"The location is quite convenient, close to the orange subway line, bus stops, and the bus to Incheon Airport.
The capsule isn't too cramped. However, the shower room, dressing/makeup area, and toilets are quite dirty. In the mornings, many guests use the restrooms and sinks, so there's often a queue.
The trash chutes are full, and the cleaning staff only comes between 11 AM and 4 PM. Sometimes the toilet paper runs out. The toilets have bidets, but if the weather is cold, the water from the bidet is freezing, making it almost unusable.
There's limited luggage storage, so bags often end up in the hallway in front of the elevator. When there are many guests, the entire hallway is filled with luggage.
There's no lobby area to sit and relax."
