"We stayed at the Port hotel for one night. It was lovely. The service was great the staff were friendly. The hotel has a very modern aesthetic and minimalistic vibe. Would definitely stay again. Shout out to the Chef who had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs and the lovely lady that asked him to kindly do that for me.😊
Would recommend this hotel. Dont think about it if it comes up on your feed….Do it!🥳"

Outstanding
GGingerNutzThere are lot of hotels in Eastbourne, many cheaper than the Revilious. I chose the Revilious because of the favourable reviews and I wasn't disappointed. It really is a fabulous place to stay. We were made to feel very welcome. Our room was stylish, comfortable and well equipped. There was lots of choice for breakfast with an emphasis on quality. I'll certainly stay at the Revilious next time I visit Eastbourne.
GGudemaolinMy stay at this hotel was exceptional, from the front desk reception to the room service, everything was satisfying. The staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The room was spacious and tidy, well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel environment was quiet and pleasant, the common areas were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. The location is convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby, making it suitable for both business travelers and leisure guests. This stay truly made me feel at home, I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a great location, about 12 minutes walk from the train station. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and patient. It was already evening when we arrived. He still introduced us bit by bit. And the hotel is pet-friendly, and I saw a lot of cute dogs! !
JJaqihainengzaiduodianIt couldn't be better.
The staff is also great.
The room has a great view.
The windows on three sides are all sea.
You can fall asleep listening to the waves at night and listen to the calls of seabirds in the morning.
The only thing is that there is no elevator.
But fortunately, the stairs are wide enough.
It is quite convenient.
The bus is also very close and convenient.
It is a 15-minute walk from the city center.
GGuest UserThis was a last minute booking as we were stranded with cancelled trains. Service was friendly and very good. Room was clean though there was a missing piece of carpet in room 19 by the radiator and the chair in the room needed throwing out. A very strong smell of **** outside of room 19, I presume someone was smoking in one of the nearby rooms which wasn’t pleasant. Shower curtain was moldy in room 110 but the beds were decent and quite comfortable. Lots of bedding and towels provided and tea/coffee well stocked. Bunk bed frame in family room 110 was very squeaky and kept us up. And wall outside of the bathroom had a massive crack up it and ceiling stained with unsightly brown marks. Overall not bad considering we were stranded and options were minimal.
JJIM MOWATGreat hotel but not the best in the town as it is small, about outdated and the view isn't the best in the world.
The shower was very poor and weak but the bathroom looked nice and was up to date but not the biggest.
The hotel had a different feel about it and the staff member was great.
MMitsumotoI stayed here to visit the Seven Sisters. The staff were very kind and helpful. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station, and I was able to drop off my luggage before check-in, which was super convenient for sightseeing. The room was also clean.
AAnnie622It is value for money. Staff is very nice and helpful.
Breakfast is traditionally English breakfast, with bread, fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee/tea. Although not many variety, but the food is good. Room is small, main bed is comfortable, but the extra bed is too soft, not comfortable. As no a/c, we need to ask for fan. Room is not all prepared. You need to ask reception, but they are kind to help. Comparatively, a bit far from pier or beach. But maybe a good walk along beach during sunny day.
GGuest UserGrand hotel on the sea front. We had a sea-view room with balcony which was very large and newly decorated, but the absence of any pictures or wall art made the room feel a bit stark. By comparison the bathroom was quite small and felt very cramped. Comfortable bed and seating, so all was absolutely fine for our one night stay. Enjoyed our breakfast in the formal dining room overlooking the sea front.
WWillHastingsEverything I needed for an easy and comfortable stopover for work. Friendly welcome, comfy bed, clean room, decent shower for a very reasonable price.
Location wasn’t particularly important as I arrived late and left early, but the Majestic is right on the seafront, perfectly placed for the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Hotel bar looked nice but it was just a bed for the night on this occasion. Would certainly stay again. Thanks to staff.
