This is the best hotel in Xunliao Bay, an excellent choice for family trips with children. The pet park ticket includes feeding materials and snacks for the little ones, which they absolutely loved. The hotel's pool area is divided, and the kids had a blast in their pool. The private beach avoids the crowds, with fine sand and clear water, and the sunsets are beautiful. In the evening, there are entertainment shows and even hot springs, truly offering an all-in-one vacation experience. The rooms are spacious, and although the hotel is a bit older, it's very well maintained. Children can even enjoy a bath in the tub back in the room, complete with disposable tub liners. The hotel's service in all aspects is truly thoughtful and outstanding! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Everything was perfect. The butler was very welcoming, and our room was upgraded to a high-floor sea view. The hotel facilities were also excellent. The only slight disappointment was that there were no rice noodle rolls or chicken feet for breakfast... haha.

The service was excellent, and all the hotel staff were very polite. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with cold dishes, pastries, coffee, milk, and other beverages, as well as steamed buns, fried noodles, fried rice, and freshly made noodle soup. It was perfect for a trip with the kids! There's a ball pit and a pool table on the first floor, and the swimming pool is right next door. Everything you need for eating, drinking, and entertainment is conveniently located. We'll definitely go back! Thumbs up, and the front desk lady was super nice!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely five stars! My stay this time was fantastic. From check-in, the staff were warm, courteous, and very efficient. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the facilities were well-maintained; water pressure and air conditioning all worked perfectly. The public areas were clean and grand, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The hotel's amenities are excellent, and parking is convenient. Everything, from the environment and cleanliness to the service, was top-notch – no disappointments here. It's definitely worth staying at if you're traveling to Huidong. I'll be back!

I had bookmarked this place two years ago, and it just so happened that my stay fell on my birthday. I specifically chose a hotel over a guesthouse, and it really lived up to expectations! The environment and cleanliness were excellent. Parking was super convenient with multiple underground levels of parking spots. I was very satisfied with the hotel's breakfast buffet; I took my time, watching the plants outside the window and spacing out for an hour. Even though I didn't eat much, listening to the music was so enjoyable. My parents went to the hot springs and said the water was very clean, but I didn't go in. I'd definitely come back again if I get the chance! The front desk staff, both the ladies and the 'little dog' (presumably a male staff member, possibly a playful nickname), were very enthusiastic and helpful! The pool was also beautiful, but it was regular temperature, not heated, so I couldn't go in.

The hotel room's location is truly superb. The front desk kindly upgraded us to a higher floor. The weather was exceptionally clear and sunny that day, making for great photos from every angle. The room faced a vast, unobstructed sea view, and the sea breeze while watching the ocean was incredibly soothing. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay!

Outstanding service and genuine hospitality I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and a big part of that was the exceptional service from the staff. Cindy, Kimly, and Lucy at the front desk were all fantastic—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free, greeted us warmly every time we passed by, and were patient in answering our questions and helping with our requests. Their teamwork and positive attitude really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I especially want to recognize Angelina, who helped us a great deal during our stay. She went above and beyond to show genuine hospitality and extra care. She was proactive, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed, and her kindness made a real difference in our experience. It was clear she truly cares about guests and takes pride in making their stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you to Cindy, Kimly, Lucy, and especially Angelina for making our stay so pleasant. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and cozy, with very new and well-equipped facilities. The only minor issue is that it gets quite busy on weekends, especially the elevators and restaurants.
