"Well, I’d go with my honest review here. First of all… I did not expect my room to be this wide and spacious… it’s amazing. Their consistency in cleanliness is impressive as always, as a person who already stayed here in Mandarin for a couple of times (this is my first time travelling solo). Their breakfast never fails, all hits and no misses. The receptionists, housekeepers, security anf staffs are very kind. The hotel is also across from Ayala Center, which is an easy access for shopping and recreation. So far, 10/10. I would love to stay here again when I come back to Cebu. Shoutout kay Kuya Guard who became my friend, we’ll see each other soon. 😌🤝"

"Locals told me this is the most luxurious hotel in Cebu. The opulent lobby and the kind, attentive staff truly impressed me. The view from my room wasn't great as there was construction (probably another hotel) directly across, but the room was cleaned beautifully every day, making my stay very comfortable. I was also very happy to have a bathtub, as hotels with tubs are quite rare in Cebu. This meant the bathroom was quite spacious. Although you could see into the room from the outside, closing the curtains solved that completely. The amenities were excellent, including toothbrushes, razors, combs, and more! I was also pleased to find body lotion. I booked a plan with breakfast included, and I'm so glad I did! There was a wide variety of dishes, and the menu changed slightly every day, so I never got bored. While some dishes had a strong smell, the taste wasn't bad at all. There are pools on the 4th and 5th floors, and the views were absolutely stunning, so I highly recommend checking them out. The pool on the 4th floor is smaller, but the panoramic views are fantastic for taking photos. The gym was also available 24 hours. If I ever go to Cebu again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. It was so wonderful that I didn't want to go back to Japan..."

"The room was clean, but it had a musty smell, so I wore a mask most of the time. Hot water was available at the sink, but the shower was mostly cold. The front and bell staff were friendly and pleasant, and the attached café was nice. But, the café is worth visiting as a walk-in, and I don’t think I would stay at the hotel again…"

"I'll start with the pros. The location is good, with several cafes and a shop on the ground floor. It's also next to an IT park and bus stops. My first impression after arriving in Cebu was like entering a different world, a bit scary to leave at first, but you get used to it. Now for the cons. There's a periodic, nauseating sewage smell outside, which is common in many places here. In the room, there's no bath mat, this is the first hotel I've ever seen without one, so the floor gets all wet. And in the bathroom, there isn't even a hook for a towel, also a first for me. AND THE SHOWER HEAD IS FACING THE WALL, SO YOU HAVE TO HOLD IT WITH YOUR HAND TO SHOWER! How can this be, if you own a hotel? An adjustable shower mount is very cheap. These are basic amenities even for the most budget-friendly places, yet this hotel looks more appealing. Also, the internet is bad, but the staff is friendly, and cleaning is done upon request. Overall, not bad, BUT PLEASE ADD A BATH MAT AND A HOOK TO HANG TOWELS IN THE SHOWER."

"Arrived later in the evening but still received fantastic service! Extremely friendly and respectful employees ☺️ My wife and I were only able to spend one night this trip, but were still given a double upgrade on our room which was clean and fresh! Used room service for our late dinner as we were very tired from a long day and a tiring flight and the food was excellent 👌.We are planning another trip to Cebu in June and are getting our reservation as soon as possible. Excellent location, especially if you have to visit the American Consulate as they share the same building. ❤️"

"We arrived at the hotel at 4am and was told that we have to pay a full day's rate instead of the early check in rate of 1000 pesos that we are communicated earlier, as the early check in timing is supposed to be 8am. We paid for it as we were so tired from the flight. It would be good if the hotel had given us some discount since its just a few hours from the early check in timing. Room was fantastic and clean, spacious enough for luggages and movement. There is a long dressing table and a side ledge along the windows, perfect for us to put our stuffs. Bathroom has hand shower, which is perfect for us. Only thing is the bidet, too painful to use with its small but powerful jets lol. Thank you to the hotel for giving us a connecting room for our friends as we are in a group of 5. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety and at a reasonable price, in fact it is better than another hotel's breakfast which was priced more steeply. Hotel staffs were polite and hospitable, response was fast when we called for extra toiletries in the room. Ayala mall was across the road from the hotel, but the only challenge was crossing that road. Concierge was very helpful with our luggages upon arrival and departure. In all, it's a great stay and I would definitely recommend my friends to stay there!"

"Ok for the price. Staff are friendly and they let us borrow mugs and have our 3-1 coffee while waiting for our tour. Strong wifi and water plus with hot and cold shower, with steong bidet also! :) Some fixtures need to be replaced though but this will not affect our safe and comfy stay. Pool is clean and available (without extra charge) until 10pm. Our night swimming is really fun! :)"
