It is a nature-friendly place. While riding a bike around the hotel, I was able to meet various animals such as coatis, lizards, and iguanas. The beach right in front is beautiful, and there are many restaurants that serve delicious food, so I was happy while staying at the hotel.

This hotel is in a safe area and doesn't offer all-inclusive. I was out on tours all day, so I really only used it for sleeping. Amenities include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The hairdryer had great power, which was a huge plus. They provide two bottles of water daily; additional bottles cost extra, so I'd recommend heading to the supermarket for more. If you're in a hurry, you can get free water at the gym on the 4th floor. Toothbrushes and other similar items aren't provided. The pool is quite shallow, though I didn't actually use it. There's a large supermarket nearby, so I'd advise using that. There's no kitchen, so self-catering isn't an option.

Perfectly located on the Cancun Hotel Zone strip, this resort strikes a great balance — close enough to the action if you want it, yet far enough away to truly unwind. The property itself is charming, not overly large, which makes everything easily accessible. The pools are just the right size for activities and socializing, but the real highlight is the stunning beach — that’s where I spent most of my time. Dining options are plentiful with several restaurants to choose from (reservations are required), and the bars offer a wide variety of drinks. The café is also a must-visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. This isn’t a massive, party-centric resort — it’s better suited for travelers looking to relax and enjoy the beach in a more laid-back atmosphere. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be refreshing the rooms and hallways, as they’re starting to show their age.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location in Zone 7. I wouldn't recommend the all-inclusive package, as the food is quite mediocre and not all restaurants are included – some require a multi-night stay. The beach, however, is lovely and has relatively few seaweed issues.

A truly beautiful hotel with stunning white sand beaches, absolutely breathtaking. The service was excellent too. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit dated, but overall it's still great.

The hotel is huge, making it easy to get lost. Dinner requires reservations, and the only slot we could get was for 9:30 PM in one of the halls, as all others were fully booked. We ate at the buffet for both days, and it was excellent. The buffet restaurant is located in the adjacent Royal Hall. The room's ambiance was great, but there were no sea-view rooms available when we checked in. The central air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy; we couldn't sleep the first night. We turned it off on the second night, and it wasn't hot or humid, so we slept very well.

We have been staying at this hotel for many years as a family and we absolutely love it. Super clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, and great location. The hotel is located within a little bay next to Punta Nizuc that shields the shore from strong ocean currents, so the ocean is calmer. The hotel has access to the lagoon AND the ocean, so you have view to the water on either side of the hotel. The beach was clean and there is a little reef where you can see tropical fish. This hotel is located on a barrier island chain off Cancun, with a lagoon on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other, boasting stunning blue waters at a pleasant temperature. The food at the hotel was excellent; we booked an all-inclusive package, and the cuisine was varied, offering buffet, à la carte, and room service options. The hotel itself is nice. Everything is clean. The pool is very nice. That's why I chose this hotel. But it's very far from everything: shops, cafes, and other entertainment. There was only one nearby, OXXO, and that was my saving grace. But there wasn't much to eat there. The hotel didn't provide any food either. They only offered a continental breakfast consisting of a bottle of coffee and juice. You can get this set at OXXO for much less.
