrated it really well to match the city's style.
Service: Met expectations. We arrived late at night on the first day, and the staff member guided us to parking and quickly helped us check in. He even remembered to give us a welcome gift, though he seemed unaware I had booked for two nights, haha. But that's a minor issue and acceptable. They also offer a complimentary 'sweet soup' every night at a specific time, which is a unique and excellent service standard."

"This is a newly opened hotel, so all the facilities are brand new. The room had no strange smells, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The front desk service was incredibly welcoming. We accidentally left some clothes behind when checking out, and knowing we were rushing to the airport, they quickly helped us retrieve them. A big thanks to the lovely Miss Ye and the other gentleman who helped us!"

"I saw this Wabi-sabi style room on Ctrip and was instantly captivated by its atmosphere. I decided to try out this hotel, and I'm so glad I did! The warm-toned walls paired with the soft bedside lamp create such a tranquil and healing vibe, especially in the evening with just that one light on. There are no harsh overhead lights in the entire room; instead, the ceiling light strips create a relaxed ambiance. Plus, there's a suspended projector, making it incredibly cozy to lie in bed and watch movies before sleep. The king-size bed linens are soft and clean, and the pillows are perfectly fluffy, making for an excellent sleep experience. The dark wood cabinetry combined with rustic decorative paintings adds a touch of quality to every detail. They even provide complimentary Evian mineral water, which is a thoughtful touch. The overall space is quiet and private, with a simple yet sophisticated design. The cleanliness is impeccable and meticulous. It was a super healing stay that helped me shake off a day's fatigue. "This hotel truly amazed me. I'm quite picky when it comes to hotels, but this was the best one I stayed at during my trip to Guangdong. It's a newly opened hotel, located in a residential area with plenty of local eateries, coffee shops, and bakeries nearby, and very close to Mixc World. The decor is beautiful, and despite being new, there were no strong or unpleasant smells, thanks to their fresh air system. The environment is quiet with no noise, and the rooms are spacious and come with a fridge, which is very convenient. While the entrance isn't grand (perhaps not fully set up yet), inside it's truly a hidden gem. The owner is a handsome young man, and both he and the front desk staff provided excellent service. They gave us welcome gifts, which were very practical. We booked two rooms, and the owner upgraded us for free, helped us with our luggage, and even recommended local food streets and specialties. Anything we needed was delivered very promptly. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. There's free parking available, which is very convenient. My absolute favorite was their wireless makeup mirror – I immediately ordered the same one to be sent to my home! This is a genuine and honest review, hope it helps everyone!"

"I took my parents and children to travel. I chose this hotel for a long time. First of all, the lobby environment is very good and the front desk staff are particularly enthusiastic. There are billiards to play in the lobby, and special fruits are also delivered. The room was clean and tidy, the three beds fully met the needs of the family, the bed was mobile, and it brought great convenience to travel with children. The large table and super long seats in the room, it is especially good to order takeaway for a family to eat. The room is complete with disposable supplies and it is very convenient to take a bath for 24 hours. The hotel is convenient to travel, parking is free and very convenient. I am very satisfied with this stay. I will come to Shantou next time. I must choose this store."
