Amazing
GGuest UserA wonderful place for recreation 🫶 lived 2 families from 25 to 30 December in the smallest villa, all this time with us were wonderful Steve and Muhammad. Steve took us all over the island wherever we wanted and took us from anywhere, thank you Steve 🙏Muhammed also took care that our rest was careless, helped to organize the washing, Organized us a tour to the sea 🙏ville clean every day, there is everything necessary for cooking food (we did not prepare TK on the sairi a lot of delicious cafes). I definitely recommend this place for rest, very atmospheric and comfortable, in the surrounding jungle ❤️

GGuest UserBeautiful location along a calm bay with coral reef only a couple of feet into the water . Room was clean and very comfortable. We had two children aged 9 and 14 and they felt safe and welcome at the location . The beds for the children were not included in the booking and additional fee had to be paid upon arrival , this was the only strange option as our booking party stated the exact number of guests. We ate at the restaurant and the food quality was very good albeit a little more expensive than the surrounding restaurants. We would return to this place again in the future

AAnonymous UserThe rooms have a rustic design but are full of thoughtful details, reflecting an eco-friendly and holiday-oriented concept. The hotel assigned us a very private room with a balcony overlooking the entire bay, and we even had occasional visits from small animals. While there isn't a private beach, there's a small pier within walking distance where you can swim and snorkel, and the water here is much clearer than the sandy areas next door. The hotel restaurant was a pleasant surprise; both the Thai and Western dishes were excellent, so there's no need to go out for meals. A exquisite and private hotel, highly recommended!

GGuest UserIf we come to KhoTao again, we will definitely stay at this hotel! Very beautiful hotel grounds, away from the noisy streets, but within walking distance. Lots of greenery, birds singing, just a tropical paradise); room cleaning every day, no need to ask anyone about it; you can order not only breakfasts but also lunches and dinners to your room (there are 2 menus from different restaurants in the room); very comfortable bed; panoramic windows overlooking palm trees, you wake up, open your eyes, and see :🌴; the cleanest and private pool with different depths, surrounded by the tropics, I still miss it and remember how good it was there.. There is also a transfer, we did not use it, but it is there. When the ferry arrives, to the left of the pier there will be guys with signs with the names of the hotels, look for Woodlawn Village. I give this hotel 11 out of 10 ❤️

Fff88Bans! Been in and out this place throughout the years since 2015 and kept coming back wether I dive or just having a chill trip in koh tao. Bans, was by far MY FAV for many reasons. Location is great, big resorts, i am in love with pool with cafe (behind the lake) and their outdoor shower + amenities! I enjoy my morning dips, my painting session, my coffee and books afternoon. Just this time round, it was just a tad different feelings and experience. Mostly are still great but theres confusion of the room booked and the actual room itself (i reckon website needs to be updated and clearer details) and a minor incident where I have to pay additional 1 night just because the reception didn’t remember that Ive paid which partly my fault for not asking receipt and or prove of payment. Also, Bans used to be having such a great team member in service but ive came across some that’s quite cold and impatient unfortunately this time round unfortunately. sad 😢 and last thing my room floor were sandy meaning the room cleaning isnt that immaculate. Hopefully, next time I go back “home” this feeling was just such indifference and bans will still be me fav.

BBaymoodsIt's a very good place to stay. Conveniently, the room is next to Shark Bay. I like that you can open the door and jump into the water. 😊 If I have a chance, I will definitely go back to stay at Ta Toh again. I will put it in my favorite place to stay.

ZZeelzVery clean room and polite/friendly staff. The room was on the 4th floor without elevator, but they did help with the luggage. Positives: Cleans the room every day before 2pm. Plate fork and cups included. Varanda was nice with table, chair and a place to dry clothes, really good for people planning to dive or swim a lot. Location is good as it's slightly away from the main area (like a 3-5min walk) so it was quiet. Hotels in the main area are often quite noisy. We got the package to Bangkok from the hotel and the whole trip went smoothly. (taxi + catamaran + bus) Negatives: No full body mirror/make up mirror, just a small one you have to be standing to use. Pillow was quite high, maybe we could ask for a different one but didn't try. The shower was really hard to keep the same temperature steady, often changes by itself between burning hot and freezing ice, but then again my experience with showers in other hotels in koh tao was similar. It's hard to find a good shower in koh tao.

MMathilde_rltA dream hotel right on Koh Tao beach, with a beautiful pool! The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so during our stay, some rooms were under construction (but there was no noise), and the gym wasn't usable. I still recommend this hotel; they also offer a laundry service.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel in the mountain. Unfortunately too far from anything so had to stay in room every night and order food. We tried hotel food but for the price the portion size was extremely small so we had to order more food for delivery. Also they say they have people who can drop us off to the pool and back but they have hardly any staff so we had to walk most days up and down the hill. Also first night tv wasn’t working we called them and unfortunately the engineer had a scooter accident so about 2 hours later they did come which was very good. The second night we had a power cut twice while each time me and my partner were having a shower so you can imagine how cold it was. They did manage to fix after an hour. We also had no light on our balcony so we asked can it be looked at and the guy said there is no light so a light was never put in. It was a nice stay but very boring in my opinion there.

KKevinGthis hotel isn't worth its price. if you want something comfortable, pick something else. the good: it is family run so the staff is helpful (late checkout), they speak a bit of english. The room is clean and overall it's acceptable. the bad: - i felt a total lack of security. The checkin is at the ground floor, then the rooms start from 1 to 4 floor. all floors are accessible by a staircase which is directly accessible to anyone from the main road. Basically there is no garden/private area, the checkin office and the staircase are simply on the road. There is no staff after 8pm and the hotel is situated a little in the back of the town. So basically anyone can walk up the stairs. Then the door locker is really bad, there is no second security lock (which most hotels have) so this is innaceptable due to the fact that the room door is basically accessible to anyone from outside. - the shower isn't great, the water is hot all day long (by sun) so no way to take a fresh shower at day. at night or early morning, the water is cold (or have to wait at least 5min to drain the water out) - the hotel is pretty basic. for the same price you can have a swimming pool in another hotel..
