Amazing
GGuest UserVery clean rooms and comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, all cooked nice and fresh and plenty of it. I’d definitely stay again without a doubt.
GGuest UserThe holiday is very clean, the space is large, the separate bathroom with a bathtub, and the infrastructure is perfect. The parking space is very sufficient. It is also very convenient to drive to the seven sisters Baiya. It takes ten minutes to drive and walk to the city for about ten minutes. There is a very delicious breakfast and a good stay experience.
GGuest UserI really like the serene environment of the place, breakfast was good. However the fire alarm got me scared interrupted our sleep ,was hoping we could have got extra 2hours more before we checkout since we spent 2hour before the incident was rectify.
Any way will still come back again hope there will be incidence free.
Thanks view Hotel for a great reception
SSituertedaoxunyouProbably the best hotel in Eastbourne, it has an old and classy feel to it. The rooms are decorated in a very European style and are very beautiful, with free mineral water, and a nesperesso capsule coffee machine. Eastbourne is a quiet town, the hotel is across the road to the sea, perfect for a 2-3 day seaside vacation here. Then no time to stay only one night, a bit regretful. Oh by the way, the bellman at the front desk was a cute old man with a very good service attitude. The hotel's buffet breakfast is a la carte + a small amount of buffet. The cutlery is all available, and the restaurant environment is unusually elegant. I didn't even dare to speak loudly to have breakfast here. Really good hotel, booked three months in advance for the price of 1900, value for money, lucky to stay one night, will always remember.
GGuest UserMy husband and i had a nice stay. Perfect location as only accross the road to the theatre where we went that evening.
Toiletries/Tea & Coffee available in room.
The room was clean and the staff were friendly.
Would stay again.
GGuest UserOverall, it was a really good experience. The staff were really nice, and the location was great. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning, and opening the window gets the bugs in. The walls weren’t soundproof either, so I was woken by the neighbours chatting and laughing at 4 am.
GGuest UserAmazing location right by the beach so some rooms would be overlooking the promenade and coast.
The rooms are tired and decoration needs to be updated although the reception areas look good. The beds and pillows were VERY comfy! Better than some travelodge, so a good night sleep. So if you can look past the poor paint, the £37 a night twin room will be a bargain. I would return at this price, but not more expensive.
Its not the usual high quality or standard that I expected from Best Western chain. More a budget option.
£7 is for a continental breakfast so this was declined. Tea and coffee in room was good.
Late arrival but checking in was swift and very helpful. Free but limited overnight parking outside but you have to get a ticket (the hotel can do this for you for £2.25) from 8am so if you want a lie in, you need to book and pay when you check in.
MMitsumotoI stayed here to visit the Seven Sisters. The staff were very kind and helpful. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station, and I was able to drop off my luggage before check-in, which was super convenient for sightseeing. The room was also clean.
AAnonymous UserIt was located next to the pier and close the food places. Location wise 10/10. The room was spacious but the shower was not the cleanest. Hospitality and service was very nice
GGuest UserGrand hotel on the sea front. We had a sea-view room with balcony which was very large and newly decorated, but the absence of any pictures or wall art made the room feel a bit stark. By comparison the bathroom was quite small and felt very cramped. Comfortable bed and seating, so all was absolutely fine for our one night stay. Enjoyed our breakfast in the formal dining room overlooking the sea front.
