"After visiting Detian Waterfall, we went to Blue Hole Coffee, then headed to the hotel, which was very close by. It looked like the newest hotel in the area. The service was exceptional; all the young ladies at the front desk were wonderful, providing service comparable to a five-star hotel, which was truly impressive. The environment was also fantastic. Eating in the garden in the evening was incredibly pleasant, and they even showed movies, which made the kids very happy. Breakfast was a bit simple but sufficient. Overall, it's a very convenient place to stay for a night after sightseeing."

"First time in Chongzuo, and I picked a fantastic B&B. The view of the mountains from the window was breathtaking and so refreshing! We traveled with a child, and they even provided a baby safety rail, which was a huge relief for us at bedtime. The lady at the front desk was very warm and helpful. The breakfast, served individually, was delicious, and surprisingly, they serve it until noon! 👍 If you're not keen on eating out nearby, the B&B's menu is also excellent, so you don't have to worry about going hungry if you get back late. 👍 Overall, I'm very satisfied, and if I ever come back to Chongzuo, I'll definitely stay here again."

"I spent two months researching and comparing hotels, and while places like 'Secret Realm' and 'Changliu' next door were super expensive, this one won my heart not just with its reasonable price but also its French-inspired decor. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. First, upon arrival, they immediately helped with our luggage and registered our car for parking. They also promptly informed us about the photo spot on the hotel's rooftop 😎. Second, the breakfast on the second day was clean, hygienic, and individually portioned, which was very comfortable. Later, because my whole family got food poisoning from a roadside stall near the cross-border waterfall, I'm especially, especially, especially impressed and grateful for the hotel's food hygiene! Finally, my child wears OK lenses but forgot the removal tool and couldn't take them out with their hands. In a panic, we had to ask the hotel staff for help, and a young lady was incredibly skilled, removing the lenses in an instant. I'm truly very grateful. My parents also said the hotel beds were very comfortable and the toothbrushes were excellent, so they insisted I mention it in the review~ hahaha. Chongzuo is beautiful, and this little B&B offers many more surprises. I hope the B&B continues to improve~ Oh, a small suggestion: maybe prepare some stomach medicine. After all, there are many people like me who get upset stomachs when traveling due to unfamiliar food and water."

"The facilities are complete. It's clean and hygienic, with an elegant environment and warm service. The handsome young man and beautiful young woman at the front desk are very responsible and told us about the tour routes and good restaurants. It's very close to the Mingshi Visitor Center. If you go out and turn right onto the main road, it's a 20-minute walk to the Yulinba Scenic Area. The breakfast is also plentiful, and the noodles are delicious."

"Overall, it was a really good stay. In this area, it's definitely one of the hotels with a great location and excellent facilities. The room design is well-thought-out, and there's a beautiful view from the window, making for a very comfortable stay. The room comes with a washer-dryer combo, and parking is convenient right next to the hotel, which is perfect for those traveling by car. As for breakfast, it's a set menu and quite tasty. (I do want to mention the auntie who cooks the rice noodles at breakfast. When I asked her to add some blanched greens, she gave me a very sour look and said some rather unpleasant things. The day before, the owner was there and kindly added them. This auntie I encountered on the second day really left a bad taste in my mouth.)"

"This hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Mingshi Garden! The location is absolutely stunning, with direct views of the karst peaks and picturesque rice paddies – every photo you take looks like a landscape painting. Our stay was fantastic; the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. A special shout-out to the service team: I accidentally lost my headphones, and the staff were incredibly patient and thorough in helping me search for them. They weren't at all annoyed, actively assisted in tracing my steps, and I successfully got them back. It was such a warm and thoughtful gesture. The service is incredibly warm and attentive, the environment is tranquil and beautiful, and the value for money is exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mingshi Garden!"

"The hotel is a little far from Chongzuo but you can hire a Didi for about 380RMB from the chongzuo train station. The hotel is located in a beautiful park where you can take a walk and see the 100 doors (I think it was called) and walk all the way to the border post 3. It's was surreal. Across the river you can see Vietnamese house and people. we waved. a drone showed up we left. To go to the waterfall we walked from the hotel to the tourist center. About a 45 minute walk. Not bad once you get there. The hotel is old and starting to show the tear. You can tell it was once great but no renovations have been made in forever. The carpet had stains on it. not tiny ones. The little mini balcony was dusty. The bed was big but on the hard side. The towels are frazzling it was unbelievable. The breakfast , if you are not full on on Chinese breakfast its a no no. AND no coffee EVEN though the COFFEE MACHINE looked like it had just been plugged off. sign sating being fixed. come on .It's a 4 diamond rating but it felt more like 2. It's also smaller than it links in the video and pics. There's an awesome restaurant at the entrance on the right. It made a whole lotta difference. Highly reccomend eating here. And we did!Twice. Food was not bad. definitely order the ribs. The staff is nice especially the restaurant lady. Would I stay again? NO"

"Located right inside the Old Kapok scenic area, by the Vietnamese border river, it's super close to Detian Waterfall, which helps you avoid rush hour traffic. Breakfast was at the Old Kapok Hotel, and the 'Lao You Fen' (local rice noodles) was delicious. This was my first time staying in a tent, and it was a great experience – I woke up to the sound of birdsong."

"Staying here while traveling is incredibly convenient. It's only a 3-4 minute drive to Mingshi Pastoral Park for bamboo rafting, and the Dongnayu Bay recommended by the front desk is just a 12-minute drive away. Detian Waterfall is a 2-5 minute drive. The guesthouse courtyard itself is also incredibly beautiful—a true paradise on earth! The food is delicious, and the host is exceptionally kind. Highly recommended!"
