GGuest UserFirst impression of the hotel was good. We stayed at 25th floor, So that the room is bigger than others. The reason we choose this hotel because It has a swimming pool. So, after checking in, I went to check the pool. I was shocked to see so many people there. It turned out there was a swimming lesson with 6 instructors and twenty something students. The lesson is running from 9am to 8.30pm. ( pool is closed at 9.30 and only 4 line.) I was very disappointed, therefore I called the duty manager and told him the issue. Soon after, the front seat manager Mr Li came to my room with apologetic attitude. Even though he couldn't resolved the issue, we felt that it was out of his hand. Food at fifth floor was so so. Breakfast has a lot of room to improve. If you want to relax in the pool. Don't go there. Otherwise it is a good choice to have a peaceful sleep.

What stood out immediately was the staff—every single person we encountered, from the front desk team to the housekeeping crew, was genuinely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was, without a doubt, a major highlight. It was far beyond typical hotel fare—everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. They offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, inner Mongolian buuz, Mongolian milk tea and made-to-order hot dishes. It was the perfect, delicious start to every morning. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring we had a peaceful night's sleep. This hotel offers amazing value and service, and we can't wait to return!

TTweety_This time our family's stay at the Fusha Island Resort in Shawan was beyond expectations, and because we came in the off-season, we had a very unique experience😝 First of all, the standard of service, really first class is not a joke, although we went to the off-season, the whole resort only me and two other girls from Guangdong, at first thought it would be very boring, but his resort provided many activities for us, especially the after-dinner carnival evening, a group of performers' cultural performance is very good, there is an interactive session in the middle, funny and happy children are playing very high🥳 Then a little late at night there is also a stargazing activity, can listen to the staff's explanation under a super beautiful starry sky is really blissful, although the temperature outside is very cold, but after drinking the staff provided hot drink indoors immediately warm ❤️ The next morning there was a sunrise viewing activity. In fact, although the staff had to get up so early, they could go out and watch it themselves, but they said they called the front desk 10 minutes in advance to ask about the weather conditions. It was really hard for them to arrange and prepare for us. So much 🙏🏻 Maybe you will say that it is taken for granted to pay such a high price for good service, but for such a sentimental person like me, I am really grateful for their efforts, so that you have such a wonderful experience for these two days and one night❤️ I also want to commend the staff and chef of the restaurant. Honestly, we could have just gone out ourselves, but the staff still got up early to wait for us in the lobby and even prepared to check the weather for us ten minutes in advance. We really appreciate all the effort they put into the arrangements 🙏🏻 Some people might say that good service is expected when you pay a high price, but for someone emotional like me, I truly felt grateful for their care and kindness. They also provided a detailed explanation of the hotel's facilities and services, which was a very thoughtful touch. They always greeted guests with a smile, creating a really warm atmosphere. Room service was prompt; whether we needed fresh towels or other items, they were delivered to our room very quickly. The staff provided attentive service, from the concierge to the housekeeping aunties, everyone had a smile on their face, making us feel right at home. The staff were very professional and resolved any issues quickly, which I was very satisfied with. The breakfast selection was also very extensive, and there was a free car park, making our stay very pleasant and comfortable!

GGuest UserThe shower was small, and the room wasn't big either. I was thinking the cleanliness would be acceptable, but then there was a wet towel left under the sink... To make matters worse, there was a municipal power outage. The room was right next to the stairs, and there was a lot of noise from people carrying luggage downstairs early in the morning. The room wasn't soundproof either. The air conditioner didn't work either. The worst part was that I thought I could at least get some sleep even if it was noisy, but then the power came back on, and the TV automatically turned on again. I turned off the TV, and then the power went out again, then came back on, and the TV turned on again, then went out again. I was completely unable to sleep. Because of the power outage, there was no food for breakfast, and I had to use two candles to keep the other things warm. How could they even charge for breakfast? Breakfast was listed as an extra charge when I booked the room. While the municipal power outage is unavoidable, it definitely affected the experience. I specifically chose a new hotel, and the entrance was hard to find. Three cars behind us all went to the wrong entrance.

AAnonymous UserI'd recommend the Lotus Hotel to all my friends! If you're coming to Xiangshawan, you absolutely have to stay at the Lotus – it offers guests an incredible surprise! Navigate to the Hualian Resort Reception Center, where the service is incredibly thoughtful. They'll even transport your luggage directly to the hotel, so you can head straight to the island to enjoy yourself. The hotel facilities are also excellent. You absolutely must attend the bonfire party in the evening, complete with fireworks and stargazing. The buffet hotpot is also a great option! Outside the lobby, there's a pool with sun loungers, giving it a real resort vibe. It's worth mentioning that the hotel has a mini-train specifically for taking guests to designated spots – it's a super novel and fun experience! We chose an exterior-view room, which I highly recommend. It has a large balcony where you can gaze at the desert. In the morning, it feels like you're waking up right in the desert. What truly elevated our travel experience the most was the express pass. It felt completely worth the hotel fee, as we were able to enjoy Xian Island without any queues during the May Day holiday. It truly maximized our emotional value! I love the Lotus Hotel! Many thanks to all the staff and performers for providing such wonderful service!

GGuest UserLet's start with the location. It's absolutely amazing. It's right in the heart of Dongsheng District's core business district, right to Wanda Plaza and behind Wangfujing. This location is truly amazing! I feel like a geographer, knowing all the advantages of this location. It's incredibly convenient to everything. Wangfujing Department Store is a 5-minute walk away, perfect for a relaxing stroll and some great food. Wanda Plaza is an 8-minute walk away, perfect for a post-meal snack break. The Ordos Oceanarium and Zoo are both about a 15-minute drive away, and the Xiangshawan Scenic Area is about a 50-minute drive, making it a simple day trip. Entering the spacious and bright lobby, I instantly felt like a celebrity, radiating my own energy. The front desk staff were welcoming and attentive, their smiles warmer than the spring sun. Check-in was a breeze, and I felt like a VIP, enjoying exclusive treatment. The room was even better! It was so spotless, I almost wondered if an invisible cleaner was constantly watching over me, ensuring not a speck of dust escaped. The bed was so soft, it felt like I was wrapped in a cloud. I slept soundlessly until dawn, transformed into a sleeping beauty. The soundproofing in the room was incredible; I almost wondered if I was alone. It was incredibly quiet, allowing me to enjoy my entertainment without worrying about disturbing others. The Wi-Fi signal was so strong that I felt like a complete internet geek, catching up on shows and playing games without a single lag. It was absolutely amazing. The hotel also offers free parking, free laundry, and other amenities. They really understand us, their guests. This stay was a truly fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ordos! Trust me, family, just go!
