Huizhou Hotels with Parking

We visited on Children's Day, which was a Sunday. We arrived around 2 PM and there was a huge queue for check-in. I suggest opening more counters when it's busy, as having to wait in line after traveling a long way really sours the first impression. Once we got to the room, we found a layer of dust on the table when we touched it, and there was still a pair of slippers from the previous guest. There was even sand on the bed. Those were the downsides. On the positive side, the sand on the beach was very fine, and the staff were all incredibly patient and friendly. The hotel's facilities were great for kids, and at checkout, they even asked about our stay and gave our child a small gift. All in all, if the hygiene was better, it would have been a perfect score.

Pros: 1. Plenty of activities, so you'll never get bored. Of course, just relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze is also a great option. 2. The room faces the beautiful Twin Moon Bay, so it's worth setting an alarm to wake up early and step out onto the balcony to watch the sunrise. Cons: 1. The room design is really odd. There's no separation between the wet and dry areas. It's the first time I've seen the washbasin directly behind the bed, and shower water even reaches the foot of the bed. 2. The beach directly in front of the hotel has two downsides: first, the water contains a lot of black mud and sand, and second, the sand on the beach is so coarse it hurts your feet. Other: If you don't want to go out for breakfast, definitely book a room with breakfast included, otherwise, 108 RMB per person is really painful. Luckily, the butler was thoughtful enough to send over some fruit.

It was almost 8 PM when we got back from Shantou, and the hotel even thoughtfully called to remind us about check-in. The hotel was conveniently located not far from the highway exit. The room layout was well-designed; though not super new, it was perfectly adequate. Soaking in the hot spring tub on the balcony was a great way to wash away the travel fatigue. It's a shame that guests upstairs were still being loud late into the night, but thankfully we're used to going to bed late. In the morning, you can look down from the balcony and see the hot spring pools; there aren't many, but the environment is lovely. Breakfast was decent too. Upon checkout, they even gave us some Longmen local specialties. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as a good rest stop during your travels.

2024/04/05-08 Park Plaza Hotel in Nankunshan in Guangdong The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time. After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!! The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻 The staff were also so polite and friendly!! Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were .. Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining... Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there. There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring! Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings... I really hope one day I can go again!! But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

This hotel is really good! The location is excellent, it has its own private beach, and you can even take a free shuttle boat. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, even when I checked in at 2 AM – really appreciate that! Across the street, there's a food street with tons of options, and a bit further down, there's a local market where you can buy specialties. The pool is a definite highlight – it's huge, perfect for swimming, and great for kids too. Even though I'm single, I saw families enjoying it, and it looked like a wonderful experience. Plus, definitely opt for a sea view room; waking up to an ocean view in the morning is truly fantastic.

The two-bedroom suite was incredibly spacious and fantastic! The hotel facilities are exceptionally comprehensive, with each pool having its own unique charm. There's something for everyone, adults and kids alike, and you could easily spend several days here without repeating activities. It was truly excellent, and I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit Shuangyue Bay!

The location of Huidong Xianglan Zhishang is truly exceptional, just steps away from the beach. Open the balcony door, and the turquoise waves immediately greet your eyes. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise paint the sea with a golden hue, and in the evening, sit in the courtyard listening to the waves, with even the breeze carrying the gentle scent of sea salt. The B&B boasts a fresh Mediterranean style, featuring white walls paired with natural wood furniture, creating a simple yet inviting ambiance. Thoughtful details abound; the sea salt scrub and citrus shower gel in the bathroom perfectly complement the coastal vibe. Staying here, it feels as though the invigorating freshness of the ocean has been brought right into your room.

Location: The hotel is built right by the sea, just a 1-minute walk to the beach. It's about a 10-minute drive to nearby attractions and the food street, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. I booked a high-floor sea-view room on the 31st floor, which was a shame because it rained, otherwise, I could have watched the sunset right from outside. Service: Even though there were many people checking in at the front desk, the process was quick. We received complimentary fruit upon check-in and a gift after check-out. The butler was incredibly responsive on WeChat, providing prompt delivery of requested items. One night, around 11 PM, my child forgot to do homework, and the butler even delivered a pen. They also prepared a birthday cake for my family's birthday. Facilities: The hotel features an outdoor hot spring, various swimming pools, and a well-equipped gym. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, and the water park and family entertainment options ensured my family thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Suggestion: The wooden door, having been exposed to sun and rain for a long time, is now broken. You need to push it hard to lock it. If possible, it would be good to replace it.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and cozy, with very new and well-equipped facilities. The only minor issue is that it gets quite busy on weekends, especially the elevators and restaurants.
