Great to be given the option of wanting breakfast every morning, lovely Staff, very approachable and friendly.
The location for us was a little out of the way but still ok.
A small amount of dirt behind the bathroom door and also behind the bedside cabinet nearest the wall.
Lovely to be able to enjoy sitting outside.
Very appealing place, would recommend it, definitely.

杜杜The journey changes, the temporary hotel. Entering the house is the taste of a French fries. It is estimated that the front guests have cooking, but this hygiene cleaning is too sloppy. It is a large bed in a bedroom, a double bed in the living room, and can accommodate four people.

GGuest UserWent to a live band concert (Dreams by Fleetwood Mac) and decided to book at the venue. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room. Very clean and tidy in presentation. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and there were extra blankets and bedding, in the room so we did not have to ask for anything.
The units were very secure and would totally stay there again.

Room was very comfortable, and the secure undercover/off street parking at no extra charge was very appreciated.
Location = great - the Strand/esplanade is right across the road, beautiful views of Magnetic Island. Central for everything - walking distance to Coles, cafes, restaurants, pubs and ice creamery/gelato stores.

GGuest UserThis was not our first stay and in the main it was good. We stayed twice on this trip with a stint on Magnetic Island in between. Service on our departure stay was while not bad was marred by the gentleman who was abrupt and less than enthusiastic about being helpful. We arrived in the morning knowing we couldn’t get in until later and were greeted by a friendly and helpful reception attendant. Who said we would let us know by text as soon as a room was available for us.
We took that to mean if we could enter our room before the scheduled check in time we would get a message. We never got a message. In fact we had ran out of ways to entertain ourselves and keep cool with just under an hour to check in time. So we went to the reception to assign the room was ready and were grumpily informed our room wasn’t ready and that is why we had not had a text. We understood this could be the case but the summary dismissal was far from reasonable customer service. No apology given we had patiently waited for over four hours already. We waited in the lobby and watched as others were given rooms. Why we had to wait while others did not was given no explanation and made no senseh to us. When check in time came and went is when I had to contain myself. One thing for us to be shunned for being early but for them to tell our room was not available at the time the business had committed to was very frustrating. It showed they had no system and were unprepared to provide reasonable customer service. We waited patiently and thankfully not for much longer and maintained our positive countenance. Thank goodness the room was,while only on the first floor, the better of rooms we had stayed in and worth the wait had it been managed better. If it weren’t for the grumpy reception we would have rated this trip more highly. Hopefully this business can get its cleaning process and attitude to customers of male staff improved the location value and room would be highly recommended as is a little work to do.

NNINGQINGThe location of the hotel is easy to find and convenient for traveling by car. There are a full set of kitchen utensils. You can feel at home when you are doing your own dinner. You can also taste the deliciousness of Australian ingredients. The sanitary condition is good and it is recommended to stay.

GGuest UserBrilliant location, better than most with parking and room access. The front desk were amazing helping with a late check in. The room itself was neglected. The walls were badly marked with some areas having pieces taken out of the wall, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned as it should be, rust and build up on the shower screen, sill below window still had dirt marks. Carpets were badly stained and some of the lighting wasn’t working.

LlanzoThe room was not clean dirty floors and rubbish was not taken away for bins.Breakfast was satisfactory with pleasent staff.Restaurant is still not operational but that did not bother us.
The room has a microwave good sized refrigerator and basic kitchen Ware.
TV has limited channels working no abc
